Horrible experience. The skinny blonde woman in the office was extremely rude. 1. There is no designated area that says “OFFICE” so me and my spouse walked towards the bay to get some help with our issue and the mechanic in the bay proceeds to tell us that the office is outside to left and wait in there to be seen. As soon as we enter the office to wait, the blonde woman doesn’t even “greet us”. automatically gave us attitude rudely telling us we were not allowed in the office and to get out. Then proceeded to ask us “what do we want” instead of saying “How can I help you?” Like it is basic customer service etiquette. Instead of investing in a NEW GREEN TOW TRUCK this owner aka rude blonde woman should invest in taking some customer service classes cause hunny it takes more energy being rude than it is it to spread a kind word.
While towing my travel trailer on State road 78 (a two lane road in the middle of nowhere) the left side tire blew out causing some damage to the trailer. I was unable to remove one of the lug nuts do to it being cross-threaded. I called my insurance company who contacted Stonewall Towing. It took some time for the truck to arrive, but when it did, the driver, Ivan was amazing. He got things squared away quickly and then stopped traffic so I could get back on the road. Stonewall will be my go-to if I ever have a car or trailer problem in the future.

Spoke with Savanah to get a quote on a heavy duty tow , I kindly asked her to give me a quote on a worst case scenario (I have to get fees approved from a third party) she quoted me and said: it wont take more than ..... this is your quote..... I agreed on the quote.
After the service was completed they tow bill increased close to $400.00.
Called the office to ask for an explanation and she just gave me a nasty attitude over the phone.
We are here working business to business trying to support the industry, I used them on the past and never had this issue.
If you are not sure how much is going to cost the dont provide a quote.
These guys are awesome! combination of multiple companies, bottom line they will get it done. I don't think there is a job they can't do I'm happy I got to meet some of the guys working here. I dropped off a forklift lift and ended up with bad photos for the client. I
returned early in the morning. These guys were right there responsive. Took me right to the unit allowed me time to take photos. Extremely polite, just good people to deal with. I'm very appreciative of the cooperation understanding, and professional manner of these guys
Stonewall has consistently helped my family out when they are stranded on the side of the road with car issues. I truly am grateful for their professionalism and promptness. I can’t imagine towing people in our community with all of these wild drivers down here it’s honestly scary at times , I’m beyond grateful for this wonderful company. Owner showed up, swerving off the road, and had about a case of bud light falling out of his truck rambling about queer people? do not use this service.

I couldn't recommend Stonewall Towing more highly. As opposed to other options to assist a flat tire, they were out and assisting me 10 minutes after I hung up the phone with them. Great care and service. Would recommend to anyone.

This company has to be the best around. Blew a tire didn't have a spare. He towed us to motel and picked us back up the next when we found a tire took us to have it put on and took us back to the motel. It is nice to know there is still honest and compassionate people left in this crazy world. First class company. Would recommend in a minute. Thanks for what you did for us.
Contacted Ken to have a car towed to a local shop for work. Ken is very professional and polite. Was a painless process and made me feel good knowing the car was in good hands.
