I’m 18, in college and live in a College housing apartment complex. they have little parking so the other night in order to be in my apartment i had to park across the street for probably hours total. My car got towed which is fine because I was aware it being a possible consequence. However I called immediately in shambles at 5 am, and was told i had to pay 243 dollars. Expensive but okay, again consequences. However when I got there the lady was very rude, charging me 278. for someone like me, yes the 35 bucks is a big difference. The place was very unprofessional and rude. 6 hours counts as a whole day by the way, if ur car is towed and you can’t get there ASAP ur screwed. Pulling out of the lot is really difficult as well and unsafe!!!! Don’t use this company!!
They were very rude. The lady who answered the phone was unprofessional and bad attitude. Gave That's the wrong information and it sent us to the wrong impound lot. It also gave us the wrong price and was totally totally disrespectful and very very rude as I explained in the beginning. I will never use them again and they supposedly represent Hillsborough county sheriff's office. They should be reprimanded for their business practice of being rude and disrespectful to people at a time when things are troubled for most
Driving like a maniac and almost hit my car and another to the left of me. Don’t have your business on your vehicle if you’re driving reckless and putting people in danger.
The company was ruthless on gasparilla. Towing cars left and right. After finding out my car was towed around 5 pm, I called and was told if I wasn’t there by 6 the price would increase and they wanted only cash. Upon picking my car up I was shown zero pictures of my car when it was picked up and dropped off. I feel as if this company took advantage of a lot of people that day.
The driver was nice and got to me in about 30 minutes. Everything was fine. The dispatch, lady named Sheryl or Shelly (according to the driver) initially quoted me $110. I was fine with that, the driver had to use something extra for my car because we realized the back tire was flat as well and said it would be another $25. Ok, understood, fine with that as well. Everything was fine until the driver said “Usually the tows only are about $80-90, I’m not sure why she quoted you $110”. I decided to call the dispatcher back when we got to the destination because she had to run my card over the phone anyway and ask if there was any particular reason she quoted me $110 when according to her driver the normal quote for a tow is $80-90. She told me the driver was “new and didn’t know anything about their prices” and “because of the area”. Mind you the tow was a total of 5 minutes, a total of 1.4 miles to be exact. That pissed me off!! The driver wasn’t new because he told me he’d been driving for them for years and how would he not know your prices when he’s driving around all day for your company? He writes out the receipt and gives it to you to either take the cash or have you call to pay over the phone. How would he not know the standard tow price when you yourself as the dispatch told me the standard tow price is $110 when I initially called? He literally said “usually the tows are $80-$90 but she said $110 which I’m not sure why” and shrugged his shoulders like he didn’t want to get in trouble or get in the middle of it. I was fine with the $110 and even fine with the extra $25 due to the circumstance UNTIL the driver said the $110 wasn’t the normal price and all the dispatcher could tell me was because of my area and the driver didn’t know the correct prices was the only excuse. It gave SCAM vibes and make up the prices based on bs terms. If the driver is so called “new” (he was NOT) either educate him on the actual prices or tell him to not be messy and run his mouth about the shady prices you decide to make up.
Needed a tow after I busted my tire. Was fortunate to get Carlos and his wife. He called me to tell me he was running late (which I appreciate) and having his wife with him made me feel safe. Both lovely.
Probably a good place but I wouldn't know. After showing up here after a tow, I learned my car is actually 30 min away, after arriving there's no way of really letting anyone know you're there so I walked inside only to be kicked out (was told they would see me on the camera and come out, but I walked inside without anyone noticing and sat in the office for a minute so let that sit in), only got the 2(?) people that work there apparently didn't communicate and I had to wait even more time after setting am appointment time. Everyone was nice but I lost a lot of time at work because of silly mistakes and lack of communication.
Disappointing, really.
Great service and affordable. My car broke down and went with my instinct with one of the first companies that popped up
On google, Joel answer on the first call and recommended me a great mechanic as well and with in 40 minutes my car was picked up and fix by the end of the day.

Hilarion did an amazing job helping me out today! I had a flat tire and needed my car towed to my house so I could fix my flat. He was very nice and communicated well! He let me know how long it would be, the price, sent me pictures when he had my car secured, then called when he arrived! He did everything right. Asked for the location, pictures of the car, put it in neutral and towed it properly.

