The towing company partnered with Richman Properties falls short of expectations. Vehicles are seldom towed, leading to parking shortages due to visitor misuse. I will bring this matter to the leasing office's attention, citing concerns over false advertising and inadequate service.
This company illegally towed my car TWICE!! from an apartment complex that I pay rent to. The apartment complex manager told this company that the guest passes were melting and falling out of view and stated that we needed new passes. I was told the towing would stop until new passes were issued. Today I got ready to leave for work and my car is gone. I'm an airline employee so this not only inconvenienced me, but my company and passengers who were expecting an on time departure. Shame on you guys. No compassion or humanity to do the right thing. I'm thinking of going to major news stations with this report unless I get a full refund!
The worst disrespect company ever. Towed a car that wasn’t even parked for 8 hrs because it wasn’t in a visitor spot because all the residents take all the visitors spots. Spent 50$ in uber fees because they didn’t even disclose the car was at a different location. I suggest no one uses this company unless you are forced to deal with their robbery methods
People must understand that Autopro does work and its service, and people should not be bothered by Autopro if they do not follow the rules of each community. Autopro does excellent work and I am very satisfied with their work; I recommend them for any service and community. Thank you, team,
Car got tower at my mistake. I’ll accept that. But the people working the phone have zero common sense nor understanding on how to properly communicate.
Towed at a place they said no towing at, then told us the address and the worker must be on a lunch break because why are they making us wait 30 minutes to get the car, also overcharging.
I can't believe how God sent lex my way. I was praying and praying and he came to my rescue. I would like to put five stars Mr. Lex for a great job that he did for me today. There are good people out here
Tow driver was speeding in my apartment complex trying to beat my neighbor to his car so he could tow it before he got into the vehicle & caused a great endangerment to everyone in the complex. There are kids who play outside & this is ridiculous to create a hazardous environment just so you guys can steal peoples cars & hold them for ransom. Absolutely unprofessional!!!! WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY !!!!
This company operates with zero accountability and predatory towing practices. My car was towed without warning, despite a previous experience where I was given notice for the same issue. When I called to discuss the unfairness, the manager refused to speak with me and had the dispatcher simply tell me to pay up and shut up. No explanation, no professionalism—just an overpriced shakedown. Avoid this company if you can.
Customer service is HORRIBLE. They changed the charge price on me THREE TIMES! Was advised that in their policy a full day of storage goes in 6 hour increments?!?! They gave no proof of when they took my car??? Charged me $250 for a tow in a student housing garage where most of the residents are gone right now on winter break!! I was visiting my son, days before Christmas I’m out of $250 for no good reason?!?! Horrible people and tactics!! They prey on common people. Oh and save your “thank you for your feedback” reply! Capitalizing on every day people is a shame! It takes me FOUR DAYS to make that much money back! I’m a single mom battling an illness and you refused to even work with me. Shame on you!!!
Terrible customer service if I could give negative 10 stars I would!!! My car got towed over night and the website says “open 24 hours” but when I called around 7:30 am they did not pick up.. I called over 40 times and half of the calls were declined the other half they just let go to voicemail. After continuously calling some very rude woman answers the phone and starts yelling at me because I can’t hear her over her crappy phone she’s answering off of, and says that they don’t open until 8 am. They also did not report my car to the database after they towed it!!!! I was freaking out because I called non emergency line and they said they had no information that my car was towed and that it may possibly be stolen. Overall TERRIBLE COMPANY EVEN WORSE PEOPLE THAT WORK FOR IT.
I have had people park in my reserve parking spot at my apartment complex on two separate occasions. Called Autopros to get my parking spot back and they could not come until hours later despite being 10 minutes away. Convenient how they don’t do their jobs when it’s actually needed.
Towed my car from my own apartment complex, even though I had a parking decal. Told me it was approved by my apartment management, which was untrue. I had to pay $207 for my car that was only at there lot for 3 hours. I missed my class and the only reason I didn’t fight it was because I didn’t want to miss my next class.
