Russell was phenomenal. Utilized USAAs towing service all in all I waited a total of 20 mins from call to pick up and Russell let me ride with him to the drop off location. Highly recommend 1st Call Towing they did an excellent job!
Russell from First Call Towing was awesome! When I first requested a tow the eta was for several hours out and I was in a very high traffic area scared to death. Thankfully he was only minutes out. From break down to having my vehicle towed to the location it needed to be was less than an hour total time.

My car broke down and I needed a tow to the dealership. I used roadside assistance through my car insurance and they recommended 1st call Towing. I was initially told it would be 75-100 mins before they could arrive, but 5 minutes later I received a text saying they could be there in 20 minutes. Russell arrived right in 20 mins and safely transported my vehicle to the dealership! He was efficient and friendly. Thankful for such quick service on a hot day in Florida.

The associates name was Robert and he was a very kind person. I felt bad that this man had to deal with very rude people trying to cut into his lane where he’s towing my vehicle. He was a very kind person and worked really hard to get everything in order to get my car to its destination. He’s a wonderful worker who deserves the recognition!
Broke down the dreaded Dames Point bridge. Tow was there within 30 mins. Took to local shop in Arlington. Great guy friends and reasonable rates. Car towing was a good experience .
