Adam’s Global provided excellent service! They were incredibly fast and efficient with my tire change, which made a stressful situation so much easier. Everything was handled professionally from start to finish. A special thank you to Jose, my tow truck driver—he was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was taken care of quickly and safely. I highly recommend Adam’s Global for their outstanding service and quick response!
He was timely, and friendly and helpful. I had two trucks come before him and they couldn’t tow my car. He came in and was literally multi-tasking as if he was doing it in his sleep. Great, professional, and would use his company again.

Went above and beyond in their service to get my sisters car ready so she can be at work tomorrow. We had some unforeseen issues with a tire and their dedication and problem solving managed to get it done.
I put in my claim for roadside assistance and in less than 40 minutes an Adams Global Company tow truck showed up. It was amazing to get assistance so quickly when it usually takes up to 2 hours. I'm not sure of the nice gentleman's name, perhaps it was Haider, but he was such an awesome guy. This company was very respectful of my vehicle, and they even asked if I needed a ride anywhere. This was the best towing experience I have ever had. I would 100% recommend this company if you are in need of a quick and safe tow!!
Allstate sent these guys out through our roadside assistance. They were an hour out from arriving. My insurance company sent me a text letting me know they arrived, but they didn't. I called them to check and they told me they were another hour out.... 2 hrs past and they never showed. I called again and the guy on the phone acted like he was in the middle of brain surgery and could not talk... Why answer the phone then?.. he Hung up on me so I called back, and again hung up on me telling me they were on their way. I finally got another company to come out through Allstate that was on time and over communicated which is what you want. Worst service ever.
I called and presented myself early afternoon to pick up my vehicle. The doors were locked and the owner did not answer my calls or messages until late that night causing an extra charge for storage.
Not knowing what’s wrong with your car or having no idea how to fix it is one scare that can cause a worry so big, you freak out. Tonight, I was overwhelmed because I could not figure out what was wrong with mine. Then a wonderful man, Adam came to help me. He was very patient and kind. He quickly knew what the issue was and fixed it immediately. I was so happy that I started to tear up. He kept me calm and collected as he got my car all straightened out. You rarely see kind people in customer service jobs and I really appreciated his help tonight. Especially being it was almost 2am when he came to my rescue. Thank you again Adam for helping a mother in need. You deserve a raise!
Jose was Outstanding! Quick and fast! We were stuck and he found a new route to tow the vehicle. He went Above and beyond! Look no farther. Highly recommended!
I needed roadside assistance today and after going through my insurance company, they sent Adam's Global Company. What I will say is that they are very dependable, kept in contact with me with the ETA's, very courteous and professional. I highly recommend them. If theirs a way to request them through your service provider, then request them.
Waited for 2hrs, with a flat, just to be told that they couldn't come to us any longer, because we were too far. No one cared to call and tell us this. Why accept a job, then don't follow through. Horrible business practice. Then to be told, oh well, it's not my problem. Never will my company do business with this company again, and advise anyone reading this to take your business elsewhere.

Very well versed in his job, his people skills are very good in communicating with the customer! Excellent personality! Very speedy response and service. From pick up to drop off. If I was 30 minutes that was good from Colin time to drop off maybe about 45,55 minutes fastest service I have ever had!!
We requested a tow and our insurance provided an ETA of 60-90 minutes. This company showed up in 8 minutes! Super friendly and made great conversation. Gave us a ride home too. If you want Quick and efficient service, this is the company to call.
The fuel pump went out in my tuck, so I have an expert on a call. They showed up in less than 20 min. (HUS ) was our tow truck driver. He was extremely nice and super professional. The tow was surprisingly affordable, and I will use an expert for now on when I need a tow. I highly recommend them.
I was left in a very difficult situation. My truck that was borrowed was left almost 80 miles away from me broke down. They went above and beyond to help me get it to my mechanic. The prices were very fair. They also were very quick to get it done. Never had a towing company work so quickly. Thanks for great service and understanding when I really needed it.
