I typically use the O’Reilly’s on Pine Forest and after the exceptional and professional service that Jackson and Ethan gave me today will keep me going back. I appreciate their expertise and their kindness! Excellent job gentlemen!

I was happy I was able to confirm online that the sparkplug wires were in stock - Plus one star. When they got them off the shelf in back I asked to borrow an ohm-meter to ensure they were within spec. Got the shocked look and, "We don't do that." OK. I asked if they took returns on them. "NO," with attitude. Got home and checked the website: "Both online and in-store purchases can be returned to your local store." The wires are on the high side of spec, but good enough. Not going to try to return them. O’Reilly's is now last in my searches: AA, AZ, Amazon, Rock Auto... they are all better than this.

Customer service = A+ Had to get a battery and windshield wipers. Justine was great. She installed both in record time. Very thankful to her and the lady that checked us out (didn’t get her name).

Poor service by one of the guys. Slow and wasn't happy to be there. If you don't like your job, find one that better suits you. Don't make everyone else suffer because you hate where you work.

The dude in the wheelchair is about as lazy and worthless as they get. He never wants to help and when he does he is so so so slow ... another time he wanted to close early and tells me he don't have something b4 looking in computer and it was just bc he don't want to ring it up bc he counted his drawer down already. Next day I go in there and they had it at 10am. He is rude and disrespectful. I will never come back bc of him!

I showed up today to purchase two new trolling motor batteries for my boat. Thankfully Justine was able to test both of my batteries and let me know that only one was bad. I am super thankful for good employees at businesses these days. Justine saved me about $140 today because she cared about the customer and was honest. 5 Stars Justine

Richard, lacey, Jude and everyone at O'Reillys on pine forest rd are great to deal with every time I go for whatever I need and they're always extremely helpful in every way possible. It's always a pleasure to get parts from that location and never any issues.

Lacey, Jude, and Justina all did an amazing job and took the extra mile to get me a replacement battery. I was stranded at OReilly’s and what could have cost more by replacing the alternator turned into a battery issue. Thank you all for your help and taking the extra time to figure out the problem.

As a customer we use O’Reilly’s a lot dealing with filters and other necessities. This review is intended for Richard and Lacey at the Pineforrest store location. I was in need of a specific belt to get a unit up and running quickly. Richard manage to locate the belt I had removed from the unit BX64 and was able to have it within 4 hours. This specific belt from dealer was 2 weeks out. I received the belt and installed what was the size belt. Unfortunately the belt was too long. I reached back out to the O’Reilly’ team and Lacey figured the belt needed to be BX62 which lead the belt to be 1-2” shorter. Ordered the belt for next day from mobile. Arrived back to customer and got the unit running. The customer was grateful and production was in business. Thank you O’Reilly team for your help and support.

Hi I’m sorry I didn’t get to this back on 03/04/2025 , I had been to an O’riellys the day before and wasn’t treated very nice, then when I get home I realized some the parts weren’t right. I was a little uncomfortable about bringing it back , however O’riellys has a policy that you can take something back even if it wasn’t bought from that store. While driving in Cantonment I saw this store and thought I’d give it a shot. The difference was remarkable , I couldn’t have been treated any better, I’m a disabled marine and sometimes I need others to have just a little patience and I got all that and more, they returned my $ and were very nice about it. Especially the girl working on 03/04/2025 I think her name is Jenifer or something close, I’m sorry this is so late and I can’t remember your name but many stores could use a lesson in patience/ kindness, just human decency. Ty everyone at O’riellys on that day and I hope the really pleasant girl gets noticed for her customer service

O’Reilly is the best place to get your vehicle checked and look at when I went to O’Reilly not knowing what to do on the item I need for my vehicle a team member Ms Justine came and assisted me walking first into the store she greeted me with a beautiful smile and ask how my I help you, I explain and from there she helped me with all the accessories that I need, she even took the time to add those item that I needed for the vehicle and applied them to car… she is a great person and a wonderful sale team member, she is great with vehicles and love working on them … must people who in this type of business aren't concerned about the customer, Justine is entirely different she enjoys her job and excellent at what she does…. Thank you so much for helping me with all the items I need for the vehicle so I can be a good driver myself

I recently went to this Oriellys location to have my mom’s battery checked, it turned out it was bad but Justine was able to quickly get a new one installed! She was very friendly and went the extra mile to check her starter and alternator as well. Thank you!!

