!!!Charging almost $500 for just spindle?? A clear ripoff!!! And then you have to wait half an hour after they put you on hold!!! I don't know about this place but I sure will not be doing business here!!!!
I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but people in the Hillsborough County / Tampa Bay area need to watch out for the Plant City Auto Parts Salvage Yard.
I communicated with them about a transmission on Facebook Market place and clearly asked about an automatic transmission. There was nothing confusing about it. Somehow, when I get there, they come back talking about a 5-speed manual transmission like that’s what I meant. That’s not a small mix-up, that’s Bull Crap.
Then comes the real problem: once I correct them, suddenly the automatic transmission is more than double the price they originally quoted. That’s where it starts to feel like a bait-and-switch. Quote something cheaper to get your attention, then switch it up once you push forward.
And here’s the kicker, they didn’t even have the transmission. They admitted they would have to go get it from another salvage yard. So, they’re quoting prices on parts they don’t even have, and trying to upsell after the fact.
Between the misinformation, the price jump, and not even having the part in-house, this was a complete waste of time. I’d strongly recommend taking your business somewhere else. No one in the Tampa Bay Area should ever use this place again.
The new ownership and employees were very helpful.They made sure the part worked before I came all the way to purchase it.They gave the price out the door before I got there also.Very helpful and you can save a lot of money on your next needed automotive part for your vehicle.
Great prices, friendly staff, and they'll pull your part while you wait. They let me inspect everything I was going to buy prior to purchasing it. I'm extremely happy with what I got today.
Changing all the seats in my truck, plus a climate control module, heated seat module, 2 power window control module, cost me under $450. I couldn't do that at an lkq, even without the warranty.

Never , never buy a part from these place , they sold me a engine computer for 300 and I lost my money , it didn’t work it was bad when I call for exchange they said they can not returned or exchange , very bad place they sell you bad stuff and you waste your money very bad experience the owner is very bad don’t go there ever
Ordered a rim got the rim no problem except it came the a bad tire they made me take the tire them told me i had to load it myself im 60 years old cant lift a tire on a rim up to my trunk this is poor service ill never go back
Happy with the service at the Redman location. Do not go to the MLK location. We stood at the counter without being greeted for 12 minutes. The guy behind the counter found it more interesting to good on his phone than a knowledge our presence. We had to interrupt him and ask if he had a battery in stock, without looking he said no. We asked if he could check with the other location he replied they won't have it either. We drove the Redman location and the young lady there took great care of me and had the battery we needed.
