I came in to buy a transmission that they advertise as having in stock. As soon as I got ready to pay, I was told they would be a $200 core charge. Nowhere on the website did it say there would be a core charge for this. I go here often to get parts for my employer and I have never once had to pay a core Charge at a used auto parts place. Auto parts store sure but at a used parts place absolutely not. Very dishonest. I walked away.

Needed a transmission for a 2016 Tacoma. Called their number. The first agent who works remote was able to locate the part and direct me to Brett at the physical store. Brett was quick and great. He also lined me up with auto shop to do the work. Was able to get my truck in the very next day. Overall experience was a . Go see Brett at Langstons and get your car back on the road.

They are very friendly & professional. Catered to my needs & very helpful. Thank you so much. Josh was the main man I dealt w/ but everybody else was friendly as well. I will definitely come back if I need anymore parts for my vehicle.

This is supposed to be a family owned business, my grandfather started this company, I have reached out for a possibility of a position within my families company, never even heard a word back. But when these people need to sell a piece of property they will hunt me down and contact me to get my signature to be able to sell and I get a piece of change out of it. My point in this is their not family oriented or even have a concern for family, distant or not. Still family!!;!!; my father is Kenneth Scott Langston

What a great experience I had getting a new passenger door and bumper cover for my 2009 Corolla. They were so friendly, and helpful, they even walked out to my car to confirm the parts I needed. I ordered the parts on a Friday and by Tuesday they had arrived at the body shop for the work to start. Josh recommended the body shop to me and that was also such a good experience. It’s Friday again, one week later and my car has a decent little facelift and I am very happy about the cost, time and labor! Highly recommend!

Great salvage yard. They didn’t have what I needed(door for a 1990 Toyota truck) , but Alan did a lot of calling around and found me a door in Bonifay, Florida.

They don’t let you try the parts on inside or around the shop so you gotta make sure you get the right part before purchasing, it could be a waste of time.

I stopped here to buy some rust free used truck beds. The guy started off by telling me "we are not some 300$ truck bed type of yard" pretty weird of him to judge us... I had 16,000$ in a bankers bag and a empty 38ft trailer I was looking to fill... guess I'll take my money elsewhere... also had a pretty poor selection according to the counter guy even tho carpart.com brought me there because I CAN SEE THEIR INVENTORY ONLINE!!!! Needless to say we won't be returning on our next trip we will shop from other yards

Sold me a alternator that I didn't want that cost $20 more. Lasted 12 hours. My fault for not returning it. My mechanic turned it in for a core. Also my fault for letting them talk me into it. $50 for 130 amp, $65 for 95 amp. Make it make sense. Wanted 130 for $50. NOPE 95 for $65. Friendly people

Drove 1.30 minutes to pick part for my truck they had it A little harness which was $20 brand new at O’Reillys everybody was cool except for the one guy that explained to me that I didn’t see anywhere $50 minimum which is ridiculous for you pull it corporate there now I’ve been going there since 83 on and off never again

A little pricey but they have things other yards dont have and a very large inventory. They stand behind their parts with a better warranty then most yards. They've aslo been in business here in Tampa since 1925.

rude when arriving, didn't state yard minimum until after i brought one small part up to the register. $91 for a hood latch cable and kick panel?? yeah youre smoking something, went down the road to lkq pick your part and paid $23. dont go here

When buying parts tires or anything from them make sure you return in 15 days they will charge you a restocking fee. And the staff specifically one of the white guys very nasty with words over a supposedly $3000 gas pump that’s red that’s inside of there establishment. How he approach the situation was uncalled for! I spent $750 with them in 30 minutes they gave me an alternator with a strip bolt twice and they sold me tires and rims which were good but I sold my car. I wanted the money back I didn’t even use the wheels I just put them on and took them off . At that point I even care I just know my money better spent somewhere else very nasty about the entire situation so I decided to keep the lug nuts that they had purchased they want to charge me 150 extra dollars they cancel my transaction that they issued originally the materialistic at its finest ! The refund was part of the issue so just if you have business only you better think about it by going to another credible business then not really worth it. I will definitely make it my last resort. They higher in price anyways

They might be in business for a long time but that don’t mean they are the best in the business. One star only because it’s a clean place otherwise Save your money and go elsewhere. I was just in to purchase a trim molding piece online brand new $80. They wanted to charge me $150 power steering pump is $150 brand new they wanted $125 when everyone else is selling them for $70-$80 used… Didn’t even bother to haggle with me a little. P.S change your answer machine nobody got time to listen to a whole life long story before reaching someone. It’s a junk yard not a collection agency

I don't normally write bad reviews but Langstons really deserved one. They sold me a wrong part after I drove 2 hours to pick it up. I got back to my shop to find out it's the wrong part (came off a 3.7L infinity and mine was 3.5L). they refused to return it and stated it was a Final sale after it said 90days warranty on the receipt. William was very rude and unprofessional and refused to let me speak to his supervisor. I called again and was transferred back to William who hangs up on me and wouldn't allow me to speak to a supervisor or a manager.

