We were told that they were going to pick up our vehicle at 5pm on Saturday. We then got a call at 5:30pm stating that they were actually rescheduling us to pick up at 8am on Sunday. We woke up early to be ready for them and no call and no show. We called multiple times and no answer. They called us back at 1pm stating that he would be here at 1:30pm. An hour and a half goes by and we don’t hear any response. No call, no text, nothing. We called multiple times until someone finally answered saying that they are having a delay getting to us but they will be to us in 20 minutes. 20 minutes went by and we still have yet to receive a call or a text or anything. We called them back again and they stated that they are 10 minutes from us. 10 minutes has gone by and still no call no show. This company has completed wasted our time 2 days in a row. What a freaking joke!!
This is my second car sold to Pebble. Easy as could be. There offer was double their competitors. Car pickup was smooth and Driver knew what he was doing. Would definitely recommend.

They offered me half of what everyone else offered at first but the guy told me it would be same day pickup for my scrap car and we came to a better price agreement that was still a lot lower than all other offers I've got . They didn't show up until the next day and then offered me less than half of agreed amount. 100% would recommend not using them.
Highly recommend to do business with very rare nowadays that you find solid good people good solid people God fearing people thank you Mohammed and your Team . The tow truck driver was so patient storming and rain was very patient. Thank you so much.
They offer essentially nothing for your vehicle, which is whatever (no other junkyards are close enough to come get a dead car), and then the driver will have the audacity to ask for a tip after you help him push the car up onto the trailer.
