A person picked up the phone quickly. Fortunately I wasn’t too far away, so my driver, Chevy, arrived in 30 minutes. He gave me a courtesy call within 5 minutes of my original call to nail down details. He was friendly, swift, and offered AC while he loaded my car. The price was cheaper than two other providers I had called. Would definitely use them again! Great experience!
Navob is AMAZING! My car broke down on I-95 and I had to call AAA, and they assigned us to Jax Express Towing, we were a long distance tow all the way back to Daytona. Unfortunately, my night was ruined, but Navob rescued my husband and I, got my car and us safely back to Daytona AND in time to celebrate my birthday at midnight! Highly recommend Jax Express Towing LLC called and set up an appointment to load a small school bus and boy did they deliver. Showed up on time stayed in communication with me and the driver and loaded us the school bus quickly. I appreciate the great customer service from JAX Express Towing LLC to both my driver and I. Anthony the driver came within an hour's time. Explained everything he was going to do when he slid skates underneath my tire with the broken bowl joint I backed car out easy enough with his help explaining what to do from the parking spot. He was able to hook the tow truck up and I did not have to wait for a flat bed. He brought me to tuffy's Auto service center and equipment a great big shout out to Jax's towing service. I highly recommend Jax's as a first choice
Had a Ford F150 that had locked itself up, couldn't open, was in park, wheels turned, in a circular driveway. Two other tow companies came out and said no way to move it. Jax Express came out, ahead of scheduled time, got the job done, and rate was extremely reasonable. Kudos! Will call again if the need arises.
