Financed my daughter a car, was happy at first. The manager is very pleasant and i really liked her and i still do butttttt. I purchased a vehicle from here and the A/C need fixed before we picked it up. I was ok with that because i needed time to pay the downpayment. I finally picked the car up and it preformed well for about a month. The A arm broke while my daughter was driving it. I didn’t bother the dealer with it, I fixed it. Immediately after that, the A/C goes out AGAIN and i call the dealer this time and she advises me that i didn’t purchase extended warranty so they couldn’t do anything to help. I fixed that problem. I drive the vehicle out of state only to be left on the side of the road with another problem. This time, I called the lender and advised them of where they can pick the vehicle up at. I realize i bought a used vehicle but i was hoping for it to last more than 6 months. So do research, have a mechanic check the vehicle before you sign. This is just my dealing with this lot and i just wanted to share. So be very careful before buying a used vehicle from here or anywhere else!!!!!!

I had such a wonderful experience when buying my Honda from Universal Auto! I worked closely with Jonathan Garcia, who provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with my purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! My son purchased a 2016 Ford F150. He did not have it for three months. The first month the catalytic converter messed up so he took it back to them. They claimed they put a new one on and charged him 750 to put it on but he only paid 300. They claimed it was new, but when he had it checked from a different mechanic, they stated that it’s not new they only poked holes in it. The next month the alternator went out. He had that fixed now it’s having electrical issues. The truck turned off in the middle of the highway and won’t stay charged. Marissa took advantage of an 18 year old that just graduated high school stating there is nothing they can do to solve the issue then hung up in his ear. So if you don’t want to be stuck with a lemon I advise you to not purchase from this place. I tried to give zero stars but they won’t let you leave a review unless you do one star.
Lies of what you just told. He was very happy with the first vehicle. The finance company would not finance it because it had been wrecked. So he had to turn that vehicle back in. Even the bank said they wouldn’t have went back to you guys because you knew the vehicle was already in a wreck and sold it. We called you and I went up there personally to talk to you but you weren’t there so we spoke over the phone. That was in the three month period. And I even tried to give you the truck back. You refused to assist. We have no reason to lie about anything. He decided to call you cause he got tired of paying money to fix an issue after an issue. And please stop lying bout how much you will pay, cause if that was the case you would have helped when I came up there the first time. And we weren’t even asking for money, just for the truck to be fixed to drive back and forth from his Army base to home. We should have went to your husband at Latino Autos over in Gretna. We would not have been in this mess. Do better! God will see about you and your business for taking advantage of my son!

Please don't get a car from hear I put 3800 down and my car work fa bout 2 weeks .they claim they fix it but just re patch it up because it went to doing the same thing again .I tried reaching out they said that's my problem. Now I'm looking fa a new car this been so stressful for me
Walked around the office for quite some time, just as we were leaving, a woman came in. I asked about their business. She told us to fill out an application online. Apparently, she doesn't need to sell any of the cars that were on the lot.
If I could give a minus star I would. I was looking at a Truck online. Front seat pic is not what the truck has. The interior showed gray and the actual color was black and had a big burn hole in the seat. I wouldnt trust these people as far as I could throw them. RUN The side pic is whats on their site, the top view is the actual seat and burn hole.
The WORST experience EVER!!! My girlfriend purchased a car from them not even a month ago and ever since she has had the car she has had multiple issues with the vehicle . We took it back to the location several times to get a few things fixed. Not to mention when we first noticed that the car was not cranking because of a mechanical issue, we called them and told them what was going on and one of the young ladies that answer the phone sat there and laugh at us as if it was a joke and honestly I’m still trying to figure out what was so funny about us being stuck in the Rain because the car wouldn’t crank . We explain to them a couple of problems that we had notice but they told us they couldn’t find the problem at the time of them looking at it, so it was nothing they can do ended up having to take the car to the Nissan dealership and come to find out the car has $4000 worth of mechanical issues that had be fixed. WE WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!
I love Universal Auto sales of Florida I haven't had a car in a few months and they treated me like I was driving recently. I appreciate the time they gave me to get My circumstances in order and I now have my beautiful car. Catalina and Marixa are so knowledgeable with all aspects of sales and buying cars...I needed them both. They walked me through and I love this place...you should stop by if you need a great car, these woman are the ones to know.
