Waited 3 hours for a tow that was supposed to be an hour wait. No one answered the phone when I called several times to find out where the tow truck was. We cancelled the tow and went home late at night with family that drove an hour to pick me up. Now Ill have to return tomorrow morning and spend all day waiting for a tow again. Very unprofessional.
