Service was great. I got new shocks, and they are amazing. The truck feels even better than when I first drove it. Tyler contacted me the minute he was done. I’ll definitely be returning.

I've always heard mixed reviews about this place but never been there personally as a customer. My wife's car was leaking oil and I brought this to have them figure out what was the leak and how much it would cost me. Right from the start he found another issue separate from what I asked. He said the fuel line was leaking. Monday morning the car was dropped off. A couple hours later he came back with a quote on the gas line. Great right? But, nothing on the main point of me bringing it there. So I called the office because I was out of the state. Going to share a little personal here. My wife unfortunately had a stroke a few years ago. No major permanent damage other than she has aphasia. For those who are unfamiliar with it. In short terms she doesn't always understand what people say due to communication issues in her brain and theres more but it gets to my next point. So with that being said I handled the communication with Tyler at this shop. Going back to Monday. I called the shop after I got the text message with a link of the quote on the actual fuel line but nothing on the oil leak. So I ended up calling the shop 6 times within a 4 hour period because no one would answer. It would just ring. Finally on the 7th call Tyler answers and I explained to him I was out of the state and I was wondering what the update was for the oil. He said they haven't looked at it yet because they didn't have a lift available yet. So I said OK I understand I just was wanting to make sure the situation was explained correctly for the main reason. So I waited. And I waited. And I waited. Finally I hear back with what the issue was. OK so. I asked for a quote. Never heard back until the next day. Still no biggie. Both quotes came back for a fuel line and a Valve Cover. I explained to him I couldn't afford everything and I didn't want to short him so I approved the fuel line repair and told him I'd get up with him after I had some more money saved up and schedule another appointment to have the leak fixed. Moving forward. Wednesday comes and I get a message from Tyler said they sent the wrong part and they needed to get a new one before they could have the replacement part. I stop by Thursday to speak with Tyler. I walked into the office and no one is to be found anywhere. This is roughly about 2:30ish maybe 3 pm. After a few minutes I walked outside to look for someone. I found 3 guys propped up talking and I asked if Tyler was around. One guy said he was out the rest of the week and will be back Monday. Monday my mother was able to ride my wife down there to check on the car because once again no one would answer my phone call. My mother calls me up and said we might have a problem. I asked what was going on and I could hear my wife in the background and she sounded stressed. The next minute Tyler gets on the phone and starts raising his voice at me stated that he was feeling rushed. He told me they sent the wrong part and he needed a new part to fix it. Said he's working on all the community's vehicles and he doesn't have time to prioritize my car. The conversation got heated and I told him I didn't ask for special treatment I just asked for an update because the last I heard was the wrong part was ordered. He then accuses of me trying to rob him out of work because he gave me a "quote" on another job and I told him the reason I didn't go ahead was because I couldn't afford it and I already agreed to come back in a few more weeks after I get the money up. I have never in my life ever had someone start screaming at me(especially a business owner) because I asked for an update on my wife's car. I don't care if you're having a bad day or you're stressed out. You don't start screaming at a customer. If I started off screaming or raising all kinds of heck I could understand completely. But this was very unprofessional and you just lost a customer and potential money. If I could rate negative starts I would. Very unpleasant experience and unprofessional.

Great service! On time! Fair price! Highly recommend. The Tow operator who picked up my truck on St. George Island recommended them to replace my alternator. They completed the job quickly, used a new OEM alternator & charged the same price as if I'd had the work done at my favorite repair shop at home.

Shout out to Tyler at Forgotten Coast Automotive in Eastpoint, FL. Our son had two flat tires on the drive down to St George Island, FL. Both tires were ultimately destroyed. Tyler was able to order 2 new tires and make sure the car was road worthy before our family headed back home. He saved us a lot of time, and his prices were very reasonable. He was honest and easy to work with. I can’t say enough good things about Forgotten Coast Automotive. Thank you Tyler!

BEWARE¡!!!!!!!!!!!¡ I stopped by in an emergency situation. My car was acting like a wheel was going to fall off or something catastrophic was about to happen. They turned me away and said they are appointment only. I begged them to take a quick look,to make sure I could make it over the long bridge home. They said no! I hope their daughters stays safe on the road! They damn sure don't care about your's! Plus a friend of mine went here for a 139$ oil change for her teen and they didn't put the bolt back in the oil pan . His engine blew! They tried to charge them to replace it. These people are the WORST!

