Just had a great experience at this O’Reilly’s location with the help of Jon. I’m heading out of town on a road trip and my check engine light is on. Jon plugged it up. Told me what it was and helped me install the new mass air flow sensor. Super nice guy, knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely recommend Jon and this O’Reillys.
Worst customer service ever. I stopped at this location, ask for a antenna for a for a Ford F150 i was directed to isle 2, was told we carry the universal one. No one even attempted to help me & they had 3 service people's on the counter. One was on the phone the other one had finished up with another customer. I guess because I'm not a bleach blonde white Parton No one offered to help me. This is one of the reason I've stop coming to O'Reilly's!!!!!
Desmond was very helpful when my daughter and I went in to get our windshield wipers changed. He even helped us change them in a timely manner. Very grateful for the excellent service.
I want to give O’Reilly auto parts Cantonment a big shout out both of my key fobs needed batteries I had stopped at 2 other places and they would not help me at all would not even tell me what kind of battery to buy I stopped at O’Reilly auto parts in Cantonment were supper nice Chris and Steven went to the trouble to look up on you tube and put new batteries in my key fobs so if there is anything you need please use O’Reillys in Cantonment I want to just let them know how much I appreciated the help Thank you
Not sure why an auto parts store doesn’t carry dust caps for boat/utility trailers. I don’t need the whole bearing set w/ caps. I only need the dust caps. Why make someone buy unnecessary parts??
Bought a battery January of last year, battery went bad in July/August of last year, 6 months after buying it. They replaced it, then battery went bad again in March of 2025.
Went to get it replaced again, and Rick told us that he would not replace it because it’s out of warranty. We asked how it was out of warranty when we haven’t even had this battery for 6 months. He told us “because we bought their cheap battery” excuse me??? I don’t care how cheap the battery is, it should last longer than 6 months, and if it doesn’t then why are you selling it? The assistant manager, Stephen I think his name was, was of no help either. Both of them were super rude for no reason and seemed pretty set on being rude as soon as we walked in.
Rick suggested that if we wanted a battery from them that lasts longer than 6 months, than to not buy their cheap batteries. Great customer service and a true testament to the items this place takes pride in selling.
I will never be shopping here again and if you’re reading this, you shouldn’t either. The Dudes at Autozone are way better than these losers anyways.
Ridiculous treatment to recycle oil. The guy there was extremely rude to my spouse. The oil was completely closed and the guy barked at him and said “you leaking on my floor?” No he was not. You just wanted to say that to be rude and mean. Never ever going back here for anything (recycling to protect the Earth or buying parts of them). Sad treatment you get when all you’re doing is recycling oil for Mother Earth. Smh.
Go here regularly for Duplicolor paints for 3D prints, and they always have what I need . The staff always greets me upon entering the store and are always very friendly and helpful!
This location has been a family favorite since before it opened. My son who was a lot younger watched the building be built and the sign get put up. He would sing the Orielys jingle every time we passed it. The store manager invited him to come be part of the grand opening, and it made his day. We love this store.
I was stranded at a gas station 15 minutes away from the location this evening- Travis and Joshua were amazingly friendly and helpful. Travis actually gave me his personal cell number and drove to my car and fixed it himself, after he closed the store up. I live an hour and a half away from the store and I would have been stranded for another day if it wasn’t for him being the incredible person he was. ABOVE AND BEYOND These dudes are incredible, wish I could give them ten stars!
Went in asking for a specific type of spark plugs and found out they needed to be ordered, no big deal. I showed the guy the spark plugs I needed and he got them ordered only to find out that when I picked them up he ordered the wrong brand and the spark plugs that do not go in my car....
I shopped at the cantonment O'Reilly's religiously for the past 4 years until yesterday NEVER AGAIN! Went to purchase a part that everyone else had 20 dollars cheaper and was told by the asst. Manager that obviously everyone else has lower grade parts and instead of price matching the part she would only be giving me a small discount. So I went to AutoZone and saved $22. She lost her company over 20k a year and I rarely price match.
Store locked the doors Pryor to closing time so they could close out the drawers and get out early left me at the door from Teo minutes before closing and I'm still sitting here doing this review. Worst OReillys personal customer Carr I've ever experienced.
They got me hooked up with the right parts. They got a good point system the stores always clean and organized. They kept everything stocked well. This is my new go to for auto parts.
I can't remember his name, but this guy with red hair gave me a hand with diagnosing my brake lights. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. It's not easy to find customer service like that anymore. Will definitely stop by this O'Reilly's again if I need anything related to keeping my car maintained.
In my opinion. Best place to buy car parts... I'm not much of a mechanic, but I usually make my own repairs, and I always ask the staff for any tips or advice I should know before starting a specific repair/project. I've never gotten bad advice, and generally the staff are knowledgeable. Prices are competitive.
I had two exceptional experiences with this store (yesterday and today). Everyone was friendly and helpful. Yesterday, they were extremely busy yet both trips couldn’t have went any better. Thank you for being there (local store) and providing excellent customer service. I WILL be back for future needs!
Always friendly and helpful people behind the counter. My go-to place when I need parts or accessories. I've never had a bad experience there. Can't say that for the other places I've tried to buy from.

Great service and knowledgeable employees. Had everything I needed and some I didn't but the reduced price was so good I would have been an idiot if I didn't get the merchandise. Got this 11 gallon portable air tank for 30$ original price was 69.98
I had a very great experience shopping at this store. The staff who checked me out went out of their way to make sure a 100% I had the right part. I would definitely shop here again.
The employees here don't take me seriously. And I might not know a lot about the parts I need, but I feel like they should. I paid for a set of spark plugs that apparently didn't fit my car and they misfired within 3 minutes of putting them in. I had to put the old ones back in just to make my car move! Then I went somewhere else that took me seriously and paid MORE money for the right spark plugs. I also purchased brake pads for my car and they were also NOT THE RIGHT ONES! My caliper slipped while I was driving and I had to go somewhere else and spend MORE money on the correct ones. I will not be returning!!
Had a coupon emailed to me but when I tryed using it... turns out I didn't do something right. I went to Advanced Auto Parts and got it cheaper even without the $30.00 coupon. My fault I'm sure but interestingly auspicious finale.
