Completely unprofessional establishment. Came in to get a door for a car. They said, have a seat. We'll have it out shortly an hour later. They told us they didn't have the car any longer and that if we wanted a refund or did we want a different color door we said we wanted the different color door and instead of them looking for the door that we wanted they started on another customer and completely left us there for over two hours, not even looking for the part we left without the door
Worst experience ever they made us wait 2 hours for a 30 minute job and did not tell us why. On top of that they are trying to take are old part for free that we owned and tried to make us pay 5 dollars for us to have it back. Never go to this place they will give you a very hard time.
The Salesman, JAY, was a HUGE help. Went above and beyond to find my parts and gave me a very fair price. Will definitely be doing business with this young man again. 10/10 employee.
Save yourself your time and sanity and go somewhere else this place is shady,there customer service is horrible and a simple part that involves 2 Phillips head screws only will take 3 hours to pull.
Don’t bother calling they won’t pickup. I get there and they’re just sitting at the window while phone is ringing. Very rude disrespectful I waited 30 min at the window before anyone acknowledged me
I bought a part from Ace for my car. the part came with 2 broken tabs. I called Steve, says it go broken on shipment. no way it got broken in shipment the way it was packed. Tabs were separate from the part. got stuck with it. no way will I shop at Ace. stuck with $78.00 part could not use.
Ace is a very great place to go for parts.. everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable about the parts you need.. I would definitely recommend going to them to get what you need first.. staff is great and the price is very reasonable.. they don’t try to beat you on the price even though they pull the parts themselves!!
They had what I needed and I was very PLEASED. The lady that was there knew what I wanted because I can tell she like nice things and had one of the guys go out and get a great choice for me, which was the inner door panel for my truck. My dog’s weight had destroyed the original one. Bottom line I was pleased and greatly satisfied. It wasn’t pricey either. Thanks for the availability and great customer service.

Awesome. I was in need for an obscure part for a 24 year old vehicle and they had it, in great condition at a fantastic price. Sales people were great. Highly recommended this place and I will be back.
Side Note: they had some great deals on used rims. I was tempted but held off because I am extremely cheap (which is why i fix cars myself).
NOT A GOOD experience at all!! My fiancé called early this morning when they opened AT 9am to see if they had the part we needed and to see if we would have to pull it. They said they had it and that they would pull it. They never said how long it would take so he assumed it would be ready when he got there. I waisted 40$ getting an Uber to the place just to find out it would take 2 hours to get the part and now fast forward nearly 7 hours later and still no part pulled this is ABSOLUTELY REDICULOUS!! I have smaller children that I have to get to and from school. I was hoping it would be up and running TODAY but unfortunately due to our trust in this business to pull a fuel pump now I may be without it a car for another day.

Was put on hold to check the inventory. 10 minutes later someone picks back up and is unaware of what part I needed after putting me on hold to check for it, before I can reshare the details of why I'm calling, this person hangs up......Great work guys keep it up. Needed a rear view mirror replaced for my 2012 Chevy Cruze. Chevy wanted to charge me $260 for the part alone and Steve at Ace Salvage was able to find me the part for $30. Quick, easy, affordable, and friendly! I will definitely be calling here first in the future before going anywhere else.
The people at Ace Used Auto Parts are very friendly and helpful. I needed an engine computer for one of our customers at our auto repair shop and they were able to pull it from the vehicle for me within a couple of hours! Most parts yards would have not been able to have it for me in the same day. I recommend them highly.
Great service, fast, easy...even offered to carry my 'AC' compressor out to the car, which is super amazing when a male isn't present! Also, the guy named Jeff at the counter was friendly, and didn't make me feel less as a woman coming in to order parts since some places/ people feel that its a 'man thing'. If I need any parts in the future I will be back here for sure! A++++
Shop Manager not honoring 100 day warranty on engine because this is the second engine that we have received from them that is bad. Tried to lie and say it was only a 90 day warranty and when I advised him the 100 day warranty was not expired he accused me of doing some funny business and said that the motor wasn't bad I must have been racing the car. Going to speak to the owner tomorrow to see if he will honor the warranty. Do not buy from them and expect them to honor any warranty given on any bad engine they may sell.
On my last visit, Danny, Jeffrey, Mike were all very courteous and help ful, got what we were looking for and it fit correctly!