Jason, the supposed owner, was very rude and unprofessional towards me. I have been shopping with Langstons for over 20 years. I called about a door glass. Jason informed Morris that he was the 2nd choice. Because I had some person break my door glass. I was willing to have a new one ordered. But I guess being disrespected over is common business practice with Jason. I will never shop or refer anyone to Langstons ever. I am also in the Auto Part Business . This is a very sad situation. I was under the impression that American run businesses strive to have loyal customers. You blew this out of the park, Jason. I will refer all of my business elsewhere.

Have been a customer for years, small parts, hard to find oem parts. Full engine installation. Morris is great and knows his parts. JD runs a clean and inviting business.

Day 1: We ordered 2 parts from this merchant, and discussed shipment so I could receive the next day. Payment sent. Tracking info awaited by email. Day 2: no tracking info sent. Call back for updates: Shockingly I'm told they were "busy" and items not shipped. Even then they said there's nobody to take them to the post office. I offered to pay extra for the items to be shipped, so I can receive next day. To please me, the shipping label is created but the items are not shipped. Day 4: no items received, call back and I'm given a tracking number, which when looked up, only has a "label created" as the info. I send an email to ask what's going on. In response.....Day 5: items finally taken to for shipping at the UPS store. Day 6: items received at the end of the day, items I was supposed to receive on Day 2. Imagine my credibility in the eyes of the car owner, the insurance company and the car rental company!!

Jason and his team did a great job! The Courageous men's group from Grace Family Church held a large conference last weekend and Langston's provided a car for the men to smash. The driver was very courteous and helped place the vehicle exactly where we needed it. They also were very prompt to come back and get the car to help us avoid any safety issues. Big thank you to Langston's for helping make our event a great one.

OK so what I experienced has now become a 3 day ordeal with this business. Prior to showing up the 1st day..we looked online and saw that the alternator part we needed was in stock $75 for this location so the next day.. Day 1 of this ordeal..I went to go purchase said alternator. I get there to be told that they don't have any in stock and it would need to be special ordered to arrive tomorrow but would instead be a total cost of $108. So I pay for it and go home. Day 2 I returned to pick up the special ordered alternator to later find out that eventually it was the wrong part even though on my receipt it showed the correct part. Day 3 I returned again with the receipt, wrong part, and the original alternator part needing replaced. They magically now had the correct part even though I never called ahead or special ordered it. They exchanged the wrong part for the correct part and took back the old alternator and seemed as if they weren't going to even give it back or offer any money for the core part that was still worth something until my roommate spoke up to ask about it. They did end up giving him $15 for the core but said they couldn't offer any other money refund until some guy named Shawn called me because he was out for lunch. I later got a phone call from this Shawn where he claimed that they truly didn't have the part in stock that first day and what I saw online must have been for a different location (they only have 1 location!!!) He did apologize for the wrong part on the second day but went on to blame the person who sent them the part. Lastly he did offer $21 refund back to my card for the hassle and the special ordering but I really doubt his explanation for the first day being I showed up today without warning or special ordering and now they magically have it in stock!? Besides the fact that they just wanted to place blame elsewhere for all their explanations. Just doesn't seem like a honest business or management..I wouldn't trust them unless you have things printed out in writing especially if you find it in stock online..they would rather special order it and Jack up the cost.

A great group of nice people. They're all very willing to go the extra mile to make sure your experience there is good. I actually bought some wheels and ended up returning them and they were great and helped me unload them and gave me a refund instead of just credit too. They've definitely made a repeat customer out of me.

Yay, for this place! My husband and I worked with Shawn, & he was amazing. He even carried the part to my car to help me. He was very professional & polite. I've been to used part places, & sometimes I'll get a different price than I did on the phone when I got there. So you can stand by the price they give you on the phone. The establishment was very neat & organized! I would definitely recommend this place.

As soon as I walked in, Alex Rosado, came from around the counter, greeted me, and asked me if he could help me carry the core I was carrying. I was pleasantly surprised. He was very nice and helpful throughout the transaction even tho he was very busy. Also, the front lobby and restroom was clean and inviting. The entire transaction took 15 minutes and was smooth and the price was painless. I would definitely recommend this business to everyone including women and children.
