Jon was fantastic. He was very professional and provided great towing service for our vehicle.

I was stuck with a dead battery around 8pm. It was already dark. First thing….I want to say thank you to Jon. When he arrived to my location he was nothing but polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I had 25 minutes to rush to the auto store to get a new battery. When I got to the store they had the battery ready on the counter. Jon had called them up to tell them I was coming. That was so very kind.

First day of vacation and our car broke down on Cedar Key and needed to be towed to Chiefland to the Napa store there. Shane Miller was our driver and he was great at getting us and our car to the mechanic safely. Shane’s kindness was greatly appreciated and we enjoyed our time with him. I highly recommend Shane and Tri County Towing! Young men like Shane are hard to find. I hope this company appreciates how hard he works for them. He’s a gem.

We were traveling to Orlando on vacation when we broke down and Jon was really nice and knowledgeable plus he was a big help with the best places to lodge for the night, car repair places and informing us where a car rental place was in Chiefland Fl. Thanks for making our bad breakdown a bit better.

A huge Thank You to Nikki & Harvey owners at Tri County Towing!! It was 9pm on a week night near Ocala, FL & we blew a tire on our double axel trailer, loaded & in just the 1st part of our trip with still a good distance to go. We changed the tire but only had 1 more spare for the trip & everything was closed. We called Tri County Towing for some help in locating 2 tires to be able to continue our trip during the night & Harvey & Nikki went right to work! Found us 2 tires & contacted there tire company to meet us so we would be able to continue safely. They were outstanding from beginning & even checked on us after we were back on the road. Customer service #1& we can’t thank you enough. Greatly appreciated!! Thank You again 🤗🙏

I did not actually use their service because their mobile mechanic wasn't available for an hour and I just needed a wheel with a punctured tire to be removed because I didn't have the appropriate lug wrench. After about 10 minutes I was able to rig something up and remove the wheel. After I got back Dennis from Tri County called for no other reason than to make sure I was ok. He said, I hate leaving somebody on the road so he just wanted to check on me and make sure I made it down the road ok. I can't even tell you how much I appreciated that call. Thank you very much Dennis

I want to thank you for saving us yet again. We were broke down in Ocala at 7pm and you were there within the hour. The young man (so sorry I forgot his name) was as polite and professional as you can ask for. This is not the first time you have helped us both personally and professionally

Woke up to a dead battery. I am new to the area and these people treated me amazingly. The Tow Mama earned her name. Professional, fun and personable. I was in a mad stress and pannicing. But from start (phone call) to finish (car starts) they held my hand and got me running again and at an amazing price!!! Something simple to someone may not be so simple to others. The understanding and help was amazing. I'll never use another company! Thank you for such fast and understanding service! I am truly amazed and can't thank you enough.

There’s a reason this company is so highly rated! I called late at night in a bad situation and the woman who answered the phone was very polite and the dispatch driver (Jon) was always great. He called more than once to give us updates on his route instead of leaving us wondering when someone might show up. Even though it was the middle of the night he was not frustrated and nice as could be. Pricing was more than fair, especially with the circumstances. Great company!

Called on a Saturday morning. RV was stuck in sand. Needed a heavy wrecker to pull it about 15 feet. They told me it would cost $500 or more, I expected that. Dispatcher called back a few minutes later and told me their heavy operator (owner), did not want to come out. So much for 24/7 service.

Fast professional service. I needed a tow from wm to mechanic. The rate was fair and they were on site in minutes. Driver was pleasant and handled his job perfectly. I’d definitely recommend Tr-County Towing if you need help getting your vehicle to a mechanic.

We broke down outside of Chiefland around 10:30pm. It was cold and we were exhausted from traveling all day. We called and they answered. Within 15 minutes we had a driver dispatched to us. He made sure we were safe and warm while he efficiently got our vehicle in tow. He was professional and polite. He delivered us and our car home without a scratch. Of their services the middle of nowhere through chain on bike contacting my wife in Kentucky she contacted them within 45 minutes I was located and delivered me and the bike safely back to my home in Florida Thay accepted payment from my wife in Kentucky over the phone no problem even delivered me a bottle of cold water I cannot say enough about them except what I have. driver and operator are the best in the world Tri-County Towing🤗🤗 thank you two so much and my wife as well🤩.

Our truck got stuck (buried) leaving our hunting lease, and daylight was fading. 4 babies in the car… called about 6 tow companies and no one could/would come out to help us. This company came out (45min drive to us) 4WD with a winch and pulled us right out. And made sure we made it out to the road before leaving us. Great service! Good people! They are definitely saved to my favorites. Highly recommend!

Best customer service I have ever received from tow company. Always professional and courteous. I will always recommend them. Wrecked my car and they were there broke down they were there. Harvey once even told me what was wrong with my truck because as he loaded it on his wrecker he saw where the fuel leak was that was causing it not to run. I even had an issue once with my car being damaged during towing, they contacted me and made it right. Seriously never seen this level of service and customer care.

I am a 62 yo woman traveling alone and had a blowout on one of my camper tires. Tri-County was dispatched to assist me. Jon arrived within just a few minutes and was extremely courteous and professional. He changed my tire in a jiffy and also took care of another issue where he noticed my electric cable was trailing on the ground and getting worn. I could not have possibly asked for any better service. This company is highly recommended!

The man came to change my girlfriends tire and didn't even check to see if the spare tire had air. Then said he had already made it to another call when my girlfriend called them back less than 5 min after he left her. Very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Also I drive trucks out of town so these kind of things are important to me since I'm not there to take care of them myself

So impressed with the whole team. We had waited 3 hours for our insurance company to send a tow. When I called Tri County Towing, Nikki sent a driver and he arrived in about 15 minutes! Jon was fast, efficient, friendly and very helpful.

John was extremely professional and easy to deal with when he picked up our truck when we blew a water pump. He kept us updated on his eta and was precise and careful loading our truck and very thoughtfully waited with us until our ride arrived so we wouldn't be stranded. I was extremely impressed and will be using them again if I need towing.

Even though I didn't use them technically - they were ready to go with some urgency bc my truck was stuck in mud and blocking the highway. My driver thought he could turn his semi truck around and the mud had other plans. They were understanding when I had to call back and told them my truck got out. I cancelled and the lady on the phone was understanding. I appreciate that!!

So happy with them. Very reasonable rates for where I needed to take my son's truck. The driver was very professional, as was dispatch even when a new issue arose. If I am in the area and need them again I will definitely call them, I recommend them to everyone.

Very good experience! I was stranded out in the middle of no where, I didn’t think anyone was coming out to help me and my family! I broke down at my vacation rental, today in old town right before coming home to Beverly Hills, FL.....you got a good man working for you! He loves his job and loves helping people! I don’t know his name but I thought he went above and beyond his duties today! The world needs more people like him! I made sure I got on here to make sure his good work was recognized today! Thumbs up! And appreciate ya!