Parked at my girlfriends apartment for 30-45 minutes to rush my dog who was having an emergency to the vet. I come back and my car has been towed by this low life predatory company. My car was impounded less than 24 hours and they ended up charging me over 100 dollars more than they quoted me on the phone EIGHT HOURS EARLIER. 250 in the AM when I called and 365 in the pm when I got over to pick it up. Just rude and disgusting people who will do anything for a quick dollar. No compassion no thought. Hope they go out of business.
The office staff was really nice but the towing crew still stole my car the night before I was going to get it registered. Literally 5 hours cost me $260 I just picked up the car a day before. No patience or mercy for a working man.
This company only takes the car they want, it was parked in my boyfriend's complex, I arrived at 10 at night, when I go out to pick up my car at the parking lot at 12 in the night my car was not there, these people took my car for no reason when in that same parking lot there are 10,000 more cars and they spend the night there without the supposed sticker they give in the condominium, even every day there are cars without a sticker parked! When I call they tell me that I have to pay $280 to take out the car today and if I was going to pick it up the next day it was $240, obviously I had to go get my car the same night because I had to go to my house. When I arrived at the place there was no one, I called and according to them it took 15 minutes to arrive, the first call was at 1:14 at night they arrived 40 minutes later, a boy, and talking to me as if nothing had happened, boy please! Super unprofessional! On this site they are scammers!

YOUR DRIVER JOSE, IF I HAVE SEEN HIM IN THAT CONDOMINIUM TWICE IT IS A LOT, HOWEVER TO CLARIFY YOUR DOUBT YOUR DRIVER IF ACCORDING TO YOU HE WAS DOING HIS JOB, BECAUSE HE DOES NOT TAKE HIS WORK SERIOUSLY AND PRACTICES IT EVERY NIGHT WHERE THERE ARE MILLIONS OF CARS IN THAT CONDOMINIUM WITHOUT THE SUPPOSED STICKER OF THE CONDOMINIUM? Why does the condominium take a long time to give a damn sticker to its new residents? They should find out more and at least contact the condominium office and ask which are the new residents to whom they have not given the damn sticker! SO DON'T COME AND TELL ME THAT YOUR DRIVER WAS DOING HIS JOB.

If you like to party on Armenia Ave, do not park at any of the corner stores, they will tow your car within 10 minutes of you being there. If you really want to party, find proper parking. Within the span of 30 minutes, I watched 2 cars get towed.
Went to the grocery store and came home to unload groceries and when I went outside to take out trash I notice my car was gone and saw drag marks, I called the non emergency and they told me how this sketchy scamming company towed my car. When I called they said my car was towed due to me not having a permit (mind you I’ve lived in my complex over 10 years) the very rude unprofessional lady I spoke with told me I did not have a decal sticker on my car and again I told her yes I do. And technically even if I was a visitor after 8am you’re allowed to park anywhere until the evening time. My vehicle was towed at 11:30 am. When I arrived she told me since I was a resident i can use debit (again if I’m a resident why are you illegally towing my car) gave her my license which has the apartment address on it and still charged me $220, then I get my car and mysteriously my decal sticker is gone (hmmm wonder how that happened) then I had some damage from the towing and was told it was already on there. I ended up just leaving and called my attorney instead. Also will be reporting them to the better business bureau. From the looks of this company they’re known for ripping people off.
WARNING !! This towing company usually takes cars from private complexes and waits up to 6 hours to file a report with the police or the complex office. This company took my car without authorization and never made the report. After 6 hours my car was located by the police and what this company said was that it had been a mistake, that they would return the car when they had time to do so. I had to miss my day at work, and report all my documents and car as stolen because when they took the car from the complex they did not make the report as it should have, their workers, in addition to not doing their job well, also have a bad attitude, they yell at you and you They make you think that it was your fault!
