I just got 2 front tires installed 2 weeks ago, within a couple hours of this place having it in their possession the front right tire was completely flat. 3 days later when I came to redeem my vehicle they claim the tires were pumped up “this morning” when they moved it. I get in the car and the tire psi is 19 out of 32???? There’s clearly something wrong with the tire. I go to tire shop to get a diagnosis and the tire man points out that there’s a lug nut missing off this same tire!! The lock lugnut at that!!!! Actively making a claim for tire damage & missing lock lug nut. I was told “Brandon, the owner” was the one to handle my vehicle throughout this process.
