Down payment to high for it to not be warranty first 30days they was friendly but cars should be fix especially if you let them know all problems you see wouldn’t recommend payments just pay cash

Warning by as is. Car had everything wrong with it. Heard from a mechanic they probably threw saw dust to keep it quiet. Car has been hell and more money than the 5,000.00 I purchased it for. Water in everything, coolant, washer fluid, gas, break fluid. Radiator leak which was covered just for the purchase and did I say breakline leak. Tie rod and chassis so bad that if the mechanic did not point it out to be I would have had a horrible accident not including my breaks not working due to the break leak. They are really nice and professional but cars are garbage. Will not refer. So disappointed. Dangerous vehicle sold.
Bought my official first car which was a 2012 Black Dodge Charger May 1, 2020 got the car and had nun but issues, the car was and still having lifter issue, cam shaft, misfires. The car was literally in the shop every month all the way up till November 2020 when I bought it in May 2020, So I really didn’t get the chance to enjoy the car. During those times I had to deal with threats from petey cause every time I put money into fixing the issue he wants to come get there car.I put almost $4k into fixing the car on top of tryna pay the note wen the car was only $7k so I paid double when I could got a new car for $11k. Fast forward till February 2021 out of work because of COVID still manage to send a payment, beginning of March he decided he was gonna repo my car after all the hard work I did to keep that car up to date, because when I bought the car it failed inspection. After all the work I had done it pass it’s last inspection and now back with issues I had since day one. I do not recommend this pay here buy here, you might as well just got to a dealership and get a car with warranty
This dealer Craigslisted a Chevrolet 12 passenger van, but with photo of Ford cowl tag.
So I emailed via Craigslist relay asking for VIN.
No response.
Thinking that I could get the VIN off the vehicle, I texted asking for address.
Text came back "call me"
So I texted saying I knew what I wanted and was paying cash so did not want conversation, just VIN number, please.
Response "call for information".
No VIN number.
I have purchased a lot of vehicles and most legitimate dealers include the VIN in the listing. Never have I had a dealer refuse to supply a VIN, particularly for a cash sale.
I need a specific type vehicle and there are several available . . elsewhere.
So I passed by today and decided to take a look at a impala 2013 (police car), Petey wasn't there so I just looked inside. I got a call from Petey who I felt was immediately aggressive. I then proceeded to ask about the vehicle and how I can test drive it. The car is listed for $5499.99 and he is asking for $2500 or more deposit. He became irate when asking why this vehicle have to have half or better deposit versus the other vehicles. (I am looking for a car for my daughter who just graduated high school, single mom who is inquisitive) I was not rude or disrespectful and he proceeded to say.."not being rude...." I immediately disconnected the call. When a person start off defending themselves more than likely it's offensive. I believe a better attitude and patience will do his business a great deal! Won't be buying that car!
