Delivery was amazing. The crate was big and heavy and was originally put on truck by forklift. Charlie got the crate off the truck so gently ( it was a fragile and expensive machine). It was a puzzle that he easily figured out. Ten out of ten highly recommend!
Charlie was awesome. He was timely, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Should I ever have the unfortunate need for a vehicle tow again, this company would be at the top of my list.
No one wants to get a call from their daughter who lives 350 miles away from you at 11:00 pm telling you, she has a flat tire on a dark stretch of road. I called M & S towing because they were close to where she was and opened 24 hours. Charlie answered the phone and assured me that he would go get her and make sure she and her vehicle got to the tire shop safely. When he was totaling up the miles to get to her, and then take her and her car to the repair shop, I thought, boy this is going to hurt. What I thought was going to cost over $200 was well under that. Not that money is an object when your daughter is stranded on the side of the road at night. Charlie was very kind, courteous. He communicated well. He did not waste any time and got to her quickly. His rates were very reasonable. I highly recommend M & S Towing to anyone in need. Thank you Charlie!
When my daughter locked her car with the ignition on, M&S Towing and recovery came to the rescue. Their service was above and beyond, even though it was after hours they were very fast, efficient and a good price. Highly recommended them everyone.
Sean gave me a tow! He is a great gentleman and was very diligent with hooking then loading the truck. If you need a towing company, then this is the one to go with. A plus is that they are a locally owned and operated business.
He even sent me pictures of the truck and confirmed the drop off!

Awesome service! I needed a tow from Pensacola to Pace last minute on a weekend and his prices were reasonable and in my budget. He also got there within 5 minutes and was quick at his job. I highly recommend!
Sean picked up my phone call late at night when I had a big-time tire blowout. He was super friendly picked up immediately got to me quickly and helped me out big time with applying a new tire so I can continue on my way and get home. I really appreciate your help!
I had been sitting waiting for over 2 hrs for a tow truck to get to me due to a flat rear passenger tire. I was frustrated and direly needed to get home to my child and Mr. Charlie offered to pick me up in his personal vehicle and take me home until he was able to get his tow truck back to pick up my car. He is very nice and trustworthy. As promised he was able to pick up my car and tow it back to my home within an hr. Highly recommend!!!
If you looking for fair pricing and quality service Charlie at M&S towing is the place to go. He got me in and out and didn’t try to charge me all these unnecessary fees. His service was well worth my money. I didn’t have to wait for hours he was quick and efficient. Very good company and friendly customer service. This is coming from a military veteran.
Charlie provide very quick and courteous service with a flatbed tow truck as requested. Other tow company I've used in the pass doesn't compare to the service I received tonight. I'm going to save this tow company in my phone if need in the future. Again THANKS Charlie for the awesome service.
Charlie is a real life saver. After getting the run around all day between other towing companies and my insurance company and waiting 6 HOURS for a tow, he came in clutch and was able to give me a tow to the repair shop after my belts snapped on the way to work. Very down to earth guy and made the whole exchange worth the 6 hours. 10/10 would recommend and will be using for any future tows!
10/10 experience. I have a lowered 3 series and Sean took as much time as he needed in order to make sure it didn’t scrape. He had plenty of wood to get it on the bed. When it felt like no one could help and my truck was going to be in the middle of the road for hours waiting for service as the tire snapped I Panicked. I happened to give this awesome company a call and the phone was answered Immediately and within 45 min a Great guy named Sean came to my rescue and got my vehicle home. Will forever make these my go to People. Thankyou for saving the day.
Got in an accident and they were able to come and get my car in less than 30 minutes. Great at communicating as well, had no trouble on the phone and they took photos of the car for us when we asked.

Had to get my Evo towed and these guys came through big time. Showed up fast, handled the car with care, and made sure everything was secure for the haul. Charlie is a king. He’s so polite and easy going. I totaled my car for literally the first time ever on vacation 500 miles away from home and I was a complete mess. he reassured me every step of the way and communicated with me so professionally. I literally could not recommend him enough.
I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I was stranded on the interstate at 3am and Charlie was the only one who answered! He was punctual, and kept me informed. The craziest thing is he even installed my spare tire for free! I was so grateful to have called this business. Definitely recommend.
Great experience! My high-top work van broke down and Charlie, the driver, was quick to respond. A few other companies told me they were unable to tow my kind of vehicle, but Charlie confidently handled it without any issues. He was friendly both over the phone and in person. While loading and unloading my vehicle, it was clear that he knew what he was doing and that he intended to be careful with my vehicle. Will definitely use him for future tows.
M&S towing has towed my Escalade 6 times. They arrived at the time that gave me, their prices are awesome. They are very experienced they know how to load and unload your vehicle with no damage. My experience was 5 Stars, quick , understanding and nice. Came by to pick up my 2018 Elantra , which is have aftermarket suspension. He was able to tow it was ease!
I called him late in the evening after 7pm and he answered and immediately came out to assist me. He was extremely professional and helped calm me down. We joked during the drive and he was excited to learn there was a 24/7 shop. All around a fantastic Owner/Operator who was there for me when I needed him. I'd recommend this company to anyone in the area as you can't go wrong with M & S Towing.
Charlie helped tow my camper after i experienced complications while driving. He was very responsive, timely and reliable with his transport. He updated me throughout the process and even sent pictures to update me on the campers location. He called me once it was delivered to the camping dealership. Very fair price for the drive and worked with the warranty company so i did not have any out of pocket expenses. Highly recommended.
Very courteous, and reasonably priced as well. Showed up on time. I have a big car that's low to the ground where other tow trucks have had a few issues getting it up on a flatbed these guys had no issue at all and was fully prepared and made sure to get my car up on the flatbed safely with no issues at all. I was so impressed with the service I've made the choice to only use these guys should I ever need a tow again and think anyone needing a tow should try them out. Thanks guys for doin an awesome job
