Don is a true professional. Customer service is a priority at this store. Every time I call it only takes 2-3 rings and there is a courteous associate on the line. I needed a couple air filters for my Tundra which have been difficult to locate. Don made everything easy and quickly had the parts I needed. Thank you! This is the only place I’ll shop for my trucks needs
Can’t say enough good about these guys. Willie specifically saved our day as we were on I-10 with a trailer tire blown headed home to SC from Vacation. I needed a can of PB blaster and a breaker bar to complete my tire change. Willie showed up within 20 minutes of my call not only with the parts but he stayed and helped me change the tire. Class act and such a blessing to me and my family.
The multi-million dollar company but if you buy anything here just know that the store manager makes up her own policies and you literally have to pull up the policy online and show her or she will deny you if your product is bad and that my friends is the same as stealing and that would make her a thief. I know it's a little out of the way but if you can find a Napa Auto Parts they are notorious for having the best part the best customer service and the most knowledgeable people and they're not going to try to steal from you.
I Have had an account/business acc I ount with them for several years now and couldn’t even tell you the purpose in having one because its not like they give you discounts or anything for having it.But as far as pricing goes they are the best priced for sure

Had some batteries installed in my truck by a very helpful young named Trevon. He was very courteous, well mannered, and knowledgeable. He is truly an asset to O'Reillys and his generation in general. Goes to show you teach your children manners and respect and they will make you proud as adults.
Great people delivering outstanding service. I had truck problems, called O'Reilly's for help, and the manager was quick to dispatch the delivery person to assist me. I then drove to O'Reilly's and received the best service a person could ever ask for from "Bronson". My truck problems were taken care of in a matter of minutes. O'Reilly's manager, "Holley" was terrific and runs a tight ship with the best people and the best service with dedicated team players. A pleasure to work with the entire O'Reilly's team.

Very good customer service didn't mind coming out and helping me find everything I needed and the manager Holly I have known her a long time she used to work in Bainbridge but she is top notch she's on the ball you got you a good manager
