James was a big help for us! He was very gracious and flexible, so that we could retrieve our son’s Honda Civic, that went missing in Florida! We appreciate all the help that he gave us and highly recommend Ty’s Towing!
I was looking for some place and came across Ty's Towing location and asked if he wanted to sell any of them good Jeeps. He said yes but not the good ones cause they're for little ty too beat up and mess with until marketplace time.
I would be careful dealing with these people, I encountered a very aggressive driver in one of their flat bed trucks, Road rage to say the least I'm 63 yrs old and disabled. He tailgated me to the next traffic light and screamed at me with threats, and flicked a cigarette at me burning my neck and burning my car carpet..BE CAREFUL!
Called. Answered. Arrived at the scheduled time. Picked up my truck and towed it where it needed to go. Didn't cost near what I thought it would. Thanks!
Always fast and with a great attitude!! Called on a weekend and he was so nice, got to me within 20 mins! Even went above and behond with some key issues we had and fixed that too!!! Thanks Tys for taking care of us!!
I’ve lived in Bradenton my whole life and have dealt with quite a few Tow Truck services. Ty’s Towing is by far the best company I have ever dealt. He’s fast, courteous and extremely professional! I will not use another Tow company ever again!
Do not use this company! Recommended by the auto repair company I'm using I called D3 at 11:18 to get a tow the gentleman said with in the hour he'd have it picked up. Well I called at 12:50 asked him if he was still coming he said him and the other driver was on a call but someone was still coming. Hung up but then decided to call back and ask how long since 1st he told me within the hour. This time he said he was taking a call to university then he'd work his way back to my truck I asked how long then he responded with too long for you call someone else! P & J Towing came within 30mins! Know who to call next time! I have also let the auto repair place know not to recommended them again.

After waiting for six hours to have my car towed by another company, my insurance contacted Ty"s towing and he showed up in about one hour. Very courteous and he was very concerned for my well being. Highly recommend this company
Yes I was one of the idiots that drove through water. The plastic pan in the front came down and I unknowingly plowed water into my engine compartment. I called over a dozen tow companies and this was the only one to come through for me. He was awesome!!! Very professional, respectful and friendly. I will recommend him to everyone! Expedient and professional service. Fair prices and very reliable. Would definitely call again and recommend to others needing a tow or to sell a junk car!
Affordable price, tow truck driver was pleasant, and didn’t take an unreasonable amount of time. Only thing I would suggest is get friendlier customer service reps answering phone calls. I had to keep calling back for updates because I had no idea what was going on at any point during the transaction. They seemed annoyed each time I called.
They are great ppl, for the People. Affordable, reliable, great customer service. I’ve used their service over a year now. I highly recommend TY TOWING. You can’t go wrong!
BAD Experience as scheduled a tow, told would be there in 1 - 1/1/2 hours and called after 2 hrs to hear that they were called to an accident and would be another 2-3 hrs! They did not bother to call me and seemed to take a who cares attitude! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!
Ty's towing is always Johnny on the spot. I have had a number of occasions to use them with car and truck accidents and breakdowns. They are always prompt and courteous. It's nice to make one phone call and know that something this stressful will be taken care of with attention to detail. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.
They are always great with their service! And they dont charge much! I've known the owner for quite some time. I Use their services every time I need a tow! Thank you guys for always helping me!
Not impressed. They were sent by AAA for a tire change. They arrived with a flat bed tow truck. We soon realized I needed a tow instead. Told me couldn’t tow the car, only came for a tire change. Had call AAA back to request another roadside assistance for a tow. Driver told me “Sorry, nothing personal” and drove away. Poor customer service!