I recently visited this store and was helped by a very nice woman named Lacey. I know nothing about cars but thankfully she was there to help. She was very knowledgable & professional. She helped me pick the correct wiper blades and took the time to come put them on for me. I am so thankful for her courtesy. It was such a nice experience that I will never go to another store.

I had to buy a battery after getting stranded by my car. Richard went above and beyond when he realized I had to lug my battery all the way to the Circle K. He'd just gotten off work but he took the time to help me install my battery. I really appreciated that. Everyone at the store was very helpful. 👍👍

Ethan was a ton of help! I came in to test my battery after having it die on me twice. He was able to help me fund out it was bad and was kind enough to let me know to check where the battery is from to see if there is a warranty. If I don't have a warranty I will definitely be coming back to get a battery from Ethan he was an honest and hard-working individual

As a repair technician at GT AUTO REPAIR I recently encountered a disappointing interaction with the manager of the PINE FOREST store . We were in urgent need of parts to complete a repair for a customer, and I was informed by DC Hub they Delivers their Parts that a manager's approval was necessary to access the required parts early. Initially, I was appreciative that the manager agreed to come in early to assist us. However, upon arrival, their demeanor quickly soured the experience. The manager displayed rudeness towards both myself and my customer, which was completely unwarranted given the circumstances. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also significantly hindered our ability to efficiently complete the repair. Despite being allowed to proceed with the repair after the manager's reluctant approval, the overall experience left much to be desired. It is essential for managers in customer-facing roles to maintain a courteous and cooperative attitude, especially when dealing with service providers who are trying to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolutions for their customers. In the future, I hope that Victoria's team emphasizes professionalism and customer service in their interactions. Such improvements would undoubtedly enhance the overall experience for technicians, customers, and the business as a whole.

This review is going to sound fake. But went into O'Reillys looking for a angle grinder tool to remove the disks mine was stuck couldn't get it off with other tools. Went into the store sadly found out they don't sell the tool. Young man who was helping me look long blonde hair younger guy. Said hold on ran out to his truck came back with a homemade tool he made in his welding class. He said this might work for you. You can have it. Walked out of that store completely speechless. Got home and holy cow it even worked! What amazing customer service. Keep this guy around he will only make your business better and customer base stronger. I didn't catch his name but hopefully the description identifies him because he is truly a top notch employee. Thank you again 🙏

Very clean store. Attentive staff. Came in for new wiper blades. There is not a book nor an electronic kiosk to look up what size blades you need, so i had to go all the way back up front and wait on help, but once it was my turn the gentleman looked it up easily and help me make the right selection for my wife's car. He even came outside (in the rain no less) and installed them. Great customer service.

The O’Reilly Auto Parts on Pine Forest Road here in Pensacola is the place to get all your auto parts. Victoria, Richard, Dallas, Jerry, and the others do a fantastic job of finding just what you need. I ordered a K & N air filter and it arrived on time. Prices are equal to Walmart plus they can answer any questions you have.

I stopped by O'Reilly's on Pine Forest Rd, to get help changing a fuse. I spoke with Victoria. She explained that changing a fuse is not something they would normally do, but she would be happy to take a look. The fuse was under the steering wheel in a very tight spot. Two men even tried to help me with it once before, with no avail. But Victoria took her time, she got down under my steering wheel and she got that fuse changed. The fuse is for the AC adapter for charging certain electronic equipment. So, I needed help. Thanks to Victoria, I'm able to charge my GPS. I'm so impressed with the work Victoria did. She really went above and beyond. Thank you Victoria!!!! You're simply put, AMAZING!!!!

In my overall experience I have found O'Reilly's to be more reliable when it comes to pricing and products in stock compared to some of the competitors in town. And a very helpful staff! they are also willing to send parts to near by stores quick, this option have saved me hours in the car!
