Only reason i gave it a 1 star is cause that's the only way I can leave a review my wife hit a pot hole than a tree in Tampa she was bleeding had blood on her face clothes needed to go to the hospital tow truck came he was with cop the cop is the is the one who calls his buddies I have insurance so I have AAA the cop tells my wife let them take the car she will get more money with them in Tampa than St Pete I said. Don't listen to him I walk away taking my stuff out of my car he got her to say yes I didn't want to argue cause she needs to see a doctor so we follow the tow truck and he said where use going if your following me were closed it was a Sunday so I knew something was wrong so we drive back to St Pete take her to the ER they keep her there for a week I called my insurance took care that when she gets out I call for the car he say I owe 700 something I said I was told by a cop that ur company will buy my car with the damages that it has he will call his buddy to come and tow it he said we don't do that so it's a business that cops and Supreme towing company have together take the people who cops work for cars from them to be fixed and sold but lie to them I told this to other people they said it's happened to them and others heard about it but it's been a year I been building so much info that I'm not done with what they did everything may be legal especially when they have the police department who sponsors donkin donuts helping them brain wash people who has a accident blood on there face who are struggling maybe that' little can help them get another car but greed a badge don't mean nothing to me I couldn't post this after it happened everything comes out at different times this is the first I'm going to make sure that this place never does that to anyone and that' goes to the cops that are involved ist going to be done the right way with the courts now this company can laugh and think they're doing everything legal but u always have that one person who talks after doing something ellegal I'm not telling anyone don't call this towing company cause it's ur choice but if u experience what me and lots of other people experienced than you will see what others had to deal with it's not worth losing your business but hey walk around thinking your a tough bully cause ur buddy has a badge sorry li buddys not anymore. THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE A ONE STAR. For one they charged me TWO DAYS for a vehicle that wasn’t even in the lot for 24 hours. On top of that I simply asked a question to understand why it was so much and the lovely lady there tried to explain to me when a RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL MAN Brian I believe his name was came and was very nasty. He even said some disrespectful things about my son who’s vehicle we were picking up. He doesn’t deserve to be in business with his attitude and disrespectfulness.
They don't deserve one star. They are very rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional. The reason for the one star is because of the young receptionist that took care of business. But, zero star for the grumpy woman who doesn't have time for her customers.
THIS IS A SCAM one of the workers convinced me to leave my car here I was at 400$ and now I’m paying 600$ they charged me a gate fee when I was told by the man because he was already here he would not charge me for it I’m now paying a additional 70$ very unprofessional they just want the money highly recommended not to go to this establishment
BE AWARE! This business towed my truck, and when I picked up the truck, all my warning lights were on (ABS, Brake, Pre-collision, etc.). I had told the lady immediately that there was something wrong. She sent a text to someone and never heard back. I called again and talked to the owner and/or manager, whoever it was, to explain the situation. He was very confrontational and told me I was crazy; there was nothing they did that would have done anything to my truck. He said he wasn’t reimbursing me for anything and that I was going to have to take him to court. I took my truck to multiple places, including Stadium Toyota and NAPA Auto Center. Both had said the truck had thrown multiple codes coming from a crimped wire where, more than likely, the truck was tied down. I called the guy back again, and he was confrontational, barely letting me talk and telling him I could send over the report to show him what the shops said. He just denied, denied, denied, and told me to take him to court. This company is a joke, and you should never use a coward like this ever. SEE THE REPORT BELOW FOR PROOF.
****Pre diagnosis conversation with customer**** Will need to use Toyota Techstream and verify the circuit integrity. Please see attached photos of DTC's, potential causes, as well as the conditions that must be set to trigger this DTC.
****After talking to the customer - corresponding photos start at screenshot of wiring harness**** Test of wiring from LR wheel speed sensor to connector EB2 (located in the Engine Bay) shows an open circuit to the sensor on the LR- (black wire). Inspection of the speed sensor wiring harness where it is routed on the LR of the axle shows the harness has been pulled in the retaining clips. I would speculate that when the vehicle was towed the apparatus used to pull the vehicle from the rear caused damage to the wiring harness.
Due to design, as there is no sub harness for the wheel speed sensor and the only connector from rear wheel speed to skid control unit is within the engine bay (see attached wiring diagram). I will need to repair the wiring in the region of the damage. Also due to it being an insulated wire I will need to open the shielding past the likely damaged area to verify the open is on the rear axle and that it did not cause the open in the circuit higher up in the harness. The wires are routed along the axle and then upwards over the fuel tank. In the event the open is higher up towards the fuel tank I may need to remove and reinstall the fuel tank to gain access to the wires. At this time I believe the open to be right at the axle as the harness doesn't appear to be moved from the retaining connectors above the axle, but I can not see under the shielding so will need to test once I cut the circuit.
****After repair**** See attached screenshot showing graphed live data of wheel speed sensors. LR wheel speed sensor is reading as designed. Found and repaired open wire in circuit.
Sure open 24 hours for your car to be towed but not to get stuff out of it. Also, they tow your vehicle from a car crash and apparently don't turn in any paperwork or leave your keys with the office. So if you want your stuff back, you have to wait for the driver.
You can't go through the actual address you have to go around the side but there is no sign ("we are working on that." But they have other just printed signs off a office printer directing others where to go)
And be prepared for mud. And your car being damaged by other vehicles there)
just witnessed the owner of this company almost hit a family a mother the father who was holding their 1 year old daughter if not younger daughter as they had the right away on the cross walk as he was driving beyond past the speed limit as they was yelling for him to stop he as kept speeding didn’t care as i followed him to the yard and he said ya and ok but i didn’t hit them mind your business it’s kind of hard to mind my business when u are a owner of a company so this tells me u would of hit them & drove off and not give a damn u are reckless and shouldn’t be on the road and as a owner of a tow truck company
Terrible customer service call twice. Different representative gave me different information. The last time I called. The representative was rude belligerent and hung up the phone on me three times. I was unable to get my vehicle. He even blocked me and I was unable to contact for my vehicles information. I will never recommend this business to anyone. Absolutely no customer service.

