If I would give 5 stars I would. Al & his technician went above and beyond for me. They were able to get me what I needed very quickly, for half the price. Would highly recommend for all battery needs
This is not a fake review. Feel free to call, DM or email me and I will confirm all my information for you regarding my experience. First of all Al is a really nice guy and has tried hard to resolve my issues however the battery products are horrible. I purchased 8 6Volt batteries last spring for just under $800. Immediately upon installing them at my golf cart facility 1 of the 8 was bad. I met Al several weeks later and swapped the bad battery out. A month later another battery was bad. Once again I drove 70 miles to Pensacola to swap it out. The beginning of the year the cart was in for annual service and the tech said the batteries won't hold a charge. I waited 3 months for them to get 8 batteries refurbished and back in stock in order to get to exchanged.. Finally after they , I returned all 8 to their store for an exchange several weeks. Now, after delivering the batteries to.my tech to be installed again one of the batteries has a terminal issue. Al will not replace the battery due to what he said is damage. I have had to replace 4 bad batteries of the 8. Please, buy new batteries.......DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY on refurbished batteries. Not worth the risk.
I don't see how this place has bad reviews at all. For turning my own wrenches, and about ten minutes, there and out the door, I've got a battery with a two year warranty for $110. Only thing the warranty doesn't cover is like- damage to it or holes in it?
I had a wonderful experience with Battery Guyz! They helped me immediately, and I could tell they actually cared about what I was saying and helped me to find the proper battery, cause I know very little about batteries I will definitely be going back here, quick and friendly service all the way around. I wish I could give 0 star. They sold me defective item and asked me to return batteries (at least $400 with Freight service) and get my refund. I already purchased $800.
They should pay for the return since batteries are defective but they do not get responsibility.
They ignored me. What a nice customer service.

Even I charged all day your battery was last 10 min. I got brand new charger, best review but still same result.
I contact one of battery guys on the phone even I told them it is defective, they asked me pay for return.
They know that it will not make any sense, shipping $400-500 shipping getting back rest of battery cost. They used it as an advantage and did not get any action.
I am in online business over 10 years as a pro seller (eBay, Amazon, Etsy etc...) and If the product is defective, seller pay return and refund no matter what, that is what we do, what all pro seller does.

Because I trusted you and bought from you, credit card following terms which you stated in your website (unproper policy).
Even terms are unproper, because you sold with that term, credit card company on your side.

Why would not pick up call If I open a case and want to get money back? I was following dispute on my online account also.
Noy picking up calls or not responding makes me lose the case.
I am the one who open the dispute.
I uploaded our Whatsapp chat and there was the one who not responded my return message.
To sum up,
People, if you buy from that seller defective item (you never know what you going to receive) you will pay for return.
Returning batteries way is only with freight service which will be cost at least $200-300 If you are closed by. If you are not, it will be over $400 at least.
I am not a problem guy, I am the only one who want to use floor scrubber.
I was looking for battery and your battery was way cheaper than market price and now it reminds me my friend who used to say
"I'm not rich enough to buy cheap goods."
Terrible Customer Service
Batteries only last about 5 months before they start to melt!! The warranty that they tell you is good for one year is bs because they do not honor it. The owner is a crook selling batteries that are a safety hazard. STAY AWAY!!
I love this place. Between the 2 5th wheel campers, a diesel truck, another truck, and a car. I go through some battery's. And, I only buy my battery's from here. Just don't deal with Brian cause he sucks. Just kidding, everyone up there does an awesome job
I highly recommend Battery Guyz. I was having trouble with my vehicle not cranking. I had even jumped it off this morning and driven it for an hour; but as soon as I parked and turned it off and tried to crank it again, it wouldn't start. So I jumpstarted it again and drove to Battery Guyz. The owner discovered that my battery connectors needed cleaning. Problem solved!
Now the vehicle cranks effortlessly.
Great service! They were knowledgeable and very quick. Great prices that include a warranty. I will definitely use their business again. Matt and Dalton were very curtious and friendly. They even patiently answered my sons hundreds of questions. Great job guys!
This is a shark operation they just misleading the consumer by selling 2 hand Batteries that they buy for $7 and painted put sticker with no Garraty on the batteries or on the invoice they even do not have a proper invoice or return policies same as any Business they do not respect any good business practice and no customer service the 2-worker s are always hungry need tip they do not accept return or exchange at all the 2hand Batteries are good for 2 to 3
Bought three different batteries and I've had no issues at half the cost of the new one. The guys that work there are very polite and very willing to help you out. We use their batteries for all our fleet vehicles
What a great experience I've had dealing with Al and the crew purchasing 12 golf cart batteries for my golf cart and toy hauler.
Al has gone out of his way to answer all my questions and set up a difficult shipment to a very rural location.
I would recommend them over everyone I have ever dealt with in the past.

Edit: I'll be honest, the multiple batteries I've gotten from here didn't last nearly as long as a brand new battery, but they were able to replace each with a better replacement while under warranty; while under warranty I had gotten a total of three batteries for one car.
Best place to get a decent priced battery in Pensacola. The staff is amazing & incredibly helpful. They even installed my battery for me!

DO NOT BUY THESE BATTERIES! I spent 550$ on Golf Cart batteries and they have been replaced twice within 6 months and now the newest set are bad. Waste of money save yourselves.
Response to the post below: I spent 539.44 on March 23rd at the Battery Guyz West Location. It was a full set of Batteries for a 48 Volt golf cart. They were installed and would not even take a charge. I then contacted you guys for a new set. I got a better quality battery and I was excited...(it took almost 3 months for you guys to get me a matching set of batteries. I had no issue with the time frame as we were in contact.) I then got my replacement set of batteries and was told these batteries were going to be great. Well they lasted two weeks before 3 of them have gone bad. They wont even take a charge from an 8 volt battery charger. I don't have time to continue to put more gas and time dealing with the problem. It says clearly no money refunds so I decided to let other people know of these issues and hopefully save someone all of the trouble that I have had. I stand by my previous post.
I showed up yesterday about 9 mins after they closed up shop and one of their employees was just about to leave. He still asked what I was looking for and was willing to help me. The customer service was above and beyond great. He was very friendly and extremely helpful. I highly recommend coming to this location before you waste $200 on a battery from the auto store. $36 later and I was good to go!
