I can't speak of any other location, but the Chiefland O'Reilly's is top notch. Great staff, always have what I need. I want to give a special shout out to Kris, a fellow Honda guy, who always knows what I'm carrying on about.

Ordered parts yesterday suppose to pick up yesterday by 5pm couldn't make it ,called told them I couldn't make it till today ,was told not to worry parts would be here waiting. Got to the store at noon,one part was correct other one was wrong so I went back in store to swap for correct part,they said they sold that part at 5:30 yesterday and it would be 3pm before they could get it here I'm 40+ miles from home so now I have to stay here for 4 hrs and wait .No apologies some other employee showed and tried to say it was my fault THIS IS NOT HOW A BUSINESS SHOUILD BE RUN! I ASKED THEM TO BUY ME LUNCH AND JUST GOT LAUGHED AT SO THERE'S THAT. I DONT APPRECIATE HOW I HAVE BEEN TREATED OR TALKED TO. SOMTHIN SHOULD BE DONE

Pretty good parts store, but this visit was to get lobster from the food truck parked outside of the store.

Very helpful staff clean store great environment a lot to choose from was very happy very helpful with finding what I needed. Thank you, Mrs Brandy.

This sucked! They did not have any blinker fluid windshielwasher, fluid for my Harley-Davidson, needed a voltage regulator and I guess they cannot get one of those either! And mobile one, the full dresser oil, went up a dollar!!!!

Due to cold weather this week, my auto battery was close to not starting. Brought it to O'Reilly in Chiefland to have them check it out. Kris was the staff member who helped us and he was fantastic! Patient, helpful, gave us good information. Checked the battery out and gave us suggestions before having to spend any money; it was low on a charge but encased so a bit more tricky to charge if needed. Took it on a long drive and it has been great ever since. We also purchased 2 key fob batteries, took the time to replace them, let us check them and we were on our way. A nice, pleasant, helpful person... We were so pleased to receive such awesome service and will return if any issues arise in the future. Thank you Kris and Happy New Years to everyone!!!

I had a code pop up because of my gas cap and I asked them to read it and then if they could flash it to clear it. I am returning home after evacuating from hurricane Milton and because of the code I cannot use my cruise control. With over 200 mi to go until I am back home, it is imperative that I have the ability to use cruise control. They would not flash the code out for me even though it is a common code on my vehicle because of the gas cap. They would also not let me just borrow the reader, or just hold it in their hand while I push the button to flash the code and erase it. This choice is going to cost O'Reilly's thousands of dollars. And years past, I have always exclusively used O'Reilly's for my automotive needs. I will never use or shop at O'Reilly Auto parts ever again because of this choice. I get that it's a liability, however my vehicle is stuffed to the gills with my clothes, personal effects, and items. There is no way that I am going to go sell this vehicle directly after, however the worker at the front wanted nothing to do with hearing that. I repeat, I will never spend another single penny inside of an O'Reilly Auto parts ever again.

Brandy the store manager is very helpful here. I could not locate my original sales receipt for a battery but fortunately she was able to locate it for me from my credit card. Battery was under warranty and they were able to swap it out. This alone will make me come back to give them more business.

I was not Happy with the prices at O'Reilly's, I had gone to Walmart looking for a Motorcraft oil filter FL-500S, not back in stock until tomorrow, so went over to O'REILLY'S as I'm changing my oil, OH Yes they had one $14.97, only $8.00 at Walmart

Daniel at oreilly is very unprofessional with how he speaks to customers. He speaks at them. Does not look at them in the face when talking to them, does not listen when asking for the correct parts. Talks over people and is impatient. Causes problems and is very argumentative. I will never be back as long as he is there, he makes women feel uncomfortable

Everyone here was outstanding!! I came in looking for some lightbulbs for my headlights, and the team present was not only able to easily find what I needed, but Paula actually came out to my car and showed me how to instal the headlights! The team really went above and beyond, great service and very helpful!

Very disappointed today by the way he was treated. My life partner went in to buy a battery and a few other things. He shops there often and the jerk that waited on him needs to find another job somewhere else. Absolutely no customer service. He was very loud and allowed everyone in the store to hear their conversation. He refused to give him his discount that he always gets. He totally refused to even look hin up in their system to see that he's approved to receive it. Definitely won't be shopping there if that jerk is working.