Horrible customer service! My mercedes was stolen Friday night and abandoned somewhere is Tampa. This is the company that was called to tow it. I called Saturday after the Sheriff Department told me they had it. The person on the phone was very mean and rude. No compassion whatsoever, which is crazy seeing as I wasn’t towed for illegal parking or something like that. I asked him if he knew if the car was drivable, or if they were any damages… And he said no, we just tow. Then proceeds to tell me if I want to come get my car. I have to pay a gate fee because they are closed… However online it says they’re 24 hours. He said he would call me back with details on the cost to get my car from the tow yard and he did not call. I called five hours later and I was forwarded to voicemail. I left a voicemail and still did not get a phone call back. Super disappointed.
Very rude on the phone. They hang up on you. And the hate to answer you question. And they just talk very rude. I will say the guy who help me get my friends car off the lot was very nice and was very helpful…
I called Supreme after the English challenged AAA subcontractor refused me service. The dispatcher said the driver would call within 30 minutes. He called 4 mins later and arrived within 15 mins of me placing the call. Hank assessed the situation and agreed that this was a simple tow. He moved like a practiced professional and handled my truck with kid gloves. He was professional, courteous, prompt, and managed the experience like a seasoned veteran. I hope the owner recognizes Hank's skill and rewards his work ethic.
I'll update this review tomorrow when I know how the truck was delivered. Although, I don't think my rating will change.
I called to have my car towed. It was Easter Sunday, yet they had someone there within 30 minutes. The driver was fantastic and actually diagnosed and fixed my car, saving me a huge amount of time and money!! Highly recommend
I give the employees 5star the owner with his customers service skills 1star really a zero. His attitude is bad but Stan and the young man whom took the money and the older gentleman who fixed the wheel on my sister's truck. Them 3 get 5 stars.

Unfortunately I had to meet these people on Monday because I was in a bad accident, but the driver got there was very polite and very professional went back the next day to pick up my belongings out of my car they were very helpful and then went back the day after that to get my tag and frame off the car and very accommodating and nice
I called Supreme Towing and ask for tow and within a half an hour not even they were there to get my vehicle that is the fastest towing service that I have ever used in the past and the man Stan that came to do the tow was extremely professional, friendly and super fast with his work. Thank you guys for the great service!
My son, Nick Ewing, has used this company over the years. Always professional and very helpful. We had an issue with our car on Labor Day, and he called them. Within less than an hour they picked it up, and towed it to our dealership. No worries for us. Thank you, so much for your speedy response.

Driver must be trying to ensure business because he just nearly hit me on Hillsborough coming off Dale Mabry, no yield or signal or anything. Hope they take better care of the cars under their care.
