I called All Florida Towing after being left stranded by the towing company my insurance company placed me with. All Florida Towing showed up in under 30 minutes. The driver was so nice and was able to get me started again- he even called me afterwards to make sure I made it to the dealership ok. I’m so impressed by the promptness, care and concern this company has for its clients. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who might need a tow in the future.

I had to call a tow truck last night because I was having some trouble with my car. All Florida towing came in response to my call, Kelly was a gentleman, very pleasant, and it really wasn’t a towing problem. He temporally fixed the heat shield at the undercarriage of the car until I could get to a body shop. I would recommend this towing company wholeheartedly. They really were terrific!

If you are an accident and all Florida towing shows up do not let them tow to their lot. Call your insurance for the tow location or tow to your house. If you tow to their lot, they will delay the transfer with constantly changing requirements to get storage fees and your repairs will be delayed, mines took 9 days to get released to a body shop. Only 30 minutes to pick it up from the accident but 9 days to get the release. Total tow cost over a $ 1000.00 + 9 additional days of rental car costs. I felt like my auto was held hostage!

Our large work van broke down while we were loading it in a busy retail area. Albert came right away--20 minutes roughly from when I called (I've waited hours before for towing, so to say I was extremely grateful is an understatement). Was fast, professional and friendly. Will recommend.

What a fast pick uo thank Jim you saved me. My tundra broke down and he came in 20 mins saved my day . Very affordable too. I have a full day of inspection to get to thanks Jim and All Florida Towing highly recommend them. To anyone

Overall reliable. Kelly the Tow truck operator / driver was very helpful, knows his trade. Pulled the car up the truck bed carefully. Provided info on paperwork, accessing the car, directions to tow yard etc. Great job Kelly!

If you need a tow, this is the most fantastic place you could ever call quick and easy service. AAA took three hours and Bernie was there in 15 minutes. This is the best tow company you could ever work with absolutely.

I was ripped off as I was quoted the first call to them $110.00 hook up I called no one else and called them back to order the tow. That time they asked me "Did someone refer me or did I call around" I said I was refer by the Transmission shop. I thought that meant they wanted to charge me more if I did not call around so after the tow I looked at my invoice and they changed the rate to $125.00 and did not say anything. It was only $15.00 put watch out so you do not get ripped off like I did. These unethical companies are out there as they were rude and denied everything and would not even listen nor consider the credit that I was owed. Now we know and there are plenty of Ethical tow companies out there. Spread the word we must stand up when we are ripped off.

My vehicle broke down in the middle of the night last week. After calling several tow companies I was lucky enough to reach Heather at All Florida towing. She could tell I was upset because it was the middle of the night and I was by myself. She assured me that I would have a driver to me in 30 minutes. 25 minutes later Bernie showed up and could not have been more professional. Thank you Heather and Bernie!!!

My experience was pretty great despite the circumstances I required the tow. Bernie arrived in a timely manner, very professional and polite. Last night could of ended on a worse note but his understanding of the situation helped. I would use them again and recommended him to all my friends.

I called on an early Saturday morning and they had someone out within 30 min to tow my car. The driver called not long after me making the appointment to confirm address details. He was very courteous during the entire time. The initial truck he had was too big to get to my vehicle so he returned very quickly with a smaller truck and got my vehicle towed to Lake Park Auto & Fleet Repair. I think they are sister shops so everything was handled on my repair bill. I would definitely use All Florida Towing again. They were timely and the price to get my vehicle towed was good.

Hats off to Dan Newman!!! Very professional, hardworking technician. He came out and saved me this morning when no one else would. Replaced my air hoses, untangled the previous ones from around my tires and got me back rolling again. Thanks Dan!!!!

I had an accident and had to go to the hospital for observation. I was fortunate to have Heather in the office go out of her way to get a tow truck to me as quickly as possible and was very kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of as far as the towing. I definitely recommend their services !!

I had my vehicle towed by All Florida Towing and despite common misconception about Tow Truck companies, the driver and truck were clean and were very professional. As well as the awesome office staff (Heather) whom showed professionalism, well knowledged, and respectful during an extremely stressful time left a great feeling inside. I would definitely use them again and the first of my recommendation.

I am a technician for Frito-Lay and I have to say. out of all my years dealing with different tow vendors. All florida towing is an exceptional company I use them regularly for my fleet needs. the staff is always polite and friendly, and they go above and beyond to take care of my needs in a timely manner.

Not sure what I would do without this company! Had an issue where I was stuck on the turnpike at 3am on a Sunday. Called and they had a very friendly (especially for how late/early it was) named Danny Newman, even put up with my Seinfeld jokes on the way to drop it off at my house. Would definitely use and recommend them.

Heather Potter is a fantastic representative for this company. I had an accident that resulted in a totalled car, and did not get everything from my car the evening of the accident.I was not going to be able to to pick them up before the All Florida Towing closed and my car was soon to be taken away. Heather saw that we lived in the same town and met me to deliver my personals. I cannot express how much this act of kindness from a stranger meant to me. Thank you, Heather, you make the world a better place.

The tow truck driver drove right by my car and kept driving, I called him and told him he had just passed me and informed me that the receptionist told him it was another type of car--MISCOMMUNICATION between employees. How are you going to tell me what car I have?!!! When he finally arrived he was was rude and had a little attitude. I told him what was wrong with my car but he wanted to charge me extra for something you are supposed to do as a TOWING COMPANY. Anyways, then we proceeded to the next step but this guy did not know what he was doing! How do you not know on how to put a push start car on neutral ?? I told him where my car's release was but he kept trying to break my push start button!!! (trying to use his finger and some random metal piece) And when I showed him how to put my car in Neutral he got a little attitude and threw my keys, which I thought it was HILARIOUS-this GORWN MAN acting like a child. I had to dismiss him, not going to pay someone for terrible service. He was VERY unprofessional!!!! IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB GO AHEAD AND LOOK FOR ANOTHER CAREER!

First of all the guy that arrived to tow my car was very unprofessional and did not know what he was doing at all. He seemed to be under the influence. Aside from that he was also trying to charge me extra for no reason, yet did not know how to put my vehicle in neutral and did not like it when I showed him the correct way. Will not be using this service ever again, anyone who uses this company--YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! I needed up calling Kauff's Transportation and they were amazing compared to this other company! The tow truck driver knew EXACTLY what he was doing and arrived shortly. I'd rather pay extra for BETTER SERVICE!

I was in a car accident and the Sheriffs Office called All Florida Towing to the scene. I was very impressed with their driver and his abilities to clear the cars from the accident. He was more then friendly and made sure I had his business card that way I could pass along the info to my insurance company and let them know where my car was going to be at. I had to go to the yard and pick up some of my belongings. It was nothing at all what I expected. I half expected it to be like the reality shows and I was dreading it. To my surprise the staff was friendly and I was in and out with no drama. I am very pleased with my experience even though my car ended up being totaled.

Police called these guys at the scene of the accident I was in. They arrived within 15 mins however the driver John agreed to take my car to my mechanic yet the next day my car was impounded in their yard. When going to pick up the car he claimed he never received the paper with the address and charged me $500 to deliver my car where I had originally told him. Very unprofessional and money hungry service.
