We just bought a double wide mobile home here and finished settling in and we really like it here. Nice park management team. It's quiet and peaceful. We chose our forever home. ??

Under new management, working to undo what the previous management did and to do what they didn't. Photos show lots of flooding; the hurricanes gave us lots of rain as they did so many others but didn't cause any damage to homes. Inexpensive living, quiet neighborhood. Close to nature but only 6 miles to Wal Mart. Fishing within walking distance, only a few hundred yards to Ocklawaha river. Park is well protected by trees, they held off the winds of several hurricanes. The office building was used in the Disney movie "The Yearling".

A little run down but I believe the new managers will get it turned around. Looking forward to moving in. My feelings have changed about Sharpe's Ferry.

Lawn was mowed only twice last year. Water is off often. Office was closed most of the time. We have new management again! This is ongoing. Owner doesn't care about us. Only wants to collect lot rent. I've been here 4 1/2 years and hate it. My neighbors take pity on me and will mow my lawn. my lawn.

It's a bit different here, lots of water takes over the properties due to poor drainage and seems to always have problems with the water here....I was told a completely different story about this park before buying here. The people that manage the park are super nice people just don't know how her husband does it morning to night that man's non stop. I actually feel bad for him, he needs help around here it's not a one man job.

Visiting only. Roads & overall appearance seems fine. Clean park with amenities.

Went to pick up scrap but the way it's numbered made it hard to find my destination

Iwas there for along time @ left ...my own fault..but when you dnt own the land...the owners can do what ever they want without much recourse..

Best mobile home park available in central Florida. Manager is the best of the best. Manager doesn't allow situations because she has them fixed before there is a update required....

Community center is filthy, the health department should be called, bugs on the stained carpets, refridgerator discusting, no tv, no functions, shuffleboard is covered w/dirt debis, ovrrall gross

Love this place simply for The memories I've had here in the past. Unless you have a boat, fishing here can be troublesome sometimes due to all the lines and hooks you snag in the water

I like the quiet serenity of the community so much I bought a home here. The wildlife is abundant and adjacent from Silver Springs State Park makes it all the more appealing.

I have never been there but, this is my way of reminding myself to go and check it out. Not to worry, have not rated this location yet.

We have lived here 3 years.....love the atmosphere, quiet, full of trees which makes the park very homey...Yards mowed for us...we trim and do our own raking of leaves..including the tree trimming...water, sewer, trash pickup included.......It is an older established community and this is whats nice about it....not a bunch on homes out in a hot field with no trees......some reviews on places always bring out people that were problems in the first place , or the kind that will never be happy.......anywhere they live......once again at this time in our life we could live anywhere we want...go back to a big home on 4 acres....but we are HAPPY here and not going anywhere!!!....if you want peace, quiet, close to town, right off the river, fishing within an 8 minute walk......this is the place for you!! REVIEW UPDATE Some people have animosity and use this site for it.....nowhere in the first part of my review did I say the things this Reubin said i did......yes the managers are kinfolk..but we don't get treated any different than anyone else...we still love this park...It's an older park with mature big trees....and during Hurricane Irma....our park NEVER even lost power...we had 4 trees come down in the storm....all on the outer rims of the park...THEY DID NOT hit any homes...so our big ole trees protected our homes from the fierce winds...26 families stayed during the storm including us....so people drive thru the park , look at the website it is up to date....regardless of what some disgruntled person says this IS a great place to live....

We lived there for one year and the monthly fee of over $300.00 per month covers only trash pickup from the dumpster and any repairs needed which are constant on the plumbing plus minimal yard maintenance. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.. The managers are wonderful kind people... Unfortunately the owners Cheap....
