This is a useless company. I called because someone was in my spot. After 45 min I asked where they were. Apparently they didn’t get the correct address or phone number. One hour later the people in my spot left and the tow truck never showed up. Great to get a reserved spot! But if you have no tow company to enforce it….its kinda useless.

I had the worst experience with this company towing my car. Long story short my car was hit and by it being a Mercedes and parts cost so much they the insurance company decided to total loss my car and paid me out and resent me another title alone with Bill of Sale etc. My tag expired March 2025. I go to the tow yard with all paper work car insurance DL just to be told they will not release my car to me after being told what to bring before I got there. At the time I got there at approximately 448pm they had just literally towed my car 1hr before that. I was told by the older white lady that sits in the back to go get my car registered knowing I had all required documentation to get my car on top DMV close at 430-500. She was very nasty with me. Told me in a weird tone BYE BYE NOW…. I left without my car. I call the next day and spoke with a Santana whom was very nice and apologetic for the other ladys behavior and got me my car back with the same documents I had the day before when they refused me my car. Thank GOD for good people like SANTANA AT ASAP TOWING… You was my Angel I prayed about it the night before My God is a on time God Thank you Santana my Angel only 5 stars because Santana was very sweet and kind

Towing companies get a bad rep for coming to pick up your car off of a property but it’s not their fault they’re just doing a job. I had my car towed twice, unfortunately, in 4 days due to my mistake. Both times they helped me out tremendously. I can not remember the lady at the front desks name but her and Adam, the driver, were very helpful. As great as they were I hope I don’t see them again, but if I do I know they’ll be great to work with.
If I could give them no stars I would. If you want to deal with a company that willfully damages your vehicle, gives you the run around of it being your fault the damage was done and just generally treats people like garbage, absolutely use this company. Otherwise steer clear.
I had a terrible and very disappointing experience with this towing company. Despite being located only 8 minutes away, I was left waiting for over an hour without any updates, notifications, or communication. When I called to check in, the representative I spoke with was rude, unhelpful and dismissive; offering no apology or accountability for the delay. This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially in situations where time and reliability are critical. In total, I waited almost 2 HOURS for nothing. I ultimately canceled and used another company that was far more professional and responsive. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this business.
Do not use ASAP Towing. ASAP is unethical and dishonest. I am 77 years old. The company did not hesitate to take advantage of my lack of knowledge regarding cars. They charged me $105 to tow my car because it would not start. However the car started immediately when they delivered it to my home. My daughter called, was treated rudely and was accused of lying. They refused to let my daughtrr speak to the owner (Vince Serrano) or to the tow truck driver. My only recommendation is to protect yourself from being misused by avoiding ASAP Towing especially if you are a senior citizen.

I called three different local companies today and decided to go with ASAP based on price, availability and professionalism of the associate I spoke with. I was not disappointed with their service. Adrian, the tow truck driver, was punctual, professional and very knowledgeable. He towed my Cadillac using dollies and was able to deliver to the exact spot in my driveway I asked. He took care when unhooking the tow not to scrape my driveway. I am very pleased with their service, would recommend them and will not hesitate to use them again.
After having four other tow truck drivers come out from other companies Adam from ASAP towing was able to tow my new Corvette to the dealer for repairs. He was very professional, very knowledgeable and handled the tow with no damage to my car. The other company/drivers either brought the wrong equipment or the driver couldn’t figure out how to tow the car.
I can’t recommend this towing service enough! Parking in the wrong spot has never been so educational. The precision with which they swooped in to take my car was nothing short of majestic—like a hawk snatching an unsuspecting field mouse. Truly awe-inspiring.
When I arrived at their facility (which I now affectionately call ‘The Car Jail’), I was greeted by a staff so charmingly indifferent that I thought I had walked into a DMV employee of the month party. The ambiance was unparalleled—fluorescent lighting, the faint smell of regret, and a hint of motor oil. Five stars for nailing the dystopian aesthetic.

