Worse tow truck company ever, my car was towed because a accident but 2 days later I have a certified latter of them selling my car in two day from that latter, not even a week and they already have a actuation for my car, insurance company was called and they had to deal with them, but trust me people take your car out fast and don’t deal with this tow truck company praying in the people going thru it
Horrible company and even worse people. My dad's car was towed here after he had a heart attack while in the car. They would not let me retrieve it and said I needed more paperwork. Once I got the paperwork they asked for, they then said they sold it. That is theft! Now we are in court dealing with them. These are really horrible people. Stay away from this company. I wish I could give them 0 stars.
My initial interaction with the tow truck driver at the site of the accident gave me an overall rough impression of the business and I was quite concerned about how the rest of my experience would be under such stressful circumstances, but to my surprise the young lady on the phone was excellent. She explained what I needed to do to get the car released to my insurance. We also took a trip to their location to take out stuff from our car and the gentlemen that attended us was so kind! It was a refreshing visit there when it could have been dreadful. Thankful to him for being so nice and helpful!

Gieco sent them out and here I sit 3 hours later . Spoke to the drive 2 times and explained where I am . He is still drove around for an hour looking for me . Pasted me as I sit 40 feet from the exit l. I sat there so long EMS and the sherif stopped to make sure I was ok and not over heated. Provided water and concern .

They are contracted with Geico, but it doesn't mean they are good. Car broke down .64 miles from dealership. Original eta was 75 minutes (12:36pm for reference). At 12:40 I called them and they said 22 more minutes, Geico app updated to 1:10. At 1:25 a new message came through delaying another 30 minutes. I called Geico immediately and while on the phone it was updated to 2:52. That's a 2 hour and 16 minute delay or a total of 3 hours and 31 minutes. Geico called and changed driver... 10 minutes ..
I was stranded with my car. My insurance company called the tow company they used , waited almost 2 hours for a tow. Got called after the wait from the insurance company that I was out of the first tow company's range. So they turned around and weren't coming . So insurance company called B&D towing and it was going to be another 90 min. Got a call saying they sent a driver out. Got a call from B& D saying it was out of their range also. But the driver from B&D was told to turn around and come back it was also out of their range. This driver risked his job and told his boss he was close and he was going to come and pick up me and my car anyway. He picked us up and got me to my mechanic. I was stranded on the highway almost 5 hours sitting in my car. I hope he doesn't loose his job or get in trouble. I am so grateful he didn't give up and leave me stranded any longer than I had already been. Thank you so very much to that driver. You'll never know how grateful I am. If not for that driver I don't know what I would have done. Fantastic service from that caring driver.
Horrible experience. B&D was called through my insurance company. Was given a 60min wait time and halfway through it was extended by another 50mins. Jobs take longer than expected okay, I get that. Received text they were 10mins away. Was watching out for truck. It NEVER showed up. 5mins past the eta, I get called by Geico that company said they arrived and left. LIE, lie, lie. Small street in a subdivision no way I could miss them. I texted the driver and he told me I had to call Geico, not his problem. This company should NOT have a contract with insurance carriers. DONT use them if you looking for a tow, they will waste your time and LIE about showing up. PLEASE file a complaint w/your insurance about them so they stop getting contracts and wasting peoples time.
So my wife's motorcycle got stolen they found it inside of a trunk of another car it goes towed to this dump they ended up stealing the bike from the wife. she went up there they very rude people do not use him warning warning warning warning Avoid these people at all costs.
Nothing but a bunch of thieves. They over charged me, took sway bars connectors off my RV. Got inside my RV, and stole my tools I bought that day.
Just a business that should be shut down. The owner must be a POS for allowing his employees to do that. Just white trash.

Definitely would not be my first choice. Only using because of my insurance. They gave 75 minute wait time but have not called with any updates. I tried calling twice and no answer and voicemail is full. If your wait time are going to be this long at least have someone ready to answer a phone and provide updates. Just sitting here hoping that someone will eventually show up. It’s crazy how these companies will want to charge you so much money but give subpar service. I understand wait times being long but the least you all could do is answer the phone and provide updates. Super unprofessional and will not be using again.
Used not by choice, accident and police called for tow truck. If this happens to you and B&D towing comes don't let them take your car call another company unless you want to get scammed and charged double from what they quote. Worst business ever!!!!!
I'm not very impressed. I need the receipt to show a name and not COD. They refused to put it under my name, which makes it impossible to get reimbursed for the tow. I would not recommend this company if you want to be reimbursed for the money spent for the tow.
My car wouldn’t start so we got ahold of our insurance company for help with towing my car to the mechanic. We had the pleasure of working with Shawn today. It was 90 degrees outside even with this Florida heat, he was professional and nice. I will use B&D towing and recovery if I need there service again.
Like most other towing companies, kind of a joke. Wanted to talk down to me because their people didn't give me information, important information, like which yard my car was stored at. When it came time to get my car towed to a repair facility they have all kinds of trouble over getting it released. I'm short, if you've dealt with a tow/impound yard you've dealt with them all.
Car was supposed to be kept there for safe keeping, company says they dont go through personal belongings but am missing my 2 legal fire arms that i had to report stolen. They intentionally unlocked my glove box and took my fire arms even the mags i had in a lunch box in the TRUNK!! Also my watch and a charger
Very nice and friendly, quick response, no damage to my truck. They gave me no trouble at all and charged me exactly what they quoted me. The bad reviews must be people who got their car towed off private property or a repo. I would definitely call them again.
I asked for tow and was told I needed to call a different number. When I asked politely why they wouldn’t correct it with google to not waste peoples time or theirs he hung up on me.

