Greg was the BEST! I needed bulbs for a headlight, tail light and brake light. He was super patient and gave me several options and explained the differences in the bulbs.
bought part at hub they have me the wrong part they called cantonment store. they said they had it left the hub store. drove all the way out to cantonment store. rite off the bat the girl was just rude, the manager came over, after talking he informed me he wasn't going to put that in his stock? um I just bought it an hour ago, not my problem the box already looked like that, said some smart ass stuff told me take it back to the hub, get a refund and then come back out here and buy it from me? really? your the same store. I took back to hub they where really nice about it offered to get the rite part in morning. I said no took my business to O'Reilly. I've spent a ton of money wth them. they just lost my business after that crap.

My god where to begin ... it took me 20 min to buy a tire pressure gage folks. The store was staffed by Father Time and Moses. Moses went out to help someone leaving only father time to help the 3 remaining customers . Unfortunately he got to another old man before me hence the 20 min wait time. At this time I stayed just to see how long this would take because Father Time would not even acknowledge there were other customers in the store.
The store is like any other parts store. It's clean friendly helpful staff. The prices are high for any accessories. Unless you are going for a specific car or truck part, my advice would be try first at Walmart or online. Amazon will get your item delivered next day.
I had a great experience here. Andrew was super friendly and fixed me up with a new car battery and saved me some money helping me sign up for the rewards program. He installed it for me super fast and efficiently. Would highly recommend going here for any vehicle issues.

The staff is always friendly and ready to help. Although sometimes they try to sell you what they think you need instead of trying to help locate what your asking for.
I was out of town and our battery went bad. They Help look up my info and found what I needed. Plus was very friendly and knew a Marine who served with me!!! Small world but very helpful in and out quickly and super job!!!
Stopped for a check engine light and was told by a guy that i had to wait on the other guy that was on duty to put a battery in then he would be able to get to me. I think the other staff could of checked my engine and not worry with missing a phone call being outside
Poor customer service from the employees at this store except for Jessica she was very help. I was returning a part that i didn't need and they lied to me and said they didn't have the money to refund to me for the part and i had my receipt, out of 4 registers they said they didn't have the money and told me to go to the one on hood. I am sending an email to corporate about this store.
Shambra' was amazing! Super personable and sweet, she tested my battery, gave me a good recommendation and changed it for me. She talked me through what she was doing and was funny too. Thank you!
The customer service there is out of this world we need some more good people in this world such as the ones that work here I had a gentleman that works there I won't speak of his name but I was short on money and time and I need it apart and he come through in a pinch I just wanted him to know what a blessing that was that day we need more people like that in this community a big thanks and yes I will pay it forward
Expected the worst but got best service imaginable. Sales associate was very attentive and listened to what my problems were. He came to a great solution. I drive further to get to AAP, O reilly's is right by my house, and I will continue to drive past o reilly's because Advance has better staff and more knowledgeable sales people.
I went in around 8:40 am on Saturday and there was only 1 employee there. I said are you the only one that showed up today ,and they said yes. The employee was on the phone trying to find out why the other employee didn't show up. It was Saturday and customers were beginning to pile in. I made the statement that there's was a new O'Reilly's that had just opened up down the road. I was patient though and waited it out. I was not sure if this was just another company trying to do the job with not enough staff .
All in one stop shopping for your automotive needs. The staff is knowledgeable friendly and willing to take there time to make you feel noticed. (There not one of them store's where all you get is "Hi pay By")
I have been lucky to have knowledgeable help the three times I've been at this location. You only need sales experience to get a job here. No mechanical experience/knowledge necessary. Keep that in mind when asking for help on issues you are having.
This is the best auto parts store in Cantonment!! I would like to personally Thank Dawn who went above and beyond to help me find an O ring for my portable spa!! She didn't have any in the back, but she recommended a variety pack on the floor, and I lucked out!!! Not only did the 1 ring fit, but I was able to replace several others on my spa, and it's Not leaking anymore!!!! I get all my auto parts there and also got some real cool stuff for my daughters car.. This store has also ordered parts for my car if they didn't have in stock, and didn't require a credit card in advance.. Awesome staff, never a problem!!
Great place to go. Good service. Generally busy so you may have to wait for assistance. Only downside is they do not stock allot of parts on site and may have to order in what you want.
