Marcus did a great job towing my truck from Riverview to St Pete Beach, 86 C10 lowered down and he handled it perfectly getting it on and off the bed. Would definitely get in touch with them for any future needs!
Marcus was very friendly and knowledgeable and we felt he went out of his way to take care of us. How ever I was surprised that he didn’t have a jumper box in his truck. We had a dead battery and had to borrow a jumper box from a neighbor to start our car to release the emergency brake. But Marcus was on time and he knew what to do to get the car out of park and loaded, and he put everything back together before he left. He was towing my sister P. Wescott’s Explorer.
Very prompt service after first company contacted never showed up. Very courteous and kept us informed of delivery to AAMCO. Would definitely recommend this company.

Used A1 through Geico Roadside, very good experience. Polite, quick response. Would certainly call them again (which of course I hope to not have to!!). If so though I would. Highly recommend.
They were really prompt to arrive and very professional to tow the vehicle at the end. They send me pictures where the vehicle was left and keep me informed during the whole process.
Marcus did an outstanding job of towing my car. I had been dealing with road side assistance giving him the wrong pickup location and drop off but he was patient and really went above and beyond to help me!!!!
Jomar showed up and showed out for sho! He went above and beyond. I was having such a bad day and he managed to make me smile and feel like things will be okay.
Jomar Diaz is by far their best tow truck driver. The man goes above and beyond in customer service. I can't recommend the company any better. This man is a true professional, and if every company is judged on the employees they have. Then A-1 tow Masters gets 5 stars all day.

I recently had to call from A1 tow masters after experiencing a sudden flat tire during rush hour traffic. The entire experience, from the initial call to the final drop-off, was outstandingly professional and efficient.
The dispatcher, who I believe was named lia, was calm and immediately provided a clear, realistic estimated time of arrival (ETA), which the driver met perfectly. The driver, was courteous, highly skilled, and ensured my vehicle was loaded onto the flatbed with great care, clearly prioritizing the safety of both my car and the surrounding traffic.
In a stressful situation, their transparency regarding the service fee was appreciated—there were no surprises or hidden costs. Will do my future calls with this company for sure !!

When my car broke down late at night, I wasn’t sure who to call, but I’m so glad I went with Tow Masters. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish, thanks especially to Armando, who was the driver that came to help me.
Armando arrived quickly much faster than I expected and was incredibly professional and courteous. He took the time to make sure my car was securely hooked up and handled everything with care. Even though I was stressed, his calm and friendly attitude made the situation a lot easier to handle.
What stood out the most was how honest and clear he was about pricing. No hidden fees, no rushed explanations just straightforward service. Armando even gave me some helpful advice on local repair shops, which turned out to be really useful.

My wife and kids were stranded and Jomar was amazing man. He got my family out of the highway safely and even taught my son how to tow our car and reassured me everything was going to be okay. His service was so good that my wife cell wasn’t charging and he provided his so we can communicate. He turned an awful situation into a not so bad experience given the circumstances. I just had my car picked up by Brenden and I must say he made a great first impression as I had never used the company before. I recently lost my husband so was a little emotional. Ge assured me all would work out. He was kind, personable and very knowledgeable. Employees like him can be hard to find. You are fortunate to have him in your company.
