Scheduled a date and time to pick up vehicle. Very polite and clean driver showed up 10 minutes early. Told me what, where, when and how the process works. Great experience.
They damaged my Brothers car a CV axle and they snatched off the seal and the transmission oil was leaking everywhere.. They keep dodging my mom about the damage they caused.
My daughter locked her keys in her truck. 2 babies with her outside in the cold in Yulee tonight 1/29/26. We contacted roadside assistance & Troyz Towing showed up in 7 MINUTES!!! Not even exaggerating!!!!! I can not tell you how PLEASED we were today with this company. Unbelievable impeccable service & professionalism. Troyz was dispatched by my insurance company, clearly they don't read reviews. Long story short, disabled truck was supposed no be towed at 4pm. They rescheduled over and over, then cancelled then rescheduled saying any excuse they could come up with. By the time they finally got to my disabled truck, at 9am the next day, it had been stolen. Interestingly enough, it was an 8000lb disabled truck that could only be stolen by a tow truck (stolen from an empty park 15 miles outside the city with zero traffic). Dirt lot showed signs it was hooked up to a tow truck (huge parallel gashes under where it was parked).
Your driver left on the vehicle he was towing lights on. Today jan 19 2026 at around 255pm near old Kings road please remind them to turn off head lights to vehicles they are towing its illegal to have headlights facing the rear and turned on. Next time you guys do something illegal ,you get no mercy and i will call state police ASAP to get you a inspection.
I called to get my car towed and the service was great from start to finish. There was some confusion at first because the auto shop said my car wasn’t there, but that ended up being a mistake on the mechanic’s end — not the tow company. The tow driver told me exactly where my car was and he was 100% right. What I really appreciated was that he called me back afterward just to make sure everything was good on his end. That level of communication and care means a lot. Definitely recommend.

Classic scammers !!! They charged us $1000 to take the trailer,inventing some necessary papers,and threatened that the agony would continue tomorrow and that we would be charged for that too. Even the police, who our driver called, said they do this to almost every transportation company. Stay away from them!!!
They towed my trailer at the Pilot and made it hard for me to get it out for no reason, kept my trailer hostage so they can make more money and told me I have to pay $1000.50 because they charge me “overnight” even though I tried to get it out ASAP, they are going to ask for a lot of documents and make your company get it notarized and more documents like harmless release so be prepared if you get towed because they won’t tell you straight up so ask for that documents from them so they can’t waste your time! Because they will try to take forever on purpose. They’ll make it hard because they won’t tell you over the phone they rather email you and they take forever to responds. This company is very unprofessional.
Worst people that exist , do not use them at all, they took our trailer and hold it even if we paid, we called police at the end!! This review-s are fake!! They have their scheme with trucks stop Pilot, we paid parking at 4075 Jones Branch RD, Jacsksonville, FL 32219 and they towed us still.
Cj is an amazing driver, he is very polite and very respectful, and Paula the dispatcher was very helpful, the driver arrived quick, I can’t be more impressed with this company.
Waited for over 3 hrs.. than they had the balls to tell us to perfectly back out of a spot when we had a full power steering failure. After we backed out he said the car needed to be the other direction. Told the tow man bitterly this is why we called you because the car can not turn. This was in a busy parking lot blocking plenty of people in. If it wasn’t our insurance paying for this I would never use this towing company. Terrible service!
I was in a really unique and stressful situation with my car while I out of the country. I didn't have good service and trying to arrange for my car to be towed from it's location to a tire shop was very challenging. Joy was THE BEST help. She was compassionate and knew exactly how to handle getting my car from a tight spot with the right tow truck. She even had it towed to her lot overnight to keep it safe until it's final destination the next morning. She went out of her way to make sure I enjoyed the rest of my vacation. I am so grateful for her. I highly recommend Troyz Towing & Storage.
So I didn’t have a tow service from this gentleman, but I had to come here and give him a 5 star rating just for his generosity. This gentleman stopped me at the gas station after he noticed I was trying to put air in my tires and the gas station compressor was not working. I politely declined because the next machine over was working and I don’t mind waiting my turn but if I hadn’t the option, I would’ve accepted his help. It is so rare to find someone caring enough to offer help to a complete and that should be acknowledged as he is a business owner. If I ever need a towing service, I know exactly who I will call first. Thank you for your kind and caring heart, sir!
Really disappointed after waiting two hours for a tow, I was told it would be another hour but originally with less than 35min wait time a truck was in route. Unfortunately I was in GA and my son broke down in Florida at 9pm. He had to be to work at 4am ….the vehicle was being towed less than a half of mile to a nearby subdivision to get it off the street. If my mom hadn’t passed away and I wasn’t handling business concerning her death, I would have drove the 1 1/2 hr to assist my son (especially since it took longer than that for a tow). Don’t recommended due to the fact I was told truck was in route but 1 1/2 hour later I was given another hour for service. No courtesy call or explanation.
Waited over 4 hours delayed service twice over 45 minutes twice. Apparently handing previous calls was the reason ,then advise me ahead of time so I can choose a different company which I did because I didn't believe they would show up at the scheduled time. They might be a good group I just didn't receive it this morning.