Stole my 2002 ford excursion. Was notified via 911 that it was towed off property, that it is registered to. No notice. Extorted $230. Starting review for predatory behavior and contracts with the Better Business Bureau, as well as contacting my congressman for the legality of a property mandating a sticker placed in view via the 4th amendment. This is a residence. I’m going all the way up. It makes sense to me if it was out of date registration, it makes sense to me to leave a notice, but to steal my vehicle. No. I’m pushing it up the chain.
Worst towing company. Lack of customer service and professionalism. Saw tow truck in apartment complex, stopped the driver to see if they had removed the car (thought at first it was stolen as it was just parked there). Wouldnt give any info, acted as if it was someone else that had towed the vehicle. Called for over an hour to find out what location vehicle was at. Was given a different price than it actually cost. Location had no change for payment. Had issues with damage upon pick up and told me it was a civil problem to have my lawyer call them. Juan is absolutely rude, unprofessional, dishonest and shady as they come. His tow yard looks at ghetto as he is.
Terrible customer service when calling about a car that was towed from an apartment at $178 for a five mile tow. She continually interrupted and even raised her voice at respectful questions and failed to mention the price add-ons that came with waiting to pick it up before 6 hours passed at 4 in the morning. I only realized this after reading reviews online mentioning the same issues. This worker deserves to be fired immediately.
I know everyone has a job to do but these people r worthless. Had to drop my car off at the mechanic cause I was having some issues and had to leave it overnight. Rented a car within the hour of dropping off my car. stopped to get groceries B4 I got home. Got home, took everything out and within that same hr of me getting home, unpacking the car and going inside NOT even being parked an hr, these a holes, towed my rental. Called the apt complex and they said it was because I didn't have a do not tow sticker. (Well of course not, I just reached home, didn't get a chance to stop). Got the name of the tow company and they said it DIDN'T have a sticker. When cars r parked at the complex for hrs or days, they DON'T tow them. Inconvenienced me and cost me money unnecessarily and on top of that....... They DON'T even tell u B4 hand, it's cash ONLY. DON'T even mention it on their website.
If I could give no stars I would! This company is nothing but a scam. They are predatory Towers. We had 2 cars parked at the hotel we were staying at and had checked in late. We checked into hotel and walked over to a place right next to hotel to hangout. Next thing we knew both our cars were towed. We presented our parking passes and told them our cars were wrongfully towed. The man at the towing office, Juan, was rude and demanded we pay $200 for each car (2) IN CASH to get them back or come back Monday. How convenient right. We are from out of town, we could not leave our cars there for the entire weekend. He just wanted the money- didn’t even allow credit card payments. Just a complete scam. Gave us a complete lie about how we could contact the manager the next day. When we called the next day we were given a run around and told the manager was Juan. So basically he lied, wanted the money, even though we had proof of our parking passes. Little does he know we own and operate a family run towing company in Orlando for over 20 years, we are well aware of how a towing company operates. This company is predatory. They have no integrity, take advantage of vulnerable situations and are greedy. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB.
Horrible company towing peoples car away for nothing! They will literally follow people into an apartment building you get out of your vehicle and then bam you come back to you vehicle and it’s gone! This company needs to be taken car of by the state and shut down! They are nothing but scammers and greedy as people!
Absolutely horrible company! Parked my car in a spot marked “paid parking only” which also said “monthly permit”. This space was in the visitor section. The meter to pay for parking was broken. Being a visitor at this complex, I thought I was parked in the appropriate area. I call the company and they wanted to charge me $195 to get my car. Manager was rude, cursing, and overall unprofessional. Once I threatened to call the cops and sue, they wanted to try and bargain with me dropping the price to $145. I told them I wasn’t paying anything for my car since it shouldn’t have been towed in the first place. They threatened to call the cops on me and said I would have to wait until Monday to get my car back. If I could give -1 stars I would. Terribly unprofessional!!!!!!
