To help save the next guy whatever your drive time may be. Don’t show up at 2:57 on Saturday if you want your part. It says they close at 3 but that is not the case. TPH please change your closing time to the proper time. BS (If you let me know when you change your closing time to the proper time I’ll gladly remove this review)
I went to RPM and there were very limited amount of parking spaces so I parked at a TPH parking spot and they are the rudest people working there they came out and demanded that I moved my car even though they were parked in two handicap spots and then the lady With brunette hair and she has sunglasses on her face ugly ones at that and her hair in a ponytail pulled and parked behind me to where I couldn’t leave and then she vandalized my car by putting gum on my bumper on camera too So the authorities will be contacted and so will the manager I can’t believe workers like that think they can get away with such immature behavior over a parking spot that I was there for 30 minutes waiting for a quote. Ridiculous behavior.
Prices are good but they have lost the only person who could actually get you the right parts, please take more time to train your employees on not assuming they have the correct part, ask questions if there is more than one option for a part.
Great prices but not very helpful.
I called 1 hour in advance
Order the parts and ask the person over the phone to have it ready for me at the counter as I should be there in the next hour.
When I get there. No ticket was printed. No part was pulled and brought to the front .
The person there is chasing his tail around
I guess to much on his plate
So it took me another 40min to get the part and pay for it.
Very disappointed with the way of handling the costumers
They do care about the small customer. I've spent $140 and $200 both times I've had to use the Parts House. They were professional, attentive( especially since I just showed up at the back dock unexpectedly) and the gentleman who helped me the first time as well as the lady the second time were both friendly and assisted me in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them... and I have!!
NEGATIVE ZERO RATING!!!! Do not use! Find another supplier! Arrogant terrible customer reps!!! (if we knew other online reviews gave them a D rating we would have never used them) Worst b2b service in over 38 years of doing business! Terrible customer service and management! Always pull wrong parts and cost our shop hours of labor and lost revenue!!! Have contacted management without any response or resolve... They do not care about the small customer!!!!

Human Resources??? Seriously? What does HR have to do with operations and local parts house offices? Such moot response proves that the parts house does not take customers seriously and the people at the top are unaware of or do not care to deal with customer issues, it's called passing the buck! Since we began dealing with Oreilly's we have had BETTER pricing and NO BS!
