No se lo recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo , son tremendos estafadores compre una transmisión y al otro dia fui a cambiarlo por un defecto y no respetaron ni la garantía y me dijeron que no tenían otra y además son tan descarados que para poder devolver la defectuosa me quitaron el 30% de el dinero que había pagado, y además te amanezan con que si vas a la corte nunca resolverás nada. Al parecer están acostumbrados a robar.( los verdaderos estadadores).
Staff treated me super well. I thought the prices were too good to be true, but honestly I haven't been let down yet. I wouldn't be surprised if most of these negative reviews are all from the same person who threw a tantrum about something. Strange surge in some of these negative reviews all popping up around 2 months ago.
Purchased a new engine for my car around September of last year. Since purchasing it, I have had no other engine issues and it continues to work perfectly fine. I returned for further parts in December and they are all still working great as well. So far, I have had no issues with the parts I have purchased. The staff was kind and the prices were reasonable. I have nothing negative to say about this place.
False advertisement... sell broken pieces, whennits time to as for exchange or return, this never happen this is literally stealing with advertisement staying its a good company.. I will never go there again...
Sold me a bad motor and didn’t honor the warranty like stated. If you’d like to get ripped off this is the place to go !!! Alpha auto more like scam likely auto
the best place to get ripped off, alpha auto parts. they sell engines supposedly at low mileage but unable to provide a vin number to prove it. i paid for the engine in full plus taxes on deposit. $748 they kept all my money, even the taxes and i never got the engine i had reserved because they didn't have it. if you want to waste your time and money this is the best place i have ever seen in my entire life
