Driver drops a car at Clay High School auto shop with locked brakes and a dead battery sideways blocking 2 of the 3 bay doors. I would not reccomend.

Good day; my vehicle was towed on time. The driver was quick, quit and took care of loading the vehicle. I left the key where he could get it with great instructions to help him do his job guick with no hassle. These employees are awesome. Their jobs are hard and dangerous. So I personally appreciate the hardworking folks at First Coast Towing. Have a great day.

Had a 10:15 pm Tim shows up at 11:53 Rude as hell. If you don’t like your job find a different one. People are having a rough enough time without your damn attitude

I will never recommend this business. My father was in a car wreck and is currently in the icu. I called because this was the location the sheriffs office said his car was at. They told me his car was not there. That was fine. But when I tried to see if they could help me figure out where it could have been the lady was INCREDIBlY rude and yelled at me. I am shocked by their poor business and sensitivity. Do not do business with them.

First and foremost dealing with a tow truck can be a miserable experience. Wife’s car broke down and used AAA. Not very happy with AAA and there lack of communication but FCT was on it with updates about the schedule of service. Tim was an awesome driver handled car with care and went above and beyond . Will use them again outside of AAA.

Towed my truck to the wrong place. I did a location pin with Geico and they said that the Driver would find it. He called me and asked if I was near a Dr's Office. I asked did he get the location and he said yes. I asked then how is he having trouble when the truck is on the side of road off of 230 and not at a office. After a couple of hours my truck did not turn up. I called and they took it to the wrong place. I called dispatch and she wanted to argue with me. I called Geico and it was totally the tow company's fault. They have all the evidence. If you have Geico and need help....If this company pops up...request somebody else. All they had to do was do the right thing. They did not.

They towed my vehicle under the direction of a Nassau county deputy that had no right under the laws of this state. Then charged a release fee that by far exceeded t.he fees allowed by Nassau county or the state of Florida to be charged when a vehicle is towed and or stored by a towing company directed to do so by the sheriff's department

Joseph was excellent! He was friendly and professional, he definitely lightened my mood considering the situation. He did a great job getting my car loaded and secured. I really appreciated the call ahead of time that he was en route. I use AAA, so I know the wait is usually 4 hours, not the towing companies fault. I actually expected a much longer wait because it was Monday morning. I was 15 minutes away from my car. Joseph called and said he would call again when he's close. Even if I don't use AAA, I would definitely use this company in the future. Thank you Joseph and First Coast Towing!

Had to schedule a tow from the shop back to my home since the repair was more than the value of my vehicle. I wasn't quite sure how it all worked but the dispatcher I spoke with was very friendly and helped me thru the process. The tow truck driver was just a friendly and called me prior to pick up to let me know he was on the way. He actually beat me to the shop and already had my vehicle on the bed before I arrived. The price for the tow was very reasonable and I would highly recommend them to anyone stuck in a bind like I was. They helped make a stressful situation a little less stressful!

Absolutely hands down the best towing experiences I have ever had! I have to sadly admit my vehicle has broken down three time the last couple weeks and I have found that First Coast Towing is so quick and also so fair on price! Worst Communication Experience Ever! Zero customer service skills! We waited 4 hours, after they accepted our service request, just to be told they couldn’t tow our car. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Key fob ran over in a parking lot. Called my roadside assistance and they sent First Coast Towing to assist. Gave an ETA of 90 minutes. After 120 minutes I called the dispatcher to get an update and he told me to wait a minute and proceeded to yell at someone in the background "cranberry" over and over. After a few minutes he says "yeah- what can I do." I explained I was calling to get an update and he said he was going to call the driver and let him know of my call then. When the driver actually arrived, he got out and told me he wouldn't touch my car because it needed a different truck and left.

I wish I would’ve gotten the technician’s name because he was wonderful! He was able to hook up device to my car and let me know what was wrong with it before getting it to the repair shop. This really put me at ease! Thanks for the great service on a not so great day!

I was in a car accident that wasn’t my fault so dealing with the at fault party ins and this towing company. I had to tow my car twice! And the kindness and speedy pickup service has been nothing but Amazing!! Thank You to the tall older man with a beard and the New York accent fella ( I’m terrible with names) I will recommend this towing company hands down and use them for future towing services if I ever need to. A couple of weeks ago, I had just bought a new alternator to replace the dying one I had just replaced about 6 months ago. My husband had driven over to follow-up me home from Green Cove Springs. Unfortunately, despite giving her most valiant effort to get home safely, my car, (bless her heart) collapsed about a quarter of the way there. I called AAA, and notified them of my dilemma and told them my car needed a lift home. They asked if I was safe and whether or not I would need to ride with the driver. I told them I was safe. but would ride with my husband. I was told that the tow driver was in route to pick up another vehicle and it would be about an hour before the driver was able to get to me. True to their word, the driver showed up right at an hour later. With no questions asked, to speak of, the driver loaded my car onto his truck and was ready to go. He followed us from Penney Farms to Melrose. We live on a narrow dirt road that starts out as a wide two-lane road but narrows to a single lane. To make it easier for all of us, my husband suggested off-loading my car at a convenient area with lots of maneuvering space. He towed it the rest of the way home. The driver was excellent. In short, he was profoundly professional, exceedingly nice, and had a great sense of humor. I just wish I could remember his name - I think he said it was Chris, but I won't swear to it. I would definitely use them again, and highly recommend them.