Got a tow scheduled to arrive to me between 4:50-5:50PM when I called at 3PM. Been waiting 4 hours frequently calling for updates just for them to cancel because the driving wasn’t answering them. 5 hours of my time wasted sitting in my hot car that can’t start all because of their poor communication.
Had a terrible experience with this towing company. I called them to undeck my semi-truck and clearly explained the service I needed. Initially, they quoted me $550 unit, I told them that price wouldn’t work for me, so they said they’d check with their manager. After some back and forth, we agreed on $350
However, when the tow truck arrived, the driver—who I believe was the owner—tried to charge me more than the agreed price. When I refused to pay extra, he simply dropped everything and left the yard without completing the job. Completely unprofessional and a waste of my time. If you’re looking for reliable and honest service, I’d suggest going elsewhere.
Hunter did a fine job towing my 4x4 dually the right way after another tow truck company destroyed my driveline by towing it improperly on 2 wheels. Lesson learned: Don't let people who don't know what they're doing touch your truck!
Truck tractor broke down on i-295 South just north of Pritchard road. Tow truck showed up and hooked up. Did not apply air to air tanks to release brakes. Two tires destroyed by dragging for 1/4 of a mile. Tow truck driver noticed smoke coming from my tires and pulled over. He then applied air to my air tanks and released my brakes properly. When we got the truck to the repair shop he told me they would ride out. Take a look at this picture and tell me if you think these tires will ride out? I have tried it to contact Troy's several times. This tow truck driver, if he was a professional, he would have known there was not enough air in my tanks to keep the brakes released. 60 lb minimum. My air gauge stated below 60 lb. The tow was very expensive to go one mile to Robert's diesel. If you are a professional driver I suggest you not use this company. It says not responsible for damages on the receipt. That's kind of ironic because I paid in advance and the receipt was sent to me electronically. I didn't see that print on the bottom until after the tow was done. $800 damage to two tires.
Awesome experience today!! Hunter arrived right when he said he would, helped me jump the suv so he could load it up!! Very knowledgeable, and communicated everything as it happened!! Definitely will be calling if I need another tow!! Awesome job!!
I can’t say enough about the great service DeAngelo provided when picking up my car as it had a code and had to go to the shop. He was on time, told me the process, and took his time planning the tow out.
He didn’t rush and given that my car is lowered he ensured there were no issues on getting it onto the bed. He kept me updated on the delivery to the shop and earned this review. Great driver, great company and would use again!

One of the best towing companies I’ve used to this day , gave me a great estimate even looked out for me a little bit because of the far distance the car needed to be towed. Allen was excellent , came ahead of schedule, prompt and very efficient and understanding . Will definitely be using this company again for my towing needs 5 out 5 stars. I highly recommend
