On 10/13/25 I had the absolutely best towing experience with Robert of True Kings! His customer service was outstanding from beginning to the end! Long story short, our Honda Accord car wouldn’t start and we were stuck in a parking lot. I had no idea who to call, but my gut told me to call True Kings! Robert picked up the phone, got our details, quoted us $75 in cash or $80 with a card, and said he could be there in less than 30 minutes! When he arrived, he checked out what was wrong with our car, and him being a previous mechanic, he tried to problem-solve the issue before even trying to tow our car. We had originally decided we were going to tow it a nearby Firestone, but Robert made several phone calls and offered to tow us to a mechanic he personally knew who would do an excellent job and could fix it at a more affordable price. He then muscle-pushed and towed our car and brought us to Ruben’s Automotive. He then personally introduced us to Ruben, Gloria, and their amazing team who were able to fix our car at a great price! In conclusion, Robert of True Kings is the best guy to tow your car! From beginning to end, he made sure our car was taken care of and more importantly, he made us feel comfortable in knowing that we could trust him and his expertise! Million thanks to you, Robert!! You’re the best!!

Google says they are 24 hours but they dont answer the phone, they send you a text instead but never reply back. Ive used many tow services in the past but this one definitely should not be around since they are unreliable.
