ABSOLUTE SCAM ! Called them and gave me a price . Get there and paid me a lesser price for the same grade steel .
I’m local and I tried going there a year ago 40 min before closing and said no with only one car in line . The second time I went and they were super disrespectful to me so I left . This third time the scammed me! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Horrible payout .
Terrible! absolutely ridiculous! We visit scrap yards all over the state daily never have problems like we have experienced here lately , we used to come here often but under new management this place has become the worst around! New Manger is on the worst kind of power trip, its obviously the first time this man has ever had any Authority and is an embarrassment to the Garden Street Corp. And is well on his way to completely running this place into the ground. Closing scales early but only for certain costumers, openly making of customers and encouraging the other employees to do the same even a disabled senior citizen making open in statements about making sure customers didn't come back that he didn't like finding a ridiculous reasons to turn people away because laziness on their end and pretends he knows what he's talking about but had to be corrected on several occasions now. $68.00 to $138.00 for extruded materials is a big mistake especially for people in our field or rely souly scraping for a living!!!!
Great & clean facility! The staff was very kind and polite. It took a total of 15 minutes from the time we pulled in, off loaded and left. Very efficient and quick! Thank you for your services, we will be back!
Was very helpful. The guys were friendly and then when I said I forgot my ID let me go home to get my daughter bc I couldn't find mine...lol...the one guy not sure of his name but he was patient. This was my first time there with my son. It was a good experience!
The cashier is so rude and doesn't know what is customer service means , she doesn't help theirs customers just because they have not acknowledge about the place or poor in her language, the worker they have doesn't wear a mask even hand zanitazer around.
Very rude a female clerk that answers phone. When asked to repeat last item that was asked about said"wow". Then hung up when I was translating for my father.
