I used them to tow my car today. They overcharged me for the tolls even after I showed them the fee scale on the site for Sun pass. He also charged for the tolls on the way back. He charged four times the amount of the tolls . When I told him that he was overcharging, he said if I didn't pay the amount for the tolls that he made up, he would charge me for using venmo. He was very rude and condescending to me. I had to wait an hour for him after he told me it would be twenty minutes. I should have called around as other towing companies were much cheaper and had better reviews! I will not be using them ever again!
I called because I was stranded in 75,,, and they said it would cost 480$ to take me to a mechanic nearby. That price is crazy.. I called a mechanic place and they sent a tow truck for 120$. .. I was also suspicious that the person who answered couldn't speak English, had a India accent. That reminded me of scams.
Crappy place and the loser towing guy has a serious attitude problem and messed up my car and denied that he did anything wrong lol but I suppose I would be a miserable person too if I did this for a living 🤡
I had the most horrible experience with this tow company. So to start off, I get a letter in the mail saying that my car had been towed and that the payment is 500$ to get it out and that it increases 35$ a day. The letter states that it was towed on the 8th of November and I received the letter on the 14th of November. So you would think that since it came on the 14th and I planned to pick it up today ( sunday the 17th ) they would only charge me twice for Friday and Saturday. Nope ! They charged me for that whole week when I wasn’t aware of the car being towed. So now I had to pay 866$ just to get my car out, even though there wasn’t any communication but a letter that came a week late. Fast forward to today, my girlfriend is with me and I am trying to pay for the car to be released. The guy then tells me to go inside the car to get the registration. As I go in my car, it was completely trashed. All my personal items were thrown everywhere. Very unprofessional to go through others items. He then tells me after looking at the registration that the person who is on the registration is the only one who can take it out which is under my mom’s name. So I ask him if there is any other way he then says that she would have to write a letter and have to have it notarized to make it a legal document. I felt like this guy was trying to make me keep my car there for another day to get more money. So I called my mom while she was at church which was 30 minutes away from the place to come over to take it out since I could not. I had to wait and the owner was very rude and wasn’t even trying to hear a word I had to say. That was basically my bad experience with this guy from beginning to end. Lack of communication and the prices are RIDICULOUS. He doesn’t even have a real tow yard, it’s a garage with ONE other car there and his tow car. He is not professional at all, I do not recommend this place to anyone !! All he will do is rob you of your money.
Great experience in a bad situation. Technician, Steve, was professional, efficient and communicated clearly - keeping in touch with accurate time frames for arrival.

This was one of the worst experience of my life!!! Driving on I-75 south bound I got a flat tire and had to stop at the emergency lane right before the Sheridan’s exit. As a woman, one is always cautious when calling a towing, unfortunately most towing drivers have a really bad reputation and now I know, first hand, why. The first thing he said was to Zelle him money otherwise he wasn’t going to get my car. He asked me for $165 to take my car from I-75 back to weston less than 7 miles. I hanged up and started calling other companies. He called me back saying he was waiting for me to Zelle him the money. I told him that I wasn’t going to Zelle money unless he would show up and tow my car. He started arguing with me that he owned a reputable company and that I could trust him. Right!!! In the meantime I was still stranded on the highway before the express lane entrance and the cars were flying past me. While I was trying to reach other towing services, the guy showed up and with me still sitting inside my car he lowered the metal hooks and started to tow my car. I picked up all my things and rushed out. When I was giving him my car keys, I asked him for his company’s Zelle information to Zelle him the money. He gave me his Zelle info, then said, it wasn’t $165 but $250 because he drove around trying to find me. WHAT??? First of all it wasn’t my fault he didn’t find me and second I don’t believe him because this happened in broad daylight and it’s a big highway besides there’s only one southbound exit to Sheridan and if you’re a towing truck driver with more than 15 years of experience in the area you should know this. The truth is that he saw me, a woman in distress and took advantage of me. He’s extremely rude, he’s nasty, the worse little guy I’ve ever met. Do yourself a favor and don’t call this towing company or a bad, stressful moment like what I was going through, will turn to worse and I promise you, YOU DON’T NEED THAT.
