Advised my son to trust O'Reilly. (Recommended by my mechanic of 30 years.) Forgot to tell my best friend, who just destroyed his engine by picking the wrong oil filter off the shelf in big box. O'Reilly wouldn't ring up a wiper without verifying compatibility with my cars in their records of my cars and every purchase. Great staff. Will never shop anywhere else for auto parts.

TJ was helpful and kind! He had multiple customers to help at once and made sure everyone was taken care of. He took the time to put on my wiper blades, which I really appreciated.
As a snowbird down in Palm Beach I had a check engine light come on. Have the good luck at my resort to have top quality valet service plus FIXD system to review issues. Showed error to valet and as a battery could be culprit he suggested O'Reilly to have it looked at. Trying to confirm, called and spoke to Dye (C-Suite take note of your TOP quality employee). Dye immediately got where I was coming from and told me to come in where they will do check and if new battery us needed it can be installed with purchase. Outside a well earned gratuity, was glad to confirm that diagnosis and installation (if warranted) were O'Reilly's approach. Will update (with pictures after my visit and results) but Dye gets a 5 stars regardless. Keep up the great work as it makes you unique (as my trusted valet indicated). GO!!!
Mario is the MAN! I was in and out of O’Reilly within 5 minutes. He greeted me with a great big smile, then looked up the wiper blades that would fit my car, then explained the differences. Once he grabbed what I needed and checked me out, he even offered to assist me with putting them on (instead of me relying on YouTube University - lol). What an asset to this store he is. Mario, your customer service was unparalleled compared to most places these days. Thank you for the delightful experience!
Definitely reccomend this location. Tye was super helpful and made a solid recommendation on a good battery and it was even on sale. Was in and out in 10 minutes. These guys aren’t just shop workers they know cars and trucks. Will definitely be back

Joseph was beyond helpful! I came in with a blown headlight bulb and not only did he diagnose the issue, he installed the new part for me so I wouldn't have the problem again. After visiting another store and getting little to know help, I feel confident that I'll go to this O'Reilly's for any problems in the future.
Nice people that work there. That is why I gave it 2 stars. I bought a brand new tail light assembly for my honda pilot. Get home, open it up and the part is completely used. They are selling used parts as new. I called auto zone and they stated there parts are brand new. Go figure. Very strange. I wonder how many people bought used parts and never noticed. In this economy, bad choice. I will go elsewhere for my business.
Great selection and service. I had to find a lot of different parts for my car. Timothy went above and beyond to helped me find all the parts I needed and walked through the isles to make sure I got the right ones. Amazing service.
Horrible customer service. The employees don’t want to come outside to check batteries even though it’s their job to do so. And it’s even worse when they beg for money just to take a look at your car. I won’t ever come back to this location ever again and I won’t recommend this location to anyone else.
Went there for Brake caliber they didn't have that part in stock,but said they could order it and have it the next morning. Which they did.The service was very good and they were happy to service my nèeds. Would recommend this store for all your auto parts needs.
Early morning, and truck wouldn't crank - probably battery.
Jump started and called O'Reilly at 7:30am to confirm they had correct battery and would they install if i came immediately.
Briana was FANTASTIC - - confirmed battery types and called Fernando, 1 minute up street, who said he'd put it in when I arrived. They both worked incrtedibly well.
Great place to get auto parts and the correct supplies for the job. If you want the right parts to make your car run like new then shop here! Ty was so helpful and he knew exactly what parts were correct for my 1994 E320 Mercedes. Thanks to Ty's suggestions, my car is running better than ever!
The guy who answered the phone said they had M19 lug nuts and followed up with, “you can go down aisle 5 and see if we have it.” Then he came back on the line after I asked him to check before I drove out there and told me they did not. He huffed when I asked him to check but was pretty nice when he came back on the line.
GREAT customer service!!!! There was a young man there that that change my light bulb In my front Head light And he did an AMAZING job ? ?. I want to Valvoline the day before to change the headlight light bulb And about 20 minutes later the headlight went out , so later on that day I went to o'reilly auto parts And a young man helped me out so much!!!!!!
I came in with a flat tire today. I was assisted by a very kind and professional by the name of FLOYD. Floyd was very well educated on the correct device I needed to plug my tire and he didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. I truly appreciate his help bc he saw that I was lost and in distress but his guidance and kindness helped me get back on the road With a smile on my face.
My husband and I were looking everywhere for a Hyundai car battery, and we called O’Reilly‘s and spoke with Brianna on the phone. She was absolutely so kind and knowledgeable and we headed over to see if we could get the right battery. We walked in and she was so friendly and schooled us on everything battery. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service and even more so customer service.