Praying for you if you ever get your car towed and have to deal with these people. Absolutely horrible experience. They are incredibly rude and unhelpful, the woman on dispatch yelled at me for about 5 minutes and had a nasty attitude. They only take cash and wouldn’t let me see my car without paying (pretty sure that's against Florida law). Super sketchy and rude rude people.
On time knows how to pick up cars unlike commtowig they totally destroyed my car and took it from my property cuz the landlord didn't like it. But a&m is alot more affordable and professional

Shady business; Very concerning their tow yard sits unsupervised during the day. No one stays in their front office off Columbus instead they hang out at a different location during the day. Customer service is not something they concern themselves with. The woman who seemed to have been in charge has a real chip on her shoulder and was quite rude. Beware as they are on the police rotation and you may get stuck with them as I did.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Tried to tow my rear wheel drive truck from the front due to me being parked in reversed!!! Didn’t even attempt to put my vehicle in neutral, was just going to pull the vehicle. Lady and a man very unprofessional and have the nastiest attitudes!! NO uniform worn to indicate they work for a towing company. Will never recommend this towing company. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!!! Paid the $65 for them to drop the vehicle and they didn’t even carry change for $100 but want to charge 5% extra for using debit.
I WORK HERE AND AS YOU WERE TRYING TO TOW THE VEHICLE THE WRONG WAY I CAME OUT AND STOPPED YOU. THERE WAS NO NOTICE OR WARNING AT ALL!! Don’t demand the truth when you’re the one lying!

This company uses the most shady practices allowed by law, and then some. You can call and receive the nastiest response possible, and this as someone trying to remove an illegally parked vehicle. They're contracted with Palori and a slew of other South Tampa slumlords, no surprises here.
So check this out I didn’t even use there service, first thing the dude that work tonight in Channelside he know who he is. Also the lady that was w him very nasty mind this my truck was never hooked tow just pulled out the tow part. I just pulled up n to grab food from my job that I called n orders before I pulled up. I was paying for it when the bartender was going to get my change Uber eats parked the longer even my bosses park there at night longer than I did my truck sat there literally less than 3mins the bartender even said to there face they r snakes.. y’all trash af smh Thumbs down middle finger up charge me 65$, spent 84$ in 10 mins
I sold a vehicle in November of 2018. The person I sold it to never registered the vehicle so it was still in my name. The vehicle was towed sometime in January and stored on their lot. I then received a lien on my license where I could not renew my license or any registration. When the DMV told me they couldn't help me I came to the tow yard, I showed them the bill of sale, I tried to pay a lesser amount, I even offered a WHOLE car but they wouldn't take anything other than the $495. Well after a chat with the FL DMV, not Hillsborough DMV but the one for the state, and they told me all I needed was the notarized bill of sale and to print out form 82498 from the Flhsmv.gov website and that the tax collector office should have handled it for me (don't get intimidated by the system people). In short I got the lien taken off, the towing company didn't get Jack from me and I feel dang good about it. The people at the tow yard tried to make it seem like I was trying to scheme my way out of it, the lady's specific words were "your just trying to get out of paying what you owe". I'm going to check in every week just to make sure Tallahassee sent them the notice that the lien was removed but I'm sure they won't mind me telling them I don't owe them anything. Do your research people, these people thought they had me, it took me a week but I handled it. Don't call these people for anything, you need a tow there's plenty of people on offer up who tow for $50. AAA is $60 a year and you get 3 tows. Good luck and don't come here for nothing.
Horrible customer service and Overpriced. For accidents $125 hook up fee plus $50 clean up fee for each car. Not to mention, Throwing debris from out of the road onto the sidewalk isn’t cleaning up. It’s call littering.
If I could give them a zero star rating I would. I waited 2 and a half hours, for a tow that was supposed to be at my property within 45 minutes. An incredibly unprofessional woman named Charlie treated us with such disrespect over the phone when asking her if there was an issue regarding the service. She informed us, after we had called waiting the 2 hours and 45 minutes, saying the tow was NOT going to service us, that she was too busy and not willing to call us to let us know. Charlie proceeded to hang up on us. Disgusting attitude and beyond unprofessional. She should be fired.