The staff is not friendly and I did not feel safe bringing my self or vehicle to their lot. There was no clear parking area and we had no idea which building was the office. The office turned out to be the living room of a dilapidated house.
Called my car insurance to get my car towed to the mechanics. My car insurance sent this company out. The driver(I think his name was Anthony) was not nice at first. Attitude for no reason. After in the truck for a couple mins, he decides to make small talk,but after I tell him how I almost hit a lady earlier who walked slowly across a 4lane road when I had a green light, he asked if she was white and I said "yes" and he goes on a rampage about white people and how they feel they are entitled. I told him I'm married to a white man and that didn't change anything. After dropping my car off at the mechanics, I wasn't with the driver when he took my car off the bed. I just had my car at this same mechanics for 2weeks with no problems, I get in my car to leave a couple hours later after figuring out the issue and my phone mount is gone! This company is refusing to replace it saying their driver wouldn't take it because they have plenty in a box at the office (yet haven't offered for me to come in and pick one), but when I explained to the manager that he might have taken it to be petty since he didn't like that I was married to a white man, he still refused to believe that his driver stole my property. I've been waiting on the mechanics to pull video from their cameras and once proven, charges will be filed! I don't believe the mechanics took it when they had the chance to for 2weeks! I already called my insurance company and reported this company to them to not use.
Driver was late, sped off with my car, made a wrong turn, and was VERY rude. He was rough with my car and scraped the muffler on the ground while he drove the car up the tow ramp. We had our car towed to Goodyear. I quickly went inside to ask where exactly we should have the car dropped off at since there’s a flat tire. Once I returned, he was starting to unload the car & I asked if he could drop it off in the back since that’s where Goodyear wanted it. He started shaking his head like I did something wrong. Then he loaded it back to the original place on the truck & asked where exactly in the back. I went back inside to confirm for him & when I came out he was loading back into the same spot. He accused me of cussing at him and told my husband that he’s just going to drop it off there & leave. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
Whenever I need to get one of my company trucks towed from Cardinal Roofing to the repair shop I call B&D Towing. They are fast and friendly. They will even pick up the truck without me being there and bill me later so I can get on with my day. Since the first time I used them I haven’t felt the need to call another tow service. I’ve been using them for close to 2 years now.
Overcharge for everything, add random additional costs even after they already gave you a final charge as if they hadn't robbed you of enough money to begin with. Terrible rude staff, all in all worst towing experience I've had, if you like your money absolutely do not use this joke of a company. They should be shut down.
My truck broke down on me in middle of highway was LUCKY ENOUGH TO pull over to get to a gas station, I called my insurance company that got this tow truck company come out to me the rep for my insurance company told me it would be a little bit over an hour the tow truck driver Eddie was here within less than 30 mins he was AMAZING friendly wonderful customer service ....and trust me I have dealt with some tow truck drivers/companies and they are usually rude miserable and just not friendly at all. I give this company and EDDIE a million stars if I could do more that 5 I would have!!!! Thank you so much for great service and great customer experience! !!!!!!!!!!! ;) ;)
This towing company has super fast pick-up, best priced around, and very professional. I called two other towing companies while stuck on the side of the road today and all of them were very expensive and had me sitting for over 2 hours. I finally called B&D Towing Service for a price quote and ETA and was happy to hear they charged one flat rate, instead of a hookup fee and another fee per mile. They were so much cheaper than any of the other towing companies, but also came "immediately" to tow my car. They were to me within 15 minutes (after I had just sat for over two hours), had a "top of the line" flat bed tow truck and the gentleman driving even opened the truck door for me to exit when we arrived at the dealership with my car. Honest, polite, professional, true gentlemen working for this company. I was very impressed and highly recommend this towing company to anyone. You will not find a better price and/or quicker pick-up time anywhere around here. I promise! Thank you, B&D Towing! You saved the day :)
