People work hard for their money and want their vehicles treated professionally and with priority. Scott’s flat-bedded my immaculately cared for truck for me and handled it with care and respect. They were quick and professional, everything from the first phone call to the pickup and delivery was spot on. 100% recommend them and will use them in the future.

Affordable price and good customer service WHERE?! My car broke down, was red tagged by hywy patrol stating my car was fine to be there.. got towed anyways.. called Scott’s towing and the guy answering was straight up rude.. told us if we came rn it would be $300 said we were a few minutes away he said it would be an additional $75 for him to come and unlock the gate bc he doesn’t live at work?? Or pay $30 a day.. what happened to good customer service?

Great experience! Our driver arrived right on time and was both professional and had a great sense of humor, which made the situation a lot less stressful. Quick, reliable service and a friendly team. 10/10 would break down again just to chat with him again.

Blew out my spare tire trying to get home, halfway in a ditch and then it started raining. Roland showed up quick and was on the job. He was careful and professional. Great guy, great service. I will definitely use them again !

Called the other day to get a car towed from penny farms to interlachen wanted to charge 250 that's crazy good luck with that former tow truck operator 8 dollars a mile 32 miles no thanks I'll just rent me a trailer for 45 dollars reasonable price yeah I don't think so

We had an issue with Scott's towing they would not hear anybody out their customer service rep was horrible didn't help us one bit all about getting their money does not care about people I would not recommend using them

I used their services last week as my car wouldn’t start, & I thought I’d require a tow to a repair shop as I wasn’t having luck jumpstarting it. I had seen previous reviews, & I remembered them from my time as a CCSO employee. Scott’s was so helpful. The price they quoted was reasonable, & the truck was to me in under an hour. He was actually able to get my car to jumpstart so they only charged me for the jump instead, & I drove my car to the repairer (turned out to be a dead cell in the battery). Was extremely pleased with my Scott’s Affordable Towing experience & highly recommend.

I called and needed a tow 2 miles after my truck died at a friends house. Someone was at my house in less than 30 minutes. Fast, quick service and the price was right what I expected it to be!

This is the best customer service and service. Overall, I have been provided and In a very long time I called and within less than 30 minutes he was at my driveway ready to pick up my truck. Also, what a kind gentleman was very personable and actually talk to me like I was a human being and had a Great conversation with him. Absoutely 100% the best service. Fast and friendly. This is the second time i have had to use them. They are careful while loading and unloading your vehicle. Up front about price, know their way around the city. Great people. Have no problems in telling people to use this company when they need help.

I'm so happy that each time I break down 3 times now that this company driver took care of me like I was his family member. I felt safe an comfortable with him. Got to me in a timely manner kept phone contact with me while I was stranded in the middle of the road with cars flying by me. I 100% recommend this company!!

We had waited on a tow truck for 5 hours. Company kept pushing back each hour so I called Scott's and within 20 minutes they were there and VERY affordable and professional. Definitely recommend them!!

My dealership uses this tire company and recommended them. By the time I seen my truck again the front bumper was hanging off. Called the tow truck driver he said he delivered it perfectly to them. Asked the dealership what happened and they showed me video of him damaging my car driving it off the tow truck then driving into their parking spot and leaving. Scott the Owner told me he talked to them and they said it wasn’t his driver. Nissan said that’s not true they sent him the video and pictures. Now he’s giving me the run around. I shouldn’t have to take them to court about something they know their responsible for but looks like that’s where we are heading after 2 weeks of Scott lying ?

My dealership uses Scott’s towing all the time and does a great job and they are very quick. I needed to have my personal vehicle towed and they were extremely patient with me and had it towed very quick. Paul was very careful about how he put my vehicle on the truck since my vehicle is on coil overs. Both Paul and Mike were very nice and professional - Scott’s Towing will be my go to for vehicle transportation.

Moved damaged truck less than 1 mile. The service we received was horrible. The truck had to be turned over and placed on tow truck. The guy was so not with it and did not act like he know what he was doing. Several people watching made suggestions to him about getting the truck moved. He had to use tools from different people and he keep cutting his ropes with a knife that he borrow from us. After he took the advice from others he finally got the truck loaded and moved it to our house. We were charged $400 for this and he said it was because he was over two hours working on the truck but it was all his fault. Very unfair price and really bad service my vehicle was towed about 1/2 mile he wrote on ticket it was towed 5 miles. The police called him out to tow the truck it was not our choice and will never use them again. Please get a price from driver before using them. Unbelievable service. Would not recommend to anyone. Beware of the price they charge for a very unprofessional service. I wrote an email to the company and waiting for response. Will update later

They charge a flat rate! Get to you in 30 minutes. So nice! If you ever need a tow, use Scott’s! I really appreciate you guys, I’m 7 months pregnant and have been waiting on another tow truck for hours. You guys came in 30 minutes after I called. Bless you guys!!

Didn’t even get a chance to use them, but their customer service is amazing. Thanks Jennifer and Brian. After being unable to reach other tow companies, Jennifer’s voice was the first friendly one I heard. She was quick and efficient to get Brian out to my son on a crazy, rainy, Florida day (I’m in California). I made over the phone payment and didn’t even request for a refund because I really appreciate good people and service these days. The other towing company that I called previously, finally made it out there after a few hours and picked up my son, unbeknownst to him that they weren’t the ones that were supposed to pick him and his car up, passing Brian by...This is my first Google review. Brian was friendly when I spoke to him and I appreciate that he even called me. Thanks again Jennifer and Brian. You guys are representing Scott’s very well and you may not hear it often enough, but your service is appreciated.

The driver "Brian" was very professional and courteous. The truck arrived quickly and he hooked up the vehicle and got me to the shop in no time.I have used Scott's Affordable for many many years and they never disappoint or let me down. They are a winner in my book!

I was stuck in my front yard, running late to work. Scott's towing was at my house & had me unstuck 15 minutes after my call. The man who was driving the truck was incredibly friendly & professional. It's hard to come by good customer service anymore but this towing company definitely excels in the customer service department. Thank you Scott's, you saved my morning & put me in a better mood!

Great service, friendly staff, and the price was very reasonable. My car left me stranded on Blanding Blvd, called Scott's and they were there very quick.
