This place is not very transparent with the transaction , they charged me extra part when I purchased only an ABS unit and did it purposefully without my acknowledgment. When I confront such act right there after reviewed my receipt, they refused to make any changes and told me since I didn’t buy any of their warranty on my part I could not make any changes. They literally robbed right in front of me. I will contact my credit card company to make a correction on this.

I went there to buy taillights and they charged me for a part that wasn’t there saying they have to charge me for that… This location is crooked and will scam you for every dollar they can every other location I’ve never had a problem any other location with DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL

Dani, thank you SO much for the quick and easy experience selling our temperamental car! She heard we had to get to work and that we were having trouble moving the Thing™ from the parking lot, and she got us out of there in ten minutes! She deserves a raise.

This place is an absolute joke, you are wasting your money. People running it are rude and useless and this has been the way it been the last 3 times going here. I will not return. I just tried to buy a part that cost $11.99 from Ford thinking I could gt it for $3-5 they asked for $18 I showed them it online for $11.99 new and the just said it is what it is and now the are charging core prices on everything even plastic/rubber parts. This is a worthless business.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt a bit cheated by this place. I just needed an air box and I brought it up as it was in the car. I didn’t even think about the maf sensor still being in there. I took off the warranties because it’s just plastic I thought and I had already assessed the condition of it. I see on my receipt I’m being charged almost $40 for a maf sensor (which looked to be in terrible condition by the way). I tell the cashier I didn’t know that was included, I do not need it and would be happy to take it off of the unit. They did not tell me they were charging me for it and now since I “asked for no warranty” they won’t take it off my bill. I don’t know, maybe I could have been more thorough with what was attached but I also felt like the communication should have been better about what they are charging me for or at least let me take the stuff off that I don’t need and was not aware that I was purchasing. I have not had issues like this at the other LKQ Locations.

Dani was amazing she helped me at the last minute when they were about to close and allowed me to run and get a few parts even at closing time and D’anna and Dani had amazing energy brings the place a great vibe even in a pick a part

This is by far the worst junk yard ever. One person working to get people in and check people out, Danielle is VERY rude to people and talks to them like they are kids (me), they want YOU as the customer to keep track of their inventory and the prices are ridiculous! 15 minutes to just get in! When getting in they check your bag which is okay but you don’t touch peoples property without their permission! Let them show you. Just not a good experience at all since the name change and Danielle being the manager. Please investigate as this junk yard is doing everything wrong!

My 16yo son took a part in with him to make sure he was getting the correct part for his truck he's rebuilding. They allowed him to walk in with it - but wanted him to pay for, the same broken part in order to leave with it. He didn't, of course, said he wasn't going to pay for a broken part that he walked in with. Now, he doesn't have the part to make sure he gets the correct one. If they put it out there for purchase, someone is getting a broken, not fixable part.

I found a solar panel behind a backseat of a truck. They obviously missed it when they put it in the yard when I brought it up to the window they took it and Google it then told me they would charge $190 for it. This is a miscellaneous item. I don’t believe it’s good business to price an item they didn’t have on inventory the way they did! I will never go back to this place again. They could have at least gave me my three dollars back!

No way to find out if they have a matching vehicle… website is confusing,, inventory list is not accurate.. seems to be part of a large disorganized parent company,, who soul mission is to never talk to anyone… I could be spending hundreds for what I need … but not at any place that can’t be bothered answering the phone… do yourself a favor,,, go somewhere else

Took an Uber to them that cost me $25 and I arrived at 4:15 and was told that I wasn't allowed to get a part that I needed to be able to fix my car because they were closed. They close at 4:30 and last week I arrived @4:28 and was allowed to go in the yard and get a part but not today? I have spent almost $1,000 @ this business in just the last week alone and it would have taken me less than 5 minutes to get what I needed and the lady kept saying we're closed and that the computers when shut down & that was why I wasn't allowed. I've been here for the last 20 mins and they seem to be using the computer system to continue to sell people items. They need to treat everyone exactly the same and have rules that everyone has to abide by not just pick and choose who they show extra privileges to. Now I have to spend another $25-$30 to take another Uber back to my broke down car and didn't even get what I needed to fix my car. I wasted $50+ and over 2 hours of my time for nothing. Thanks for nothing. I had nothing but awesome things to say about this business until today. I won't be back.

The yard is absolutely disgusting. There is this massive pile of old wet cat food at the closed entrance (assuming it's closed to contain the cats) you have to enter out of the exit area. The yard is scattered with parts making it difficult to traverse. Very poor vehicle selection and the smell is just awful. Get a price on a steel 16 inch wheel with a tire that's over 8 years old and it's over 80 dollars!!!! Insanity. Leave the complex just to have a bunch of glass that's in the parking lot slice my foot open through my shoe. I keep telling myself to never come back but this was the trip that sealed the deal. Never ever coming back. Especially when you have to pay to get in and they hound your toolbox the whole time. A&A auto salvage is substantially better and free to get in. Save yourself a trip.

This place is a joke. Nobody speaks English, and they don’t even know how to ring up parts properly. The lady at the counter wouldn’t stop playing games on her phone, and when I asked for a price breakdown after she tried to charge me $350 for a bumper, she got rude and had a horrible attitude. Total waste of time — avoid this place.

They charge to get in. Then charge more than the cost of a brand new part. There are no restrooms. There are no helpful employees in case you're missing a specific tool. Very grateful to have forgotten certain tool or else it would've been several more hours in the sun and dirt to get robbed by these people. Read all the reviews!! They charge way too much for the customer doing all the work

Drove up from Ft Myers area after seeing a vehicle that just arrived (I needed parts for mine). First time at this location. I interacted with Justin and Mida, very helpful and nice representatives for this LKQ location.

Avoid this place at all cost. The staff is complete liars, the tow. Truck driver has an attitude. You can tell them what you're scrapping. They will send a truck over an hour and a 1/2 late and then tell you. They're not getting it because they didn't know that you had a certain vehicle, even though they clearly did. And discuss it with you on the phone. This business is a joke. Avoid it at all cost.

The employees are very helpful and the prices are most times better than getting a brand new part. Also the app is very useful for finding the cars you’re looking for before hand so you can go in and get out

They charge you too much for the parts whereas you could get a brand new part cheaper from Amazon or ebay. I will never go back there. I should have read the reviews before doing business with them

Charging too much for The same parts you could get on eBay for a cheaper price they will never get my business ever again went to go buy a seat module and they tried to charge me extra. I do not recommend no one to do business with them.

Nice employees. Do your online research before coming, sometimes new parts are cheaper than used. If you don’t need a 90-day return policy, you can turn it down and save 30%. I got a grille and nearly-new pads and rotors for $100!

Best and fastest service ever in my life. Called to salvage my truck. Talked with Mariah on the phone. Super friendly great customer service. Quoted me a price I accepted. Never thought I would get the full amount Quoted but to my surprise they kept their word. Picked up same day I called. Everyone Super friendly From the Driver to Jesse who. Was working window when I picked up my check. Mariah and Jesse were all smiles the whole time. Making the whole transaction Very Enjoyable.
