m&s was by far the quickest and most reliable tow company I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They arrived way sooner than I thought and gave me better costumer service than I could’ve asked for. Highly recommend.

I've had cars towed man times, in many different States by many different companies. M&S is hand-down the best. Most tow companies use big metal hooks to strap down your car, which can cause damage - I've had it happen. They'll scratch your aluminum allow wheels by feeding chains and metal buckles through them.
My car is AWD, so it neded to go on a flatbed/rollback type of truck. Sean actually did the tow. The truck had a special setup which uses only woven straps to hold each tire securely with a dog-bone setup. No metal, no hooks, nothing touching the frame, suspension or body, so no chance of damage. Just brilliant. Unlike many tow truck drivers, Sean is a real pro with a really good attitude. M&S is the BEST.
Charlie was amazing! My son dropped his key down a drain. Charlie could have towed him but instead, he got his key out of the drain in the dark at 8:00 at night! Saving me from having to pay for a tow and a new key for my son! Thank you so much!!!!

I called M&S towing to haul my truck to the shop and within 30 minutes he was at my house ready to load it up. Charlie was very prompt an professional when loading my vehicle on his roll up. I’m from Mississippi and I called a towing agency and they sent me Charley and MNS would’ve been a lot better off going straight to MNS but I have to give them five stars. Charley was awesome this morning climbed down my truck. I thought it was an alternator issue tapped on the battery while I tried to crank it started right up. Can’t say enough about M&S I will let everybody I know to use them in Pensacola. Excellent service.
Whule running errands, I had a flat tire and Charlie changed it for me. The spare was very difficult to get down, and he fought with for about 20 minutes or so. When it finally released he changes it quickly. Then the spare was old so it didn't want to fill or hold air. Once he got some air in it he went the extra step of following me to the tire shop. He is very reasonably priced, super friendly. He definitely went above and beyond! I highly recommend. Thanks Charlie...you are the best!!!

No one wants to get a call from their daughter who lives 350 miles away from you at 11:00 pm telling you, she has a flat tire on a dark stretch of road. I called M & S towing because they were close to where she was and opened 24 hours. Charlie answered the phone and assured me that he would go get her and make sure she and her vehicle got to the tire shop safely. When he was totaling up the miles to get to her, and then take her and her car to the repair shop, I thought, boy this is going to hurt. What I thought was going to cost over $200 was well under that. Not that money is an object when your daughter is stranded on the side of the road at night. Charlie was very kind, courteous. He communicated well. He did not waste any time and got to her quickly. His rates were very reasonable. I highly recommend M & S Towing to anyone in need. Thank you Charlie!
When my daughter locked her car with the ignition on, M&S Towing and recovery came to the rescue. Their service was above and beyond, even though it was after hours they were very fast, efficient and a good price. Highly recommended them everyone.
Sean gave me a tow! He is a great gentleman and was very diligent with hooking then loading the truck. If you need a towing company, then this is the one to go with. A plus is that they are a locally owned and operated business.
He even sent me pictures of the truck and confirmed the drop off!

I had been sitting waiting for over 2 hrs for a tow truck to get to me due to a flat rear passenger tire. I was frustrated and direly needed to get home to my child and Mr. Charlie offered to pick me up in his personal vehicle and take me home until he was able to get his tow truck back to pick up my car. He is very nice and trustworthy. As promised he was able to pick up my car and tow it back to my home within an hr. Highly recommend!!!

Got in an accident and they were able to come and get my car in less than 30 minutes. Great at communicating as well, had no trouble on the phone and they took photos of the car for us when we asked.
Had to get my Evo towed and these guys came through big time. Showed up fast, handled the car with care, and made sure everything was secure for the haul. I called him late in the evening after 7pm and he answered and immediately came out to assist me. He was extremely professional and helped calm me down. We joked during the drive and he was excited to learn there was a 24/7 shop. All around a fantastic Owner/Operator who was there for me when I needed him. Charlie helped tow my camper after i experienced complications while driving. He was very responsive, timely and reliable with his transport. He updated me throughout the process and even sent pictures to update me on the campers location. He called me once it was delivered to the camping dealership. Very fair price for the drive and worked with the warranty company so i did not have any out of pocket expenses. Highly recommended.
Very courteous, and reasonably priced as well. Showed up on time. I have a big car that's low to the ground where other tow trucks have had a few issues getting it up on a flatbed these guys had no issue at all and was fully prepared and made sure to get my car up on the flatbed safely with no issues at all. I was so impressed with the service I've made the choice to only use these guys should I ever need a tow again and think anyone needing a tow should try them out. Thanks guys for doin an awesome job
