Had my truck towed because the tire was flat instead of wrenching it up on the ramp the driver drove it up at a high rate of speed and bent my rim then tried to fight me when confronted him plus way to hire a drunk to drive ur trucks I could smell the liquor all over him never use this company

Unprofessional, rude, and not willing to help find the lug nut lock key they lost and told me to get a lawyer. Be careful using this company will take you things and not give them back.

I got a flat tire and tried fix a flat and calling multiple tire and towing places around. Bayside was happy to come and help me out and the only place that would at that! The driver was very nice and it didn’t take long. 10/10 recommend
Wish I could give negative stars. Driver completely blocked the street. Took him 4 or 5 tries to get lined up and didn't think maybe I should let these people go. Called to let them know and got "well they gotta do what they gotta do". WOW. Such wonderful customer service from this company!!
Their drivers are COMPLETELY ignorant. One of your drivers was driving down my road and almost hit my child. He was on his phone. I reported it to the police department and he also had his name on the back of his truck.
Tried to tell the driver that he was putting my neighbor's car in the wrong spot and the driver was soo rude and smart lipped that he wouldn't listen and he started to put the car in my spot anyway. I had to go get my neighbor to tell him it was not the right spot. Very rude and aggressive to an old man !!! Good thing my son wasn't standing there !!!
If a zero could be given it would be. Very unprofessional, unorganized. And rude! Husbands car was left on the interstate because it was broke down, from sitting in the big pile up on the interstate last Friday. We went back the next morning to get it and FHP had had it towed, and 5 hours after it was picked up I was in contact with them. (After I tracked it down because we had no idea it had even been towed) Was told I could not get the vehicle until Monday morning when the office opened, would have someone call me back a few hours later after she had talked with the driver. I called multiple times since I had not heard back that Saturday to only get an answering machine that wouldn’t accept voicemails. I finally got a different girl Lexi around 4, who rudely said it wasn’t her I had talked to but I couldn’t do anything until Monday. Monday comes husband calls to get the truck where he is then told he could not replace the battery terminal on their lot, that he would have to have it towed elsewhere or pushed out of their lot to
Replace it. Needless to say he got the truck, replaced the part and paid the crooks. Was charged a “storage fee” for it being there for 1 day, even tho they were closed. This place is completely crooked.
I would recommend Bayside Towing to anyone. When my car stopped working, they quickly came to me and towed my car to Cannon Automotive. They have excellent customer service.
Great people to deal with. Called ahead and had them pull my release papers for insurance so I could walk in, sign paperwork and go. They had everything ready. Thanks guys
They will not let you get your stuff. When your buying it and don't have the title. All they wanted was their lD at least. And to top it off it was not even broke down for 24 hours. They are very rude and will not work with you to get your stuff...
The owner Chris and Dina Matchett went above and beyond to help the young men get their truck and even went out his way to diagnose the issue.They maybe a towing company but very hospitable to their customers. Great company and employees.
They were very helpful and friendly. We got in a bad accident with the semi when someone failed to stop and we hit them. Praise the Lord no one was seriously injured. We were nowhere near they company went out of there way to help us get to where we needed to go. They didnt have to. They are not required to. But the manager was a very kind man. They are very nice people.
Driver was on his phone surfing web while driving ,he was running off road, slamming on brakes...also he took the long way for extra money.. was not worth the $ he was so rude he acted like he hate his job if it wasn't for us you tow truck drivers wouldn't have a job...
OMG Laura and Bill and the other young lady at the front desk kept me in high spirits even though I no longer had my vehicle. Walked me through exactly what I needed to do also. Thanks for the laughs while at the same time being Soooooo professional. They treat you like family and the tow guys were very respectful and courteous as well
These guys are great, My truck broke down on Fathers day and they were there with in an hour and was very friendly. I called several tow companies and none would come out that day... Thanks Bayside Towing!
