Yes I had to give him money to get the jeep out that got towed but at the same time he was only doing his job. He has great people skills and very friendly . Also very helpful with the issues we had going on he got us all fixed up

While looking at property in the East Bronson area, we became hopelessly stuck in the sugar sand out there. My 2 wheele drive truck was no match for the terrain. Josh came to our rescue with prompt and friendly service. Thank you Josh, for getting us out of a real jam!

He does great and honest work, if you need someone you can trust and can help you this is your guy, had a problem with my exhaust pipe hanging, had no local availability, instead of towing me out of town and spending extra on the tow, he offered to tow me to his shop and hang it to where it’s not dragging, so that I can spend that extra money that would’ve been on the tow on repairing the part to save me money. Most don’t do that he’s worried about getting you going and saving you money!

This guy towed my car and went out of his way. He put my car perfectly in my carport..He was a blessing to me today. I didn't get his name but he knows who he is...Thank you for your excellent service today.

This company was low on the Google list but high on the standards and caring about their customers. My family and I were in a serious bind and Josh went above and beyond to not only make sure our truck got where it needed to be but my family as well. I would recommend them 100 times over wish I could give more stars because they definitely earned them.

Josh from JH Towing is amazing. Five star service we had another tow company come that was completely incompetent. Josh came took care of everything. In less than five minutes with the best attitude in the world always call him first!! If I could get 10 stars, I would give 10 stars.

Josh and JH towing was a life saver. We had an issue with our two vehicle on our RV. Our roadside assistance company wasn't able to find anyone close by, but Josh was available and drove 50 miles to tow our vehicle to the repair facility, Very knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. Highly recommend them.

Josh, the owner was awesome. He helped tow my trailer which lost a bearing unit on State 121 and towed back to this place. He fixed the bearings himself and had it back to me early the next day. Not only did he fix the issue, but he checked my other wheel hub greased all of my hinges on the trailer and greased the trailer hitch. The price was incredibly reasonable and the service was impeccable. Very much appreciate how they went above and beyond for me. I would and I will recommend them to all of my friends and family

Amazing customer service with quick turn around. I never leave reviews but they deserve it. Only waited 20 minutes from the time I called until driver was there. Couldn't ask for a better experience

Trying not to hit wondering dog, I got stuck on a sand mound. Because it was close to my house, I went home and got a rake so I could find a way to get out. I tried till almost 7 or 8 pm. I was tired and ran out of ideas. I called an 800 number to get a tow truck, and they wanted to charge $700. I went to GPS, and it suggested JH Towing. He asked me questions of where I was, and he found me in 30 minutes, got my car out, and I was home by 9 pm. He charged me a great price that I could afford, and I will call him when I get stuck again.

Husband locked keys in truck. They were there in 20 minutes. One time I got my car stuck in some deep sand after I got lost. They found me and pulled the car out and had me follow him till we got to a main road. Always have had great service with them.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Their service is solid and their prices are great. My van had to be towed to my house for a few weeks before I could take it to the shop, but Justin was so great the first time - my van had to be placed in a difficult spot, and he was awesome. I knew I had to go with them when it was time to get it to the shop as well. I'm glad I did, and I'll definitely be calling them first from now on.

Josh was timely, respectful and courteous. He did everything you would expect, but don't always receive. If I need a towing company again I will request Josh for sure. Made an unpleasant situation much easier. Very pleased with the experience. I can't begin to thank him enough for going above and beyond to help. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Today Josh helped me when my car decided not to start at all after dropping my son off at school. He was so friendly an he took time away from another service he had to come help, and towed my car though it had AWD as I didnt know that made a difference. I am so appreciative of his amazing service and the friendlest person honestly. Cant be thankful enough.

I've never had to have a car towed before and I can't imagine having a better experience than I did with JH Towing. I hit a big hole and busted two tires on my way to an important appointment. So this ruined my day. Not to mention I had my one year old with me. Justin got to me as soon as he could and checked out my tires and even told me where I should look to get the best deal. Drove us safely home with my poor car and I can say the act of kindness I was showed really went a very long way in making my horrible situation feel better. Can't recommend them enough!

Josh was so helpful and quick! Every other tow company I called said it would be at least 3 hours. Josh picked up my truck within 30 minutes. Super friendly and easy to deal with. Would recommend to anyone!!

Thank you so much to Justin who replaced and installed my friends car battery! Very professional and kept in contact with us through out the entire time. Went above and beyond to double check and make sure the battery he picked up from the store was the right fit for the car and guess what, it originally was not but he was able to pick up the right one instead! Through my insurance, I was pleasantly pleased as the gentleman that helped us was very professional courteous and a great conversationalist. They were quick to respond the vehicle was clean and nice as we were in to go with our vehicle home..