I’M A SEVERELY DISABLED NAVY VETERN AND I HAVE A DISABLED SON THIS COMPANY TOOK MY JEEP AND MY STEP VAN WITHOUT EVEN A WARNING LESS THEN 10 hours after I started moving into my new apartment at villas at Ortega I had not even received my title yet for my step van so I could buy insurance and a tag and to update the tag on my Jeep since it needed repairs I had not done the work yet due to my disability THEY CHARGE $600 PER VEHICLE AND $30 A DAY FOR IMPOUND FEES AND WHO KNOWS HOW MUCH IF YOU WANT YOUR VEHICLE TOWED BACK TO YOUR HOME I WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY 500 BLACK X’s IF THAT WAS AN OPTION ALL MILITARY AND CIVILIAN PEOPLE NEED TO AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE BLACK PLAGUE I HOPE JSO AND EVERYONE STOP DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AND ALL APARTMENT COMPLEXES BANNED THEM FROM THEIR PROPERTY I DIDNT EVEN GET A CHANCE TO GET A PICTURE OF MY STEP VAN BEFORE IT WAS STOLEN BY VINCE SARRONO AND HIS ROTTEN COMPANY!!!!
If I could give more than five stars, I would! My recent experience with ASAP Towing was top-notch. I specifically requested their driver Dennis, as I had worked with him before and knew he was reliable. True to form, Dennis arrived promptly and wasted no time helping us move our equipment. He efficiently loaded it onto his flatbed, secured it, and we were on our way to the drop-off location in no time. Horrible company! Poor customer service and bordering on criminal behavior. JSO no longer uses them for a reason. Law suits are rumored. They wrongfully towed a customer’s car this evening, were rude, disrespectful, lied and took so long to return the illegally possessed car that we had to call the cops to get involved. Only then was the car returned. Rude drivers and horrible policies. Best example is they tell their drivers to tow if a car enters a “0” instead of an “o” when paying and printing their tickets. I would never choose to do business with a company that operates in such a predatory manner.
Car towed here by mistake (dumb apartment) and the folks made it easy to pick up the car the same day. I paid less than when I called earlier that day (perhaps I was quoted for picking it up the next day or pricing changes based upon time spent on lot). Cash only. Sent them updated proof of registration, paid, and left.
If you are going to an impound lot, odds are this is not your best day ever. Well, I can guarantee you, a rough day will automatically be made miserable if you go here. The old man up at the office was so unnecessarily rude to us when we had every intention of being reasonable and patient, knowing they were just doing their jobs putting our truck in there. Unfortunately, we were not given twenty-four hour notice from our apartment complex that the truck was being towed, so for all we knew, it had been stolen. The moment we got there, we stepped to the gate, not touching it, but just looking at the vehicles to see if our truck was even there, and old dude starts catching so much attitude with us like we want to cause some kind of trouble. He was straight up nasty. Do not do your business with these immoral, unkind people. He was just the worst one, but certainly not the only one getting sideways with us. Their driver was certainly no peach either, barking at us as though we were unruly when we were only asking for directions to the office. I am sure they get their fair share of hotheads coming through there, but we literally did nothing. Absolutely garbage customer service. I would give zero stars if I could. Only saving grace was the nice woman at the desk who laughed like she agreed with us when my boyfriend said they should retire that old man.
In the end the tow went very well and the cost was very reasonable just a couple hundred to tow my car 25 miles. It did take a while, I asked for the tow around 2-3 pm and didn't get it till 11 pm but the office took down the wrong number so James was going to pick it up at 8 PM but I requested for James to call me prior to picking it up so there was a small mix up. Things happen . I understand. James the tow truck driver was very friendly, helpful, and kind. I would use them again !

Apparently, the woman I dealt with was the owners ex-wife – was not initially a pleasant experience, although Vince really went out of his way to make it right

Had to pick up my car this morning after getting towed last night. Joy was working at the desk. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She had wonderful costumer service and made the experience much easier. She made my day!
I did not actually use this tow company so I can't speak to the service. My review is based on the fact that my quote came in at $350 from them and the other 2 companies I called were $200 and $175. I went with the $175 company because of the price but they also had a 4.7 rating.
The lady who I spoke to at this company...you could tell she didn't actually care. Now she could have been sick or having a bad day but she didn't really seem to be very interested in earning my business. She was short and when I told her that a competitor was half the price, she couldn't have cared less and just said ok.
5 stars to this wonderful company! Punctual and attentive dispatch and drivers. A big shout out to Kris who was our tow truck driver tonight on Thanksgiving. He had an awesome disposition considering the holiday. He asked me if I was okay and was genuinely a good guy. Would 100% recommend. Honored the quoted price as well. My car was towed and when I was at the place it was closed, no one was at the office. Worst customer service and the guy on the phone was rude. It shows 24 hours open on the website but I had to wait more than an hour to get my car.Definitely filing a complaint on this business.
It’s not usual to leave a review about a towing company, especially when they have towed your car, however, it is surprising when the people working for these type of companies are so kind and understanding. Although my vehicle was towed ; Dinah was so amazingly polite and nice! Thanks for making this experience a bit better!!
