  Terrible absolutely terrible. Tried setting up an appointment and everything was good to go until.... you know... THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!! Tried calling back and they said sorry you were never put in the system. Highly recommend NOT USING THEM. Couldn't even get another driver out for a couple of hours.

  I was a member of Sam’s for years. But I switched to Costco when they opened a store near me. It’s exactly like Sam’s. I miss Sam’s coffee. The Kirkland brand is good.