Doug was the driver/technician. He kept me updated with his arrival time, very polite, friendly. Throughout the tow experience he told me what was going on so I would know what to expect. The truck was clean & he sprayed before I got into the truck can. I would definitely call them if I needed a tow truck again. Thank you & stay blessed!???

FCT was dispatched to me 3 times out of 4 last week. I was totally impressed with each driver; they were all professional, friendly and courteous. The service was very prompt, safe, informative, productive, and successful. My car was handled with care and the rates were fair. Needless to say, the number is saved in my contacts, should I ever experience a need in the future. Thanks A Million!!!

My motorcycle broke down and I need to have it towed, after having having my tow time, pushed back four times, Doug The technician showed up in the pouring rain and was very professional and explain how it was unsafe to tell my bike in those conditions, after helping me reschedule the tow for the next Doug showed up the next morning. Doug was very professional and helpful. He help me load my bike up and got me to the shop. I recommend Doug at first Coast towing. He’s very professional and keeps a clean truck.

My disabled auto recovery vehicle driver was Doug. I was totally impressed with his professionalism to include his integrity. He was very prompt, courteous, knowledgable, safe, informative, productive, and got it done as expected. The true example of what we all hope we get for a professional recovery vehicle driver. The best I’ve ever had!! I’ll look for Doug again!

My rims and tires were stolen. First Coast Towing was prompt, efficient, professional, and cost effective. They were the fifth service I called and were the only ones that could come out timely and actually charged less than others quoted that could not come out until next day. Thank you.

I currently have the misfortune of being a member of AAA; they contract solely with First Coast in my area. I have a recurring issue with my vehicle's battery dying, so I've been unlucky enough to have to use their services a few times. Most recently, my battery died while my car was sitting in my garage. I viewed this as a great opportunity for my mechanic to be able to diagnose the problem, since (as is usually the case) it wouldn't act up when I took it in. I contacted AAA for a tow to the mechanic and prepared to wait the several hours I knew First Coast would take. I was unsurprised when they repeatedly changed their scheduled arrival time; that's par for the course with them. What did surprise me, however, was when their driver waited until I went in the house and then proceeded to jump start my car! Needless to say, when it arrived at the mechanic's, it was working just fine. I left it overnight, and they still couldn't find the issue. So, thanks to First Coast, I'm without my vehicle for days, wasted my time, and blew one of my AAA service calls. I'm done with AAA for this reason and certainly wouldn't consider using First Coast of my own volition.

After being called by my insurance company to assist my with pulling my vehicle out from having a rear tire stuck in soft dirt, the company took a long time to even respond to the call. Then when the driver called me to get information on my location, he couldn't find me through whatever GPS he was using, even though you could easily Google it. Several phone calls back and forth didn't seem to be helping him. This added a long additional wait time and caused me to end up waiting in the dark unnecessarily. If you're going to be in this business, simple GPS navigation skills are a must, and prompt responses are important.

Steven L and Chris V are awesome!!! Several months ago they helped pull my mother's car out of a ditch. My mother is 75 years old and I'm all she has, so she was terrified. I was across town at work. They got to her quickly, and actually waited with her until my husband was able to get to her. I really appreciate both of them! They made a scary event a little easier for my Mother, and for that I'm grateful! Excellent experience and service!!!

First off let me tell you how amazing Mike the tow truck driver is! This dude came out in the middle of the rain midnight and Orange Park to bring me back home in Middleburg no questions asked I can't believe how nice he was every time I've ever had to deal with tow truck drivers is kind of been of hassle I really like this man if we were to hang out by chance with each other there's no doubt in my mind we would be friends and the way he speaks of his boss Wendell is the best boss in the world there is no comparison to any other tow companies if Mike is telling me the truth about everything which I'm a pretty good judge of character he is Wendell must be the best boss to work forever and I actually am considering contacting him for work most amazing tow truck experience I have had and tow truck experiences usually because the nature of the business are really bad he made it exponentially greater thank you Mike for your kindness and everything and thank you Windell forgiven this man a job is got to be your best employee!

Had a scheduled pick up fro my wife's car with this company through AAA and never showed. Tow truck was supposed to come at 7:00PM only to find out 45mins later after we call AAA to track tow truck that the pick up was non existent. Driver had not come to set address to pick up vehicle that he spoke to my wife on the phone and confirmed. After talking to AAA he had claimed my wife refused services when driver never showed up. Blatantly lied to AAA that we didn't want the pick up. Driver could of at least called and told us to look for another driver other than leave us hanging in the wind. Would never recommend company to anyone else. Highly disappointed with the way the situation was handled. If you can get another company to pick you up do it. Higher Power Towing came through with excellent service. Choose them if your able to.