Sorry for the delay, I just found my receipt. I was in the store January 28, 2024 to purchase battery fluid and a wiper blade. A young man named Daniel counter #625004 was so kind to put both the battery fluid and the wiper blade on for me. I have never had anyone to help me like that.

Went there yesterday. Ordered a part .guy said it’ll be there tomorrow, he was great.. I showed up got my part. woman working charge me full price, I said I have an account I should save a little bit. She says what’s your business name Deane concrete, well you don’t have an account. I said I’ve been buying parts here for 20 years all of a sudden I don’t have a count. with an attitude no Sir you don’t. I just said boy, you people are so friendly down here and helpful. Don’t go to chiefland Florida O’Reilly When she is working, don’t know nothing

I stopped by on my way home from work, at 8:05 pm.My driver side headlight wasn't working. As soon as I walked in was greeted by Paola and a coworker.Paola asked if I needed something, I said yes,my headlight was replaced by a friend a month or so,but isn't working. She went out with me pull out the bulb was broken.We went back inside she pick up a new one,cash me out and we went back to my car and she installed it.I have lights now.I like the this store is open later than the other store close too early.

Chiefland O'Reilly Auto Parts has always had the best customer service out of all the box stores in Chiefland and Trenton Florida. The associates have been pleasant and eager to help. I have been able to purchase what I needed on the spot. If the part was not in stock then it was delivered quicker than any other store. O'Reilly Auto Parts also provides a discount for being active military or a veteran. That's huge in my book.

Very friendly group of people working there. I just needed tail light bulb and they went out of there way to make sure that I got the right one for my vehicle. You can't this kind of customer service at Walmart. That's why I always shop at O'Reilly Auto Parts here and at home in Texas. Keep up the fantastic work 👍.

Go no where else in Chiefland for parts! Not only do they always have the best deals especially when you use your rewards. They hands down have the best employees. Chris saved me hours of headache by helping me change out my blinker light 🙏 Love Them

The lady I called helped me out so much when I called. Then when I got there she remembered me and helped me out even more. My ole man's Christmas list was for here, and she was like how about a gift card. DAH!! Made it easy peezy. 🦋😇

My brakes went out and this was the closest store to me. I showed up an hour before close and took up a lot of their time. I ended up needing a mechanic and they were super helpful and helped me look for any in the area. Also made sure I was OK before they left. Great staff!

Everyone's always extremely helpful. Did you know they have a lender tools. You put down deposit and as long as it's not broken you get every penny back I'm talking big tools and small. Don't just think you can't do it because you don't have a tool cuz more than likely you do here waiting for your deposit. Just don't break it pretty simple pretty amazing!

Store #4442 shot out to Steven at the desk. Who scanned my check engine. And printed not only the codes but the steps to fixing the issues that come with these codes. Nice to see some one take time and show a little due diligence. I recommend if you go to this store a ask for this man he cares. 👌

Had an employee treat me like I didn't know what I was talking about, spoke over me while I was talking and was trying to talk only to the guy I was there with who didn't know what had happen and kept calling me a little girl and just disrespected me the entire time! Hopefully the manager on Monday will handle things! Edit: spoke to manager, she agreed that what that employee did was not appropriate or right and assured me she would take care of it and make sure it didn't happen again!

Excellent, Renee was awesome! Brought in a bolt for my polaris atv that had bad threads and she got out a micrometer and measured the bolt. She figured it out but didn't have enough of the bolts and had another store send them to her and I picked them up later that day and they fit like a glove.

Always greeted when we walk in, employees are helpful If they don't have what we are looking for, they look and see if it can be order. Usually there next day..

I believe O'Reilly Auto Parts is the best auto parts store in Chiefland. Their stories are incredibly clean and it's well-stocked the staff is very friendly it's a good atmosphere to go in there and know that there's experts behind the counter that will help you find a parts you need when you need them. They are also well stocked with gadgets that you can purchase for presidents and other stuff. Just an all-around great place.

Won't let you return product they sold you and said it would fit if it's been over 30 days. Complete lack of care when item was $50.00 and they knew it would not work but told me it would. Never do business with dishonest people.