I Love Weston! Over twenty years, reliance, convenience, peace, and the perfect towing service … This morning my girl, my baby mini cooper was water damaged through a car washer machine :(, ! Was this the end? I needed a tow so early in the a.m. and I reached out to A Weston Towing, and found results, on Timelyness, early to be in fact! Two gentleman show up kindly to my doorstep. Both, Mr. Yoany ,and, Mr. Yasmani. Together we arrived and all was well, a very big and gracious hug for the outcome! I drove home this day and parked outside listening to Rick Springfield, Love Is Alright Tonight. elated;! * in my comfortable space of living en Weston. A Friendly Bow
Extremely unfair price , very unprofessional rude communication. I literally got towed to another neighborhood down the road less than 10 minutes away and hustled me on the price. Thanks for hooking a veteran up. Hope your attitude changes.
I didn't know the technician's name (I forgot), but I was stuck deep on the side of a wildlife management area after losing control on a dirt rode, and they were able to pull my car out without damaging it. They got out here on a Sunday (St. Patricks day) at a reasonable price, and were very efficient. Really appreciate it, absoloutely amazing.
My vehicle broke down with my boat attached to it. I called this company to get the vehicle, and someone to bring another truck from my house for the boat. When the tow truck driver arrived, he was angry that I was waiting for a truck to bring my boat home, because he said he was legally required to stay until we left. My truck to pick up the boat got unexpectedly delayed due to an emergency turnaround being closed. The driver then proceeded to make the entire experience as miserable as possible due to his having to wait 30 minutes.
I understand some frustration, as I’m sure he had a family he wanted to get back to and was tired from working all day on a Sunday. But his job is often dealing with people who are having some of their worst days, and I don’t think he’s well suited for it. He was honestly the most negative part of an overwhelmingly negative day. I hope he finds a better job, for everyone’s sake. Until then, I recommend using a different company.
I had a bit of a tricky situation and they were helpful and patient with me. Good communication throughout, and the driver was professional and courteous. Highly recommended!
I rented a car while in FL, car dies and my insurance would only tow to certain place. I had to have it towed back to the rental company apparently. I called Steve, he took care of it , very professional, took care of it quickly and was huge and helpful, would use again if needed and recommend.
Julio is a professional at his trade. If you are ever on 75 Alligator Alley or highway 27and you have car trouble you need to call Weston Towing. Julio showed up with a state-of-the-art truck and alot of experience. Hats off to Weston Towing.

I had at least over a quarter tank before I got towed. My car was completely dry when I picked it up. These rats litteraly sucked out my gas, aka stole it.
The owner Steven who is a Latin descendant speaks bad about the Latins he employs. And for less than 10 miles and a supposed "recovery" he charged $260 and threatened to tow back the damaged truck to their facilities if we didn't pay asap. At the end he accepted to lower the bill in $20. All of this with a nasty attitude. I wouldn't recommend this company ever.
Dealing with a towing company is never pleasant, but my experience with Weston Towing was positive. My car was towed due to my mistake and the person met me at the agreed time to pick it up the next day. Paid the fee and I was on my way. No issues.
My friend went there to pick up his car. The OWNER was late and when my friend made a comment about his lateness his response was “better than going downtown and dealing with blacks” and also something along the lines of “they’re the less desirables” this behavior is disgusting and pretty sad & i wouldn’t suggest going there unless u support racism.
Owner arrived 30 minutes late to his own store and proceded to make racist comments about African-American people, referring to them as "less desirables." Do not use their services unless you want to support a racist owned business.
Called at 9am stating I needed a tow from work to the shop at 12pm. They told me they'd call me back. I had to call multiple times between 9 and 12 and they told me someone would call me. The guy that finally called me was from Weston Tow Truck (another location in Weston) and he told me he was still 25 minutes away (this was at 12pm). At 1pm, I called a different company (Weston Tow Truck) and it ended being the same guy that Weston Towing had call me and he told me he was still about 45 minutes away. I guess the two companies work together and frankly the communication is terrible.
It was quick and easy. Usually towing company guys are real rude which makes dealing with your car being towed a much more dreadful process. Weston towing was very polite everytime I called regarding the paperwork ineeded to bring with me
My vehicle was towed at 6:00 am(which is completely legal in my neighborhood). I had to pay 120.00$ to receive my vehicle back; only to get it back FILLED with scratches!! Than the owner has the nerve to yell at me to call my association and not him. DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE. THEY SCRATCH CARS AND PLAY EXTREMELY DIRTY.
Not a good company. They like to take advantage of people. They specialize in towing vehicles that are not illegally parked so they can charge their fee as they wish. They will even tow the vehicle in front of your house and then charge you. How would someone dare to tow a car in front of a residence without a minimum notice? This is not good human behavior. Will never use or recommend this company.
