I live in my van on ssi become I can't walk very good and barely get 900 a month and towed it and the cost is higher then I can afford everything I own is in the van so my hole life and having some kinda roof over my head is gone to be living on the streets

Absolutely wonderful.. we've used them a couple times.. one for a non emergent medium duty tow and once for an emergent heavy duty recovery.They're beyond fair, easy to work with, and have been very quick both times. Will always be my first call.

Collision collision towed my truck from a crash scene, and when I went to retrieve my things, everything was stolen out of my truck. Their workers are a bunch of thieves. I recommend any tow truck company but this one.

Staff was very helpful. Tow truck driver was on time and took care with hooking up my truck.

Collisions performed a relocation project for a conex container for me today. An hour of drive time each way. Excellent job done! On time arrival, and the attention to details relating to the pickup and placement of this conex was spot on! Driver of the black tandem roll off has and issue with excessively tailgating. Happened at 12:30 this afternoon. Driver was so close to the rear of my car I couldn't see pass the hood of the truck.

Called to request a motorcycle tow the woman I spoke to gave the heaviest of sighs and announced it would be 2 to 3 hours. Basically made it seem that I was inconveniencing her by even deigning to call.

Responsive, polite, patient problem solvers. Whenever I work with a business, and think I would be proud if that was my team I always make sure to leave a review. This company is clearly run and managed well with a staff that is willing to make sure they take the time to solve the issue. If you have a heavy towing or recovery need this is the company for you to use.

Well, I have all good things to say about CJ‘s time. I have never use them before and this was not a situation where I hired them. I had an incident where my vehicle needed to be towed from a parking lot. I have a 2023 Tahoe The following day when I went to pick up my vehicle, it was in perfect condition. They were very polite, very courteous, very professional. There were no scratches or dents, or any dirt in the vehicle. All of my items were exactly where I left them. The only thing was that made me a little uncomfortable as I had to pay or cash. However, I give them five stars .

On 04/02/22 My trailer tires dropped down in the ditch as I was turning in at the receiver the Food Pantry in Vero Beach. I called and he was here in 45 minutes he hooked the chains to my and lifted it up out the ditch and sat it in the driveway. The Tow guy was friendly and respectful, I hope I don’t have to call them again but I would definitely recommend them and use them again if I needed a tow truck. He definitely knew what he was doing. Thanks for great service guys!!!

My daughter which was passing through Vero beach when her car broke down. With me being out of town to help her, I felt like this company went beyond the call of duty to help her out. They immediately picked her up and brought her to a hotel, then brought her car to a repair shop . They were very pleasant, and very fair! Thank you for your service, and your professionalism!

They were there when I needed them after I was in a motorcycle accident. They worked with me once I was released from the ER, ICU to allow to sign over authority to my insurance company to get the motorcycle. They helped take 57 photos in a shaded area for the insurance. Then I said goodbye to my Harley ill miss her, thanks to collisions towing I was treated with respect they had to pick the bike up out of a 17 foot drainage ditch, with the sides muddy and slippery. They were good with the bike, kind at the counter and had all the paperwork ready to release the bike to the insurance so an adjuster can see my fate

Great communication when I called to tow my tool box. Driver took the time to strap it down and treat it like it was his own. Will definitely use Collisin's if/when I need to move it again.

I was stranded at a gas station, I checked several places but they were closed. I chose Collision's because they were open. I was told I would have a 30-40 minute wait time. I was anxious about my situation and need towed to a local garage. I'm not sure how long my wait was but it seemed shorter than 30 minutes. In pulls a nice looking flat bed. They Grover got out and was immediately in control of the situation. He loaded my truck in no time flat and didn't work me at all. He was competent, friendly and business like all at the same time. I've heard stories about some towing companies, taking a vehicle to their lot and then charging you for storage. I was concerned and bothered this gentleman about that. He assured me that is what he would do, take it where I asked. I checked in my truck as soon as I could and it was right where he said it would be. Thank you Collision's for hiring able bodied truthful employees! And Collision's, be aware that you have an excellent employee in a gentleman named Jody! Thank you all!

Rescued me when the Budget truck I was renting broke down. Jimmy was great coordinating everything with me over the phone and via text. Vinny was the mechanic who drove an hour north to help me, he was friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend them!

Called in on a Sunday evening and a flatbed was to my location within 30 minutes. Deno took very good care of my low car to not get damaged. Great customer service!

We own Hebert Plumbing Contractor’s Dependable Septic and they’ve helped us and have always been there for us! Whether it was a tow or to fix our personal or business equipment. Good honest people!!!

After driving 2 hrs to pick me up at 11 pm, they towed me back, stopped so I could buy dinner and then took me to a Holiday inn. They were beyond helpful and allowed my truck and trailer stay on their property for two days until I could get parts in to fix it. I would definitely suggest you use these guys and gals for any towing need!

This place is very rude, I called to ask for a friend how much is the fee per day for having a towed car there. The male in the office told me it's not none of my business if i don't have a car there with them. Also, If your car gets towed on a Friday and you dont get your car by the time they close friday, they wont let you get your car till that monday even though there open on saturdays.
