I'm a 71 year old male going on 72 I've always changed the oil in my vehicles my vehicles go many hundred thousands of miles I've changed spark plugs oil and filters countless times but I never experienced a parts persons personal interaction like I did today, the woman was dark haired heavy set probably five six in her 40s, last time I changed the oil in my Ford F-150 6.2 l motor I had the same person she didn't give me enough oil and she gave me the wrong filter. After crawling underneath the truck and discovering that I was given the wrong filter I had to drive all the way in to another advance Auto store up the road and get the right filter and more oilI even had the box when I went to her this time and she said it was the wrong filter. When I told her she wasn't giving me enough oil she said that was enough oil. When I asked which motor she had on the computer she said the biggest one they put in that truck. She said she knew because she was Ford certified. When I told her there was something wrong she patronized me and said I didn't know what I was talking about. She wanted to keep up the argument but I refuse to speak. Then she accused me of yelling at her very untrue. I won't be going back to that store in Chiefland Florida.

coming to pick up an order from you guys was very unpleasant you spoke and looked at me like I was a straight-up idiot. At that very moment I didn't know exactly where the order was going, and the way you both handled it was unprofessional. I'm sorry one star is harsh but an attitude goes a long way. My bad for not being smarter.

Avoid this place like the plague, I'm not sure I'm a kis unless you are mechanic. I was looking for electrical connectors they sold me a $20 package and said all I had to do is crimp. As it turns out I didn't need to crimp them at all I needed to add heat. I was very DisappointedIn the help that they tried to give me it was completelyBS

I had a long drive and noticed my hood was moving a lot, turns out the mechanics at jiffy lube just hand tighten some bolts so they wiggled from the drive. The bolts were to my hood latch of my car, Luckily the wonderful staff helped me out by picking the bolts and tighten the hood latch for me. I was then able to safely drive the rest of the way home with no problems. Thank you guys ✌️☺️

Would not recommend this place at all the staff are very rude they definitely don’t care about their customers. I wanted to return something the same day I bought it and they wouldn’t give me a return they said once it leaves the store it’s non refundable the manager was the rudest one. I am never going back to this store because they treat their customers like garbage. Instead I’m going to O’Really where they know how to treat customers.

They were very hesitant to help me even though I knew what the problem was. The lady was more hesitant than the gentleman was and when I told them that I could go to NAPA which was right down the street and they would help me then they wanted to help me so I didn't do that. It all worked but I didn't think I was important. Good customer service is making all customers important.

In my honest opinion, if I can get this zero stars, I wouldn’t even give it a one the manager Lynn Is the rudest employee I have ever dealt with she has screwed me over with a purchase told me that I can go to another district to turn it in because I do not have a receipt and they will give me store credit well this so call manager lied I am very very upset with the store and with this company when is the most rudest person as I said in that store, I have never had great experience with her. I really wish she could get fired because she gives out false information.

Bought battery 11months ago, dead. Brought back got a new one, put in nothing. Tested battery no charge at all. Brought back manager their couldn't explain got an other one tested in store before I took it. Manager didn't even say sorry, just a cold stare. Store has no help that knows anything since main employee left. Will never go back.

Great service and nice staff. They had my part ready and it was the correct part for my vehicle. I use Advanced Auto alot. Easy to order online and pick up. They usually have a nice discount and I earn Speed Perks for the store and for gas! Their prices are almost always lower than other auto part stores even before the discount. I would definitely recommend Advanced auto.

Employees have been friendly and I am so grateful they open at 7:30, but it's disgusting that Chiefland does not have a simple UPS dropbox so I have to go in here and hope the computer is up so they take my packages. Computer's been down and I guess they can't hold packages until it's back up.

You know... it's an auto parts store, but the employees are friendly and knowledgeable, the place is clean and they're pretty good about selection. Word to the wise: keep your recoept they'll only give you store credit on returns without one.

Worse attitudes I have ever experienced at any auto store I have gone too. Went to return an item and the cashier asked why we were returning it, told her we didn't need it and had the receipt. She stood there and kept staring at the part. Never said a word to my 70 yr old mother the whole time, she was just staring at the part. Then she took it in the back. When she came out she did nothing but talk down to my mother and treated her like she was trying to pull something. Said the part was used. We never even took it out of the box. When I tried to tell her we never used it because we discovered it was another part we needed instead. She said you can talk to my manager. When the manager came out you could feel the anger coming off her. And right away she spoke down and disrespectfully to my mother and I. Never once cared to ask or listen to what we had to say. Was just very curt and disgusted at us. I didn't even get a chance to tell her that when we ordered the other part that we needed instead. They tried to give a used core, luckily my husband looked at it before he left the store. Now it makes me think that they put used parts back on the shelf and sell them to unexpecting customers. I understand mistakes can happen. But it was very distasteful they way they handled a customer.

Never go here unless you need to I felt like dummy because I did have my recite they wouldn't let me return un idem because i wasn't the one that pick it up..but i did pay for it over the phone and it was not the right one and they said couldn't get the one I needed

Advanced auto parts in Chiefland is the greatest store for everything your needing for your car, truck, suv, and even some parts for your boat and trailer. The atmosphere is warm and friendly and the wonderful staff were very knowledgeable about all auto parts. I will always recommend this store and thats why I rated it a 5 star rating.

This place has given me brake pads that belong on all wheel drive Kia when I asked for brake pads for a f150 and they've given me f150 headlights for a Dodge ram I highly suggest u never go into the chiefland store if I can find my receipt I'll take it back but Jesus

We stopped on our way through after having brake problems. Staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I came back in 5 different times for things and my husband had to change them in the back lot and they were never rude it upset with us! Decent prices as well.

Had a radiator I purchased from a different Advantage Auto Parts start leaking. They exchanged it for me under warranty and I changed it in the parking lot. Wasn't thrilled that it failed in less than 6 months. They stood behind their product and exchanged it quickly. That's why I bought it from them instead of an online store.

I have shopped at this store for years with nothing bad to say until now. The new store manager is very disrespectful to customers and staff. If this doesn't change I may just shop at Napa from now on. Don't understand how the employees work in that environment I know I wouldn't.

Advance Auto Parts is always been a good place to go they are not only very well invested in the community if there is anything that happens tragedy wise to people in the local area they are the first ones to offer to do donations car washes and are very helpful their prices are amazing and they truly go out of their way to accommodate your every need they were there for us at a very tragic time when we lost our beloved nephew Devon in a motorcycle accident it was the store on Commercial Way and Spring Hill Drive they were beyond amazing and have earned our respect and our loyalty

We were on our way to Cedar Key to fish when our vintage Jeep had an issue with the crank sensor .. We were able to get the part from our town but in the process of changing it my husband dropped a bolt and we could not locate it . There was a very helpful associate named Ray who went above and beyond trying to find the correct size to fit our Jeep. He called a local mechanic to see if they could name the size for him . Kudos for excellent customer service.