In and out, faster than the burger place! 15 min tops. Tyler fixed a whole in one of our tires. Checked the pressure of all the others. We need a new spare, cause ours is dried up. And on top of that he fixed the hose on our little tire pump, just in case. Highly recommend. Friendly folks!

Had a flat on vacation.Tyker and his crew ordered me a new tire put it on the next day at a very reasonable price. Very courteous. They treat you like they appreciate your business unlike a lot of places who act like they doing you a favor. Definitely recommend.

Full-time resident on St. George Island. Couldn't make it to Tallahassee for oil change. Called C&S and they scheduled me for the next day. Arrived - no waiting- super courteous. Total time to service - maybe 30 minutes. Received oil change, but they also checked all fluids and refreshed, air pressure in tires adjusted (they were low and didn't event tell me they added air). Checked belts, filters, etc. I would highly recommend this automotive center. Super professional, reasonable, and great care.

Visiting St George Island and had a nail in our tire. Went to Forgotten Coast Automotive in Eastpoint and they were able to plug the hole for us. Had us in and out in just 10-15 minutes, and at a very reasonable price! Great service and very nice/professional people. Highly recommend for anyone else needing a quick tire fix or other auto needs.

This may be the fastest automotive repair place I've ever used. We got a screw in our tire on SGI and noticed the pressure getting low in the evening. I took it to them the next morning and they had it patched and ready to leave in less than ten minutes! We haven't had any other issues with it since then. They were friendly and very reasonable with their price.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This shop told me 3 times each time by a different rep they could help with the problem I was having only to have my car towed there after scheduling an appointment to then have them tell me they do not work on what I specifically asked when I called to check on my vehicle. If you need transmission work done no matter what you do, don’t even bother with them they’ll lie and say they work on them just to have you waste money to tow your car to their shop. Luckily I called to check on my car after being towed to their shop if not I can’t imagine the problems they would’ve “found” and charged me for that didn’t even correlate to the original problem I was having. I never leave reviews like this, ever. Nor have I ever experienced such awful customer service from an owner of any business! After having my time and money wasted I felt the need to warn others before requesting their services.

I can't say enough about the service and professionalism at Forgotten Coast Automotive! I drove in with a tire sensor light on and the guys stopped what they were doing, checked the tire, announced it has a screw in it and before i could say anything they pulled it, plugged it and said have a nice day! They wouldn't even let me pay them for it! Talk about customer service!!! Thank you Tyler and team. You know where I'm taking my car for service!

We were up in the panhandle running away from Hurricane Ian and we towed our RV to stay up there in Navarre. On the way home, my Ford F250 check engine light came on and it was lurching trying to tow our trailer. It shut down on me once while in a wooded unpopulated area, but I got it going again. I limped into town with it and took it here. Tyler and his crew were great about fixing it. Needed new coils and he even ran all over town to find me 16 new spark plugs. The next day it had the power back, firing correctly, and we were back on the road. Great shop here that helped us out when we needed it.

Can't say enough good things about Forgotten Coast Automotive. We were staying on St George and the day before we were to travel back home -1000+ miles - the check engine oil light came on in our vehicle. I called at 3 in the afternoon and was told to come in. This was my first trip without my husband who died last year, and I had no idea what to do. What a great group of guys who went over everything, put oil in, and got me on my way!! Forever grateful and would recommend them to any and all who need this service!

We were 1/2 way through our 10-week trip traveling with our truck camper when one of our tires was punctured. We were able to put on the spare and made it to the repair shop on a Friday. They took us right in and searched to find a replacement tire from their distributors. They said the tire would be in on Monday and they would take care of us as soon as it arrived. True to their word, the tire arrived and we were out of there in less than an hour. The cost was very reasonable and I highly recommend them!!

To the contrary they Pulled off another job to assist and within ten minutes found the issue with tire and repaired. Really appreciated the assistance and highly recommend!

I am a snowbird from Indiana. My car wouldn’t stay running. A friend I know on the Island got me an appointment with Charlie. He put in a new battery for me at a very decent price and a great smile. He only accepts checks or cash. I didn’t have a check book with me on this trip and not enough cash on me. No problem. Come back this afternoon or tomorrow or whenever it is convenient for you, Charlie said. Who gets service like that these days especially when you’re not from the area?
