Buyers be aware worst people to deal with they’ll sell you a bad engine and after you install, you come back and tell them the engine making noise and they will not honor a warranty They said this engine overheated. I don’t know how we install it filled it up with antifreeze put new fresh oil in it and it’s making noise and they say oh this engine overheated. How could it overheat? We are professional people we know what we doing.

Really good buy on a used transmission for a Cruze. Didn’t install it yet but the process from calling Julio south of Orlando to picking this up was easy day. At first I thought I would have to drive 3 hours but they were extremely close to where my transmission was getting swapped. The lad at the front desk was funny trying to talk me not giving up my core like 4 times that was funny but they loaded me up and I was about my day

Called and had an item shipped in from another scrap yard. The part arrived damaged due to shipping, but Fenix Parts made it right by finding another matching part. The new one came within 24-48hrs and was in excellent condition! Pearman was awesome to work with during this entire process. Always kept constant communication, providing regular updates. Having worked with him and the people at 2 Fenix Parts facilities, all the staff was friendly and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend Fenix Parts!

very poor service we bought a transmission that was junk the vehicle didn't even make it out of our shop Maston Barbaree refused to pay the labor to our technician on a bad part claimed because we didn't purchase a labor warranty shouldn't have to on part that was junk and didn't work i suggest no one order a part from them use lkq they will stand by there parts every time ...fenix and maston barbaree are scammers

Charging $250 for a mirror and won’t sell only the cover off it very rude and what’s the point in having a parts yard you won’t sell parts off of. Ridiculous will never ever shop here.

I purchased a door at 2:51 in the afternoon and was told that my part would be delivered the following day when I called to find out why the part was not delivered. I was told that it was going to be delivered on Wednesday that was not the agreement as well as when I call today I’ve been rudely put on hold and been transferred so many different departments. I didn’t know who I was talking to very dissatisfied with the service, but the price was fine.

Matthew Perry is the best salesman in the world. Every time I call he is quick to answer and he goes out of his way to make sure that I get the part that I need. Even with emailing he is so quick with it. He really knows all about cars and you can feel confident when purchasing from him. Very valuable person at this company.

If you are wanting to see the part before you purchase it. Don’t buy here, apparently it’s not allowed and to me it’s not worth the money transfer out of my bank account. Even when calling to get information, the person on the other end was rude. Save the hassle and take your money elsewhere, there’s better customer service out there

This place is horrible. Called with a stock number for a part, guy picks up the phone doesn't say anything, after a while i realize someone is there and say "hello?", and he says "yea, i'm going to put you on hold". 10 minutes later, some of the rudest customer service i've ever experience

Just called to ask about a part and was put on hold initially for almost 15 minutes. This I don’t have a problem with, it was being hung up on that really irks me. Do you hang up on all your customers? Can’t believe a business owner would let someone like that run their shop.

We have done business with this company for years. Today was the last time. 11/08/23 ordered a transmission. Transmission received and installed and did not move. On 11/17/23 received the replacement unit. It survived 600 miles. They are refusing to honor their warranty at this point, leaving this customer stranded with no options. We've spent tens of thousands with this company and will never spend another dime again. BUYER BEWARE. Regardless of what warranty you choose, or the price you pay, they will find a way to get themselves out of it. It's fraud.

I was looking to get a wheel for my dads car since it had a bent wheel and we needed a wheel in the same day since he was traveling. Brandin was very helpful and assisted me without hesitation. He did some research on the computer to see if they had it in stock and they did . And I got the wheel in the same day . Thank you Brandin for helping me out , I highly recommend him to anyone looking for parts in the near future .

I purchased a vehicle from pool company down in South Florida that needed a new bed. On the way back to North Florida the cooling package failed, transmission, cooler ruptured, and fill the transmission coolant.. I ordered a new transmission from Phoenix, bed from elsewhere, radiator and transmission lines Ford. The bed took about a month to get, the radiator another week, the transmission lines were about a 90 day I’ll wait. Once everything and arrived at my location, I scheduled the install, which was then about another 20 days out. Upon installation of the transmission, the tech found the solenoid valve ID to have a number missing. He open the pan to inspect the inside for the tag, it was not found. He had to take a guess at the number seeing as he could just see the top of it. Apparently that guess was wrong and the transmission started shifting hard a few days later. We’ve been called to find out what to do about warranting the transmission, we were advised they would set us up with a warranty inspection company. A good time later a gentleman reached out by email, wanting to see all the parameters and programming of the transmission. I had to have the unit towed to another facility to have this information taken down. Once arriving it was in line for around 2 weeks. The company denied any assistance based on the timeframe in which it took from purchase to having everything installed, to having it towed somewhere to have the information captured, to then show them that the plate is damaged and it’s all a guessing game.. so now I’m out a transmission and absolutely zero help from management at Phoenix. So guess where I will not order the new transmission from..

It’s not very often that we consumers get to say good things about items that we purchased that are used. In the case of Go Auto Parts, now FENIX parts, It’s a whole different experience than many of us are used to when buying online and from people we don’t know. I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with this company for over 10 years now. I have always found Go Auto Parts to be professional ,honest and willing to go the extra distance to help bring parts in from all over the East Coast to help me solve mechanical issues. All of the engines that I have purchased come with a six month warranty and no labor. However, for an additional fee I have always been able to up to three years with no mileage limitation‘s and either the option to purchase $35 or $75 labor. Thank goodness I have only had to exchange one unit in 10 years.Those are excellent odds. My account reps have been Shelby and Ryan. They have been extremely helpful and if you get a chance to speak with them, I am sure you will get the same great service.

Came across Fenix Auto Parts while looking for a stereo for my '11 MB C300. Bill Colwell was a pleasure to deal with, he sent me the necessary documents to get the transaction done and followed up with updates and tracking number. The product arrived on time and was in excellent condition. The price was the best that I found and the warranty was better than what I could have gotten at the dealer whose price was multiple of what I paid. I highly recommend this business no matter where in the country you are located.

Second to none for quality used parts, Ryan is the contact. The service is superb and the warranty unbeatable, it is double than the dealership for new one. Ryan always make sure you get the part that satisfy your requirements and in a timely manner, he has no limits when he is looking for your part.

I call these guys (usually Matt P) several times a week and they are always professional and responsive. Sometimes they know I am not going to be getting the parts from them but they are still good to go. The parts we have gotten from them are good and come on time. The few returns that we have had to do were handled quickly and efficiently. All in all, this is a go-to company to work with.

Matt is awesome!! Not only does Matt sale parts but he makes sure the customer is taken care of. Go Auto is always my first call when I need a LKQ part. See there all about building relationships and customers for life. That is exactly what I am is a customer for life. Excellent service is an understatement. For the absolute best used parts in the biz, call Josh Goodman. A consummate professional that will go above & beyond to get your whip back on the road. Aside from the outstanding customer service, the premium warranty is unbelievable! For a few extra bucks you get complete peace of mind with your used parts. Wish I could give this company more stars, but I got maxed out at 5. I highly recommend them!

One of the best in town by far. Ryan Hill is my go to guy there. He always gives me the best price and his parts knowledge is top notch.
