I needed a replacement hood for my Toyota van after it was damaged by an irreputable service man. I was happy to find a great match at Larry's 1st Stop. The lady on the phone looked up the part, then verified that it was in good condition (!) since I had to drive over a half hour to reach them. The transaction was perfect. The gentleman who removed the hood part delivered it right to my vehicle and even helped load it. Very friendly service.

Went there this morning to get a tilt steering column after I had already spoke to him on the phone Thursday and Friday about it got there this morning got in line paid for the part before I ever saw it waited and waited and waited they wanted me to leave and come back I live too far to do that so I waited out in the parking lot when I finally got the part it was the wrong one after being guaranteed by the gentleman that brought it out that it was right I verified what other sources my pictures that it was indeed the wrong part I give them the VIN number this morning for the vehicle they not only take your money first before you get the part they want you to take the wrong part and leave with it not only that as a customer I was called very nasty names I was told as I left they hoped I died so I would not ever recommend them to anyone. When a business has situations with customers it should never be left with the business telling the customer that they hope you die. This is very wrong. Just to let you know it's been a year and the rudeness that I experienced when I got there was not proper for a business to treat their customers like that. I came there with the expectations of picking up a steering column that I had provided a VIN number for and I did my thing in line I paid for the part and I waited. I explained when they asked me to leave to come back to get the part that I live too far to go back and come back again. so I told them I would wait for them to pull it I did not expect them to go ahead of anybody else but I expected to be treated as a customer. Then because they were aggravated with me for staying out in the parking lot until the part was pulled they got attitude with me. I waited and waited and waited and waited and they were just dragging it out because I did not leave the parking lot. There was a lot of rude comments made and I did not wish that your business died until your employee as I left told me he wished I would die and no matter what the misunderstanding was from the start no business should ever tell a customer they wish they died. The lady in the front office was very rude. And I just want to make this clear there was a VIN number provided because I had spoken to your people for 2 days on this before I actually come to get it. But it's a shame that it took you a year to respond to that I guess the review doesn't look good on your website but facts are facts.

Place Is a joke and scam. Paying a buddy to fix a truck so he calls and gets a price they tell him 400$ so a week later I get back in town and call to find out how they work if the parts are pulled already do we pull them they pull them and the guy on the phone says 450$ And is very sarcastic about a price he tells me which is more then he told my buddy plus less parts and when I ask him can you do any better and he degrades me on asking hey can you do a little better and the only reason I asked is because he told my buddy cheaper but no who asks for prices to be cheaper but whatever I let it go no problem I’ll pay the 50 bucks more so they say when you pay they will pull them so the next day I send my buddy who I’m paying to fix the truck up there with the price he told me then when they get there now it’s 500 before tax with a quarter of the parts the was talked about the day before and they even had the 400$ quote on the counter from when my buddy called and when he asked the owner look the price is write there your not gonna do it nope whatever price this chick sad is the price . Ok I understand not wanting to do a deal the price you say is your price that’s fine then don’t go up when someone comes in with cash for the price you told em first
