Update: finally got my cans. Took two trips down there to make sure they where delivered. One of dispatchers was helpful as she had the driver pick up the bagged trash on my pickup day. Been more then a week and STILL have not had my residential cans delivered. What kind of outfit are these folks running I'm paying for a service I'm not getting.

I scheduled a pickup date for old furniture and workers never showed up. This is unacceptable as I am paying my taxes to the government. I called and they people in the call center who do not know who manages this contract or are unable to help.

It was easy to find, simple process and the young lady up front was very kind and friendly. They don't take cash so bring your plastic or your check book.

The Waste Pro dump is a convenient and well-maintained location for disposing of waste. The clerk at the payment window is very friendly and professional, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Whether you're a first-time visitor or a regular, you can count on being treated with respect and courtesy.

I had a great experience at the Quincy Transfer Station. The process is well organized—you drive to designated areas in the yard to unload different types of waste, which makes everything smooth and efficient. When you enter, your vehicle is weighed, and then again before you leave. They accept credit cards but not cash, which is convenient for many people. A special shoutout to the young lady working at the scale house—she was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. It’s always a pleasure to interact with someone so positive and professional. I also appreciate how clean and fresh the area smells, especially around the payment window. Overall, my visits to Quincy Transfer Station have been consistently pleasant, thanks to the friendly staff and efficient process. Highly recommend!

The people at Quincy waste had to work on Christmas Eve. I think that deserves a five star when it comes to the workers. Maybe not so much for the county for making there workers, work on Christmas Eve. I would have been happy to wait till after Christmas. Thank you to the workers

Super bunch of friendly folks at the Quincy Transfer Station who take their jobs seriously. The grounds seem to be organized well. You drive to designated areas on the yard to unload different types of waste. Wished their Saturday hours were longer. To recycle plastic bottles, cardboard, etc. there is a fee of $3.00. (This is a disappoint) They gladly accept tires for a fee. $10 per tire without rim and $15 per for tire /rim attached. Your vehicle is weighed upon entering the grounds and prior to leaving. They accept credit cards but do not accept cash. Pleased to see they have sanitizer at weigh station when checking out. Overall experience at the Quincy Transfer Station is pleasurable.
