My wife's car had a blow out tire on the turnpike. The flatbed driver was on site within 30min. No other company in the area responded as quick. Very nice and professional. They drove my wife to a local repair shop that was able to replace her tire. 10/10 would recommend

A 24 hr. service, quick to answer my call. Got all of the information and within 15 minutes they arrived. A shoutout to Walter!!! He was very professional. He took great care to drive the car carefully onto the bed of the tow truck. He verified where the car was to be taken and who to ask for when he arrived. It was so easy for me. Prompt, courteous, and a reasonable rate.

I had Uncle Chi's tow my 05 Jag to the shop on short notice. They came fast and handled everything smooth. I called 5 other companies and uncle chi had the best brike by FAR. Some of these other companies have gone up triple in cost but uncle chi has the best bang for your buck

Blew a tire as soon as I got off a 10 hour shift, and I called Chi's because it was the closest towing/roadside service with good reviews. They did not disappoint one bit. Chris showed up in 15 minutes with a tow truck. After he showed up I realized all of the tire services around me were closed...so he put my donut tire on for me. He got the job done quickly, gave me a bit of advice to get some new lugnuts and the 'star shaped' tool for future reference, and was super kind on the process. Give this man a RAISE. He's doing the Lord's work. Thanks Chris!!!

Well my car broke down and panicked so called Uncle Chi Towing. I drove Tony nuts, but he came thru, came up with a solution so I could have the car towed so I didn’t have to sit with the car waiting. Sent me a photo when my car was delivered. He was excellent and I am so appreciative. TY Tony. Oh and did I mention fair priced? I highly recommend.

They came and towed my car through a third party service called peddle. The tow driver was professional and a nice guy. Overall a good experience I would recommend them.

These guys saved me! Busy Labor Day weekend and my teenage daughter lost my one and only car key at the beach. It’s a Volkswagen so dealer replacement only. I called 5 other tow companies that either said no or maybe but no guarantees. If I didn’t tow my car the town of Jupiter would have and we all know that is a mess. From the first interaction Chi was so helpful and kind. Actually said “don’t worry we got you”. Kept me updated and went through obstacles to make it happen. The charge was very reasonable, definitely no price gouging because of the holiday weekend. I will recommend to anyone in need and they will be my first call if I’m ever in a bind again!

A bad day turned worse with a blown out tire...drove my 535i to the tire shop just for them to tell me they dont have the tire I need. I pulled out with a completely shredded tire and Chi pulled up right in front of me, stopped traffic and got my car on the tow truck in less then ten mins. A God sent! Thank you so so much bro! Christian from Uncle Chi's Towing did a wonderful job towing my car when I was in a pinch. He was efficient and professional. He sent photos of the car once it reached it's location, and passed along the keys to the mechanic for me. I would definitely recommend Uncle Chi's Towing next time your vehicle needs it!

I can not recommend this company enough. I asked for a non flat bed truck to have my car towed, since the last tow company informed me it was too low for a flat bed. After the owner of Uncle Chi towing arrived he informed me the flat bed was the truck that should be towing my vehicle (completely my fault). My car will not start, so he personally helped push my car into the road to help load it onto the truck he brought. He said if it will not load that he will have another driving with a flat bed come out right away. I tried to tip him, but he refused and told me to take care of the new driver coming out to pick the car up. Best customer service I’ve received in the towing industry. If you need a tow, call these guys first!

My car broke down a while back and I was selling my car through peddle. Uncle Chi Towing was assigned to pick up my car and they made the process smooth and easy. The driver Christian was very nice and let my son be involved with moving the car towards the truck.

My 2010 Dodge Nitro broke down on the side of I95 and I searched a few companies and I am so happy I found Uncle Chi Towing. They called their driver, Francisco, and he called to get my location and even asked if my girls and I were safe. ? I was feeling a little stressed but they quickly showed up and he had my car hooked up and off the highway swiftly. They dropped the car off at my mechanic! These guys were literal Angels randomly finding me sleeping in my car at 6am in the morning; stranded from the recent Fort Lauderdale floods. I was stuck there since 9pm and no one else was coming to rescue me. They came up and asked if I needed help, for a second because I was half asleep I wasn’t sure if I was dreaming lol. Even though they’ve been there since 10pm helping other people, they were kind, professional, patient, and caring and took their time time make sure my car wasn’t damaged because of how I was on top of a median. Really great service. I needed a tow before my repair shop closed and they came to my apartment really fast. Dude was friendly on the phone, dude was a friendly tow driver.
