We are Canadians traveling abroad, and he made sure to provide us with the best service possible. He also took great care of our Sprinter and arrived in a very reasonable amount of time. I was stranded over 6 and a half hours away and didn't know how I was going to get my huge dually truck and 16 foot trailer back to Florida. The previous weekend, I had called a ton of other local companies, got several outrageous quotes and eventually went with one that was still a bit high, but I decided to go with a company that was local/closer to where my toolbox was located. I never heard from that company all week, not even the day before. The morning of my move, I reached out to them - that guy informed me that he went out of town the night before and wouldn't be making it back to the area until about 3hrs after my deadline. This rather upset me, as it would anyone...so I called yet another company: United Express Towing, LLC. This time, I got lucky!
I spoke with a gentleman named Navob. he gave me a very reasonable quote for the job (especially compared to ALL the other local companies I reached out to and was further away!). We arranged a time to meet at the pick-up location, which by the way- was rather short notice- it was within an hour of our conversation, but he was able to meet my deadline! Not only that, was there on time! From the moment he stepped out of his truck, he was extremely professional. Navob was friendly, helpful and gave me great peace of mind with the care he took with the toolbox. He took his time loading it carefully and paid great attention to detail -avoiding any scratching that may happen with travel and secured it with several straps, etc.

Called United Express to have my kids car towed to the repair shop after it broke down. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. The tow truck showed up quickly, within 20 min, and the driver knew what he was doing. He loaded and secured the car very efficiently. At the drop off, the driver was just as efficient as offloading and took care of my car through the entire process. I felt my car was in great hands. Called united express towing! Akeem (please forgive spelling) answered was very nice, didn't rush me on the phone, answered all my questions. Even my 2 call backs,professionally. And I was very anxious never had to have a car towed before. From call pick up and delivery it took less than 45 min! Definitely will call back. If I could give more stars I would!!!!!
This company help me out in a time I definitely needed some help. I was stranded on the side of the highway. He was in service on another call and still managed to assist me with getting to the gas station getting the gas and getting me back to my vehicle after dropping off the car he had on the back of the truck. I really appreciate this man and the company.

When In Jax and in need I will ALWAYS CALL UNITED. We came to town for business and broke down. Our guy can VERY FAST, responded back and his prices were very reasonable. He even was able to tow us to our job site, then to our hotel and back home over an hour and a half away the next day.
